I am very happy with the service I received at Toyota Collision. They did an amazing job and my car feels like new. I was provided with updates throughout the process. Thanks to Mr. Alcantara-Gonzalez and all of the staff that fixed my car.

Overall the experience was good but at the end, after they fixed the damages, Ryan Wallace charge me 264 dollars to fix all minor dents from a panel. The insurance didn t cover that. I asked him if all other panels were ok. He said yes. At the end I found one door with a dent and asked him to fix that I would pay for it. I thought it would be more 150 but Ryan Wallace was charging me 1,200 to fix that minor dent that you can see on the picture. I don t know why he did that, but looks like the guy was crazy to finish the job and receive from the insurance company a big chunk of money. Terrible customer service. They are not worried with your satisfaction. I had to go to Rick Hendricks Toyota to fix that for 200 bucks.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with World Toyota Collision Center , and I must say, it was utterly disappointing. The staff's demeanor was rude, and their lack of materials to fix my car was appalling.It's been over three weeks since I brought my car in for repairs, and they still haven't even begun working on it. The excuse? They're supposedly waiting for materials to arrive. How a reputable company like Toyota could take this long to order necessary parts is beyond me.The lack of communication from their end has been infuriating. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' time or concerns. Overall, my experience with Toyota's service department has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone against entrusting their vehicle to them.

Took my 2012 Tundra here to repair front end damage and the entire process went smoothly. Recent updates were given and I could talk to a real person every time I called. Work was completed and looks great. Would highly recommend

I have been trying to get an apt to fix my windshield for 3 months now. Their website hardly works where required to upload pictures in order to request an estimate and/or apt. I finally had someone speak with me over the phone to make me apt there. I gave them all of the information on my car and that I needed a full windshield replacement. She made me an apt that was 3+ weeks out. I show up to the apt to be told they did not order the windshield for my car and that there was nothing they could do during my apt. They then took pictures of my car and said they would reach out with an estimate within one week so they could then order the windshield for me. 3 weeks go by and I still haven t heard back on the estimate. I called them today to follow up, and I was told that they have no record of me in their system. No record of the apt I went to, no record of my name or phone number, and no pictures on file. How is this even possible?! They make it so damn difficult to get anything fixed I honestly don t even know how they are in business if this is how they operate. I ve also had a horrible experience with the service center at Hennessy Lexus so unfortunately if you live in this area in Atlanta, I d recommend just not having a Lexus. So much for the type of service you are supposed to be given at Lexus. Ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service provided by World Toyota Collision Center. We brought our vehicle in the middle of November 2023 to address scratches on the driver's side doors. However, what was supposed to be a routine repair turned into a nightmare when our vehicle was hit by a tow truck within World Toyota Collision's facilities. This incident, which World Toyota Collision failed to disclose to us promptly (they informed us 3 weeks after the incident happened), significantly impacted the repair process and added to our frustration. The initial estimate was for the work to be completed in 6 weeks, but we ended up waiting for a staggering 3 months! This delay was unacceptable and left us inconvenienced for far too long.The communication from World Toyota Collision was a complete disaster. They continuously added new tasks to our vehicle, causing unnecessary delays as they awaited insurance approval for each additional charge. This lack of transparency and efficiency upfront greatly hindered the repair process.To make matters worse, on January 16th, we were informed that our vehicle had been hit by a tow truck within World Toyota Collision's facilities. Shockingly, we later discovered that this incident actually occurred on December 26th, 2023, meaning that World Toyota Collision had been withholding this crucial information from us for weeks. They proceeded to work on our vehicle without our permission, leaving us to deal with the consequences, while we were paying for a rental car out of our own pocket.It took World Toyota Collision nearly 3 weeks just to replace the front bumper, and even then, they refused to release our vehicle because the tow truck company's insurance hadn't paid for the damages. They expected us to pay the bill for an accident that occurred on their premises, causing us significant financial strain and frustration.Throughout this ordeal, we were subjected to rude and unprofessional behavior from World Toyota Collision's staff. It was only through our relentless persistence and constant follow-ups that we were able to reclaim our vehicle, albeit after countless hours wasted on phone calls and in-person meetings.This experience has not only diminished the value of our car due to the second accident caused at World Toyota Collision but has also left us deeply dissatisfied and inconvenienced. This is not the level of service or accountability one would expect from a reputable Toyota establishment. We cannot in good conscience recommend World Toyota Collision Center to anyone unless they have ample time to spare and don't mind having their vehicle treated with negligence and disregard.

I brought my car in for rear end collision repair. It took a while to finish the job. When I received my Rav4 back it was perfect! It looked as though it was never hit. Karen was extremely professional, hospitable, and communicated with me regularly regarding the status of my car. The team was excellent--almost perfectionists to get my Rav4 back into the best condition. I recommend anyone come to World Toyota to have your work done.

