This shop was so kind & helpful! I had a blown tire right around the corner from them. They came out & helped me with my donut & had a new tire for $130 total out the door (cheaper than any of the big box stores) within a half hour of them closing. Quick, kind & efficient! I will definitely be using & recommending them to anyone in need, especially ladies!

I came here at 530-when they close at 6 with a flat tire. They were able to fit me in and be out the door by 6:03! I am SO thankful! We came back 3 days later for my husbands truck-he has 26 tires and most shops don t have tires or can t put them on the rims, but they could do both same day-AND a great price! We will absolutely be back! The kindness and professionalism they had is TOP NOTCH!!

This is the only place my husband and I go for tire service. They patched up a spare tire this morning quickly and for an excellent price. We have only ever had exceptional service here! Grateful to have a place like this in the neighborhood!

Wheels and tires is a great shop. I ve been going there for years they always take good care of my tires. They check my axles in my liens they make sure everything is great and they have the best prices possible great positive family orientated shop love all the hard work and everything.

This guy Kevin took my vehicle what he called was his second location in Chamblee Georgia, which is registered as Japanese motor import and has a 2.9 rating, however, Kevin claims that this is his second location took my vehicle there for one issue it was returned with another issue Took my vehicle to another mechanic find out that Kevin overcharged on the parts by 400% found out that bolts was missing from my vehicle that made the engine rattle this guy. Kevin is a fraud claims to be a pastor but the Bible speaks of false teaches throughout the land. This is a perfect example , he gave me an invoice that says The BBB and Georgia corporation has no entity for greater words. He use this because he knows the type of work and business that he does. This guy is a real fraud. Kevin Woods is a false teacher and a fraud, knows the type of work and business he conducts so he hides behind the fake invoice but this one star will find you. He ripped me off for $2700 for a $900 job and also damage my vehicle in the process stay away from this guy Kevin Wood . he s an imposter using the Law s name to rip people off.

I have been doing business with them for over 15 years. They do an "Awesome" tire service! They offer competitive prices on rims and tires. And have the best customer service ever! Very family friendly!!

The BEST tire service I ve ever had. I called and was *desperate.* The lovely representative at the front was so kind and compassionate and gave us just what we needed. We got to the shop and were immediately treated with kindness from the moment we walked in. Prices were amazing for what we needed and service was quick! They were even nice enough to bag up our rim and carry it out to the car for us. Just like tech at the front said, we just wish you would have called sooner! Honestly, the best tire shop experience i ve ever had in my 15 years in Atlanta. From the front desk to the shop everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and the prices are incredibly fair. You can tell they really value their customers and their craft. I m so happy I found them!

Best Tire Service place in Atlanta- been in business for 58 years and Service support that longevity. The customer service is excellent and you feel like family with how they treat you. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is GREAT!

I believe they are nice people overall. My experience and opinion is they don't value women customers.I went to get a tire put on and a worker not the owner tried to overcharge (get over on) me. After the work was done i had to asked them to check my tire pressure for air that should have been a no Brainer. Lastly at check out, young lady quoted me a price without asking would I be taking my tire with me. I had to end up telling her that. But overall I may use their service again it just depends.

I got a flat tire and had my car towed to this establishment. They were able to replace my tire. However, whoever did the work on the tire had either cross threaded the studs or torqued them too tightly, resulting in three out of the five studs in my wheel to break within the wheel. This is extremely dangerous! My whole wheel could have fallen off while driving on the highway, possibly costing me my life! When I went back to the shop to let them know what had happened with the studs on the tire that they had replaced, the young lady at the front desk said they don t do anything with studs. That was it. Please be careful if you have them replace any of your tires. Although they did the work on my tire that was not done properly and could ve ended extremely terribly, they had no options to rectify the situation and no remorse for their mistake. I had to go to another establishment that would do the work of taking out the broken studs and replacing them.

I went to Bailey in dire need and they pulled my wheel off, inspected it on the spot and advised that it had a nail in a bad spot and could not be repaired. They put it back on my truck and put air in all my tires. I ordered a tire and returned. A couples days earlier I had gone to TZ automotive and the experience was horrid! They wanted five dollars for air .no trouble shoot, if I paid cash and more because I only had a debit card. I left forlorn. Bailey Wheels and tires is FABULOUS, they are a treasure in Atlanta! And the only place for single women or Anybody to go. No need to look around. The entire team from the garage to the counter are First Class!

This tire shop was recommended by a neighbor. My husband and I both bought new tires from them recently. Excellent service and price and they've been taking care of the neighborhood for many years. Spend local and support this family owned and operated business.

I thought Discount Tires had the best and most affordable tires UNTIL I caught a flat in Atlanta and came across these folks! Great customer service and great tires at great prices!

Excellent and efficient service! I came in with 2 flat tires and they took care of me by patching my tires. I was able to also order new tires at a great rate for my Lexus. I highly recommend coming to this tire shop for your car needs. They now have a lifetime client.

I ve been dealing with Mr. Bailey for a few years now. I moved approximately 4 hours away recently. But I still drive to see him and the crew. They are very professional and will help you in anyway they possibly can. I can shop locally but I refuse to. The prices are great and the customer service is awesome. And he will beat any price hands down.

I went here and I thought it had pretty good service at first. I got a tire plugs and I drove around with my niece and nephews in less than two days later the tire was completely flat. West I don t think that they checked the tire completely for other plugs. I came back to get a new plug and they told me I would have to wait an hour and they did not even apologize. I m just totally surprised. Now I m running around on this flight trying to find somewhere else

I have been coming to Bailey's for at least 15 years for service to my Charger and Volvo and for tires. Each time, I've been highly satisfied with their level of customer service, honesty, and fair prices.During my last visits this year, their mechanic provided a detailed explanation of what was needed for my vehicle and worked promptly and diligently on my vehicle brakes and repairs. They also made sure that the parts were received promptly. I feel like they care about their customers while providing quality service. And, that matters the most.

This shop had access to any wheel design you need. I did compare with other stores. The prices and service are great. They honor their work, and will replace if necessary. I had two vehicles done the same day.

We have a long history with this establishment. The owner has always been cordial as are the people who work the front desk. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it. I needed two new tires that they didn't have in stock. An order was placed and my tires were shipped to them when promised and I was able to get them mounted in time for us to have a great Memorial Day weekend. Bailey will always be my go to.

I had a flat tire and I called them to ask if they had the tire I needed. They answered the phone so nicely and when I got there they quickly helped me and gave me the best price for the best tire. I am extremely thankful for how kind they are. They seem to be happy and enjoy their job. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Every time I pick up a nail, I make tracks to Wheels and Tires. They are fast and courteous. It's like pulling in to my dad's garage. Their customer service is great. I don't even have to get out of my car! The cost is more than fair.
