Ordered online, got a email confirmation that my part was available for pickup, got there to pick it up and after waiting in line for almost 30 minutes, was told that they had no record of it being in stock. Didn t even get an apology, just told that they d reorder it. Used to buy my OEM parts here, but will never be back after this experience.

We stop by here for an oil change. They told us that it would takes 45 minutes to an hour. Okay sound good. It took them 2 and a half hours! I understand that it can get busy but be honest with us! I could have just drop off the car and come back later but because they told us about 45 minutes to an hour we got stuck there for 2 and half hours! Wasting people time is unacceptable! Please be honest!

My order was sent with missing parts. I've tried repeatedly for over a week to reach someone via email and phone. I have gotten no email reply. When calling in I wait on hold for hours sometimes before someone actually answers the phone. They either send me to another department that goes to a full voicemail box, or they tell me someone will call me back. Of course I never get a call back. I guess my only option is to drive over there and cause a stink at the parts counter.