Due to miscommunication between Collision center and other party insurance company. They stopped my rental car extension and due to that I had to arrange by myself. Paid over $800(I was not supposed to pay anything). Both the ends were playing blame games.I m pretty sure after this , I ll listen we will look into this matter and get back to you

I purchased my 2016 Highlander at World Toyota and have all the service and repairs done to the car because I was always impressed with the quality of service. All that changed with my recent experience with the collision center. The staff that deal with the customers have lost focus on why they are there. I will be looking for another collision center if I ever need that service again. I ve lost confidence in the World Toyota reputation because of my recent bad experience having simple body work done to my vehicle.

Repair took exceedingly long when compared to the damage ( Impact on driver side door, external repair only zero internal damage as they reused all internal door parts as well as inferior doorpanel. All parts remained working except for the door handle and slight damage to the back seat exterior door). My car was completely safe to drive. However, their technicians tore the entire car apart to assess the damage, and it was easier for them to leave it apart while we waited for 5 weeks for the extra door frame to arrive. Their solution was for me to rent a car from their affiliated car rental jusf next door regrardless that I didn't need to rent a car because my car was completely drivable. For the sake of their convenience I was inconvenienced for four weeks for a repair that took one week at max. Keep this in perspective when formulating your expectations for your visit to their body shop. Take away: the customer's there for them, not the other way around. They're convenient is foremost.You'll just need to be patient. When the part gets there, it gets there. Never mind, your car may be in driving condition and it's a cosmetic repair. You should have just gotten a rental car. After all they serendipitoisly have an affliated car rental company just next door. The technicians did not appear to move with any sense of urgency and little motivation, considering they have your car in pieces on the shop floor and there's nothing you can do about it. You are at their mercy and they could care less. I went without my vehicle for 5 weeks for a cosmetic repair irrespective to the fact that my vehicle was completely drivable and did not need to be off-road, but since they tore it apart looking for other damage that they didn't find and didn't want to put it back together again to take it apart when the part arrived, it just remained on the shop floor for five weeks. Pardon the redundancy, but it just seemed worth repeating to ensure future customers understand the situation and circumstances they will encounter when using this body shop.

I had an amazing experience here after unfortunately my car had been in an accident. Alberto constantly kept me updated about my vehicle, you can tell that he is a hardworking man that was raised well and very respectable and good at his job! The team also did a great job repairing my car they work hard also, I am surprised my car was done so quickly! All In all a great experience, I would recommend this shop!

Worst experience ever, I took my car to them because the service department recommended that I needed a transmission. They found everything else to fix but the problem why I brought it to them in the first place. Nobody took responsibility for their negligence I WILL NEVER EVER BRING ANY OF MY VEHICLES THERE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I was referred to this place by my insurance company. I took my vehicle there due to an accident and was told that "your vehicle was safe to drive" the censors were destroyed from the accident which made the vehicle difficult to back up. I called my insurance adjuster and told them what happened it wasn't long before I was able to bring the vehicle in. Why did it take for me to get my insurance adjuster involved for me to get service started?, I have no idea. I came back to pick up my vehicle much later and found several small scratches that were not taken care of from the accident. I was so happy to get my vehicle back I didn't notice until the next day that they buffed my vehicle without washing it first, it made the paint look terrible and you can see several scratches in the paint now. I will never bring my vehicle back here I will never refer anyone to this place. I will no longer go to a "preferred repair facility" from my insurance company again.The young guy at the front desk looked uninterested in his job, seemed as if there was a slight poor attitude as well.

Playing the role of an inattentive husband, I actually went to the wrong body shop that my wife had made an appointment with. Interesting that the service advisor in both places had the same name. In the end, I ended up in the right place and can't be happier about the repairs. My Ram truck bumper and grill was damaged when I hit a deer. I received weekly updates on the progress and went into the process knowing parts were going to be hard to acquire in a timely manner due to supply chain slowdowns and the special edition parts needed. In the end, my truck looked great! Like the first time I set eyes on it on the dealer's lot.Service: Body & Trim

The shop work was good however the customer service was awful. The collision estimator failed to give us updates and failed horribly answering our emails. They had our vehicle for over a month and we were given more than 3 different dates as to when the work would be completed. The Collision Estimator did not followed up on our repairs. When this issue was raised to the Manager, the manager made excuses about the employee to be new (4 months on a job is not new), talked about another employee being on short term disability (not really relevant) and complain about not finding good employees .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Take Your Business Elsewhere To Avoid Unnecessary HeartachesAs someone who has been a customer of World Toyota more than 20 years, I wanted to give him the opportunity to earn my business on fixing a bumper issue. I visited World Toyota Collision on July 13. I met a gentlemen who walked out with me to my see the damage on my bumper. The moment he saw my truck a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD crew cab, he started saying its bad, its bad, its really bad.� What is interesting is I had simply backed into a post at my home and busted the rear taillight and corner plastic bumper.� He then informed me that most likely they would need to replace the blind spot monitoring device although its working perfectly fine.� He went on to say I could be without my truck up to 2 months due to parts shortage.� I was told that they cannot allow me to have the truck back until everything is back to Toyota standards. I explained I can t be without my vehicle for 2 months. He suggested that I need to go elsewhere if I needed my truck back more quickly .While he was looking at the damage he begin throwing out a price of $2k or more to fix the damage. This was without him writing anything down or taking any notes to put in the computer for an official estimateBetween the off the cuff estimate and his attitude when I questioned him on the amount, I got very upset and took the paper with my information and ripped it up.� He then refused to throw it away. When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me.� When I went back inside to the office area he took his name down off his office so I could not get it.� I found this to be both childish and unprofessional.I called and spoke with David where he informed me this guy was one of his best people.� That immediately told me all I needed to know regarding this location. If this is one of your best, I certainly do not want to deal with anyone worse.� My personal opinion is if you are private pay and not filing insurance they simply are not interested.I took my business elsewhere and with a bumper and Toyota OEM taillight I am spending around $1,000 including adding rain guards to my windows.

I dropped my car off at world Toyota collision April 26. The work on it was not completed until June 6. I had to pay one of the two months for my rental car as my insurance company only cover one month. It cost me $900 for the second month for my rental car.I was not kept up-to-date as to the repairs on my Prius.Finally, when I went to pick it up the tire and engine light we re still on.I had also left the car with half a tank of gas, and when I left Toyota, the gas light was blinking and I didn t make it the 2 miles to the nearest gas station and ran out of gas.This is the worst car experience I have ever had and I for car repairs. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTED........I RECENTLY TAKEN MY CAR TO TOYOTA, BECAUSE MY INSURANCE ASKED ME TO LOOK FOR A BODYSHOP, I THOUGHT BECAUSE MY CAR IS A TOYOTA THIS PLACE WOULD BE THE IDEAL PLACE, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THEY REPAIRED MY CAR VERY WELL EXCEPT, THEY GAVE IT TO ME WITH THE GPS/AUDIO CONTROLS BROKEN, WHEN I REALIZED THAT I WENT BACK AND TALKS TO SOME OF THE LATINO GUYS THAT WERE THERE, BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT IN THEIR LIST OF WORKS, THAT THEY HAD CARRIED OUT, BUT IT IS EVIDENT THAT THEY WORKED INSIDE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY CLEANED IT INSIDE, HE INSISTED TELLING ME THAT THEY DID NOT TOUCH IT, THAT IF I HAD SOME VIDEO WHERE I SHOWED THAT PART WORKED PERFECTLY WELL WHICH IT IS NOT EASY TO PROVE IT.BECAUSE I NEVER IMAGINED THAT THEY WOULD BROKE IT, I LEFT OFF THAT PLACE VERY DISAPPOINTED.I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT AFTER PAYING ALMOST $4 THOUSAND, THEY DID THAT TO ME. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!My car was car repaired for over a month because of poor communication. The representative I worked with were unfazed every time I reached out. Anytime I called in for a. Update it was like pulling teeth. Eventually I showed up in person and I firmly believe this is why my car didn t take a bother potential 2 weeks.Oddly enough when I can to pick my car up finally there was a woman voicing displeasure over the same communication issues. Her car was supposed to be ready in a Friday, and Wednesday they were telling her it wouldn t be ready until a few more days.Jimmy is the rep I was assigned to. The day before my car was actually done I asked to speak to the manager and requested he check on my car. He obliged though it was obvious he didn t want to because he had already looked at his watch and said he would check in the morning.While waiting I walked into Jimmy s office and said my car isn t going to be done today is it, because I will just head out? . He then proceeded to tell me that he didn t know what my issue was, that the top people were working on my car. The top people weren t doing anything until I showed until and had to ask for him to make calls to check on things for, aka his jobThat I walk into his office, with him leading the way mind you, and sit down like I own the place and that when other people call they miraculously get through.I showed the manager my call log with their number firmly on it.The manager gave me a $50 QT card to make up for it Also my rear floor mats, never put back in my car, I didn t notice until I went to clean my car

I'm sorry I even had to come. But this is something that couldn't be helped,I had to leave my Camry. With Mr Jimmy, and told me by just looking over the car there was some Structural damage, and don't be surprised if they total it out. And after all was said and done. That's what happened so sad to see her go off to Toyota heaven . But to add to that, I was well taken care of while being there.Thanks again for I'm still with the Toyota family. I have a Venza now so I step up a little bit. Peace and blessings to all.

I was in a fender-bender and decided to take my car here for repairs. They had my car for over a month. When I got it back needless to say I am happy with repairs. The problem is I had to leave there and drop my car at service after multiple lights on the dash lit up. After some resets I was good to go. I can't recommend and I cannot complain. I'm neutral on my experience.
