My husband purchased a truck from here the engine went out in 1 month.It doesn't matter how you flip that should not happen. When he put his down payment the "che j wngine light was on" furst they told us that was fine n not to worry, the r gine started to shutter i brought it in they told us "its fine not to worry engine wont break down" then the truck breaks down and they say we'll its his fault that the water pump on a truck he purchased a month ago went bad n over heated the engine when u are supposed to put a new water heater when you sale the car. Man this lady n her husband are con artist. You should thoroughly inspect all vehicles before selling it. Don't sale a car then address the issues at the customers expense. He told me give them a shot bcyz they are owned by good people of God but There are reviews all over the web saying this is what they've done to lots of ppl. This especially sucked because we own a company that relies on a truck and in our slow season money is slim and we cant afford a unreliable vehicle.They Made it seem like 100% this fault and he left feeling scammed, broken and distraught because he puts his all into this business. We could've went any where and he picked them because he was "giving them a second shot after his 1st car broke down from them".

Highly recommend Wheels & Deals. Extremely professional and took care of my needs way above and beyond what is required of them. They helped me out when my car needed repairs for a mere fraction of the price of other mechanics. Can't recommend them enough! They took care of my needs and are always so patient with me. The vehicle I purchased was an amazing price and they let me finance even without checking my credit! Thank you Wheels & Deals for everything you have done for me! :)

A couple of days ago, I emailed them to find out if a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria with a VIN of 2FAHP71VX8X114222 was still available; a woman called me back to tell me that it was still available, so I informed her that I would send a mechanic to inspect the car. She asked me if I had any questions, so I asked her for the VIN to give to the mechanic; she said she would text it to me, but I received no text by the end of the day. I checked my email, and found one from someone named Muhammad telling me to call them; I realized they were closed, so I checked the Car Fax. It had no history of accidents, so I ordered the inspection; the next day, the mechanic called to tell me that he could not test drive the car because it needed a transmission. He added that she said that she told me that it needed a transmission, which he knew was a lie; therefore, he credited half his fee to a future inspection. If they would lie to a mechanic, imagine what lies they would tell the layman; I can not recommend this car dealer...

I'll give it a 3 out of 5 only because the guy there I forget his name was very nice to me but I was disappointed in the quality of the cars and SUVs they had. Like they looked decent on the outside but as soon as you open the door it was just junkyard type of quality the holstery was tore up and dirty looking. I just decided to leave. I suggest they have someone clean and revamp the insides of the vehicles then sell cause I wasn't about to pay over 7000 8000 for what I seen. Sorry.

Sadly, I trusted the salesperson when he told me that a Carfax report of earlier damage had been repaired. After the Porsche mechanics checked out the car, it is in need of $15,000 worth of repairs. I SUGGEST NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM A DEALER THAT WOULDN'T INSURE THE UNSEEN IS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE.

Try to look at a 2014 dodge charger and the owner gave us an attitude and he was like saying the charger was to much car for me and he said no u gonna wrap it around a tree and not pay for it nomore and then he said not selling it to you I was just trynna buy the car not stealing or anything I told him I don t race or anything I just go to work and school .

I went in looking for a reliable car that was more my style (small suv/wagon) with good service and convenient price. And that's exactly what I got! I was on a low budget for down payment and in the duration of me getting the rest of the $995 [rounded to $1,000] down they renovated and improved the quality of the car I purchased. Whether you're doing pay all or financing your vehicle they are kind and understanding of your wants and needs, depending on each situation. Hello everyone well I recently purchased less than a month ago a bmw x5 2010 saw it online and put down on it for two weeks before I came in to do my application to purchase! I did the application they never once said anything was wrong and I assumed nothing was wrong with it! They didn t say hey stop doing paperwork to go test drive it! So I drove off without test driving! Literally a hour later it said add oil 1 quart and I realized there s no handle to open the hood! It took 2 weeks for them to get it they said they forgot to order it even though I have been texting them and calling every day! Then my check engine light came on same day and tire light! The next day my tire was flat on the way home from work 175$ later I have a new tire! I stopped driving the vehicle because I didn t want the engine to lock up so I parked it until they said bring it in so they can add oil! I did what they asked and they put my oil in! Now yesterday on my way home it wouldn t accelerate and gave an engine malfunction error and said reducing power the car started shaking and clanking! I contacted them and they said take it to a mechanic .. . I m a mother-grandmother and they were very aware that I needed reliable transportation! I have paid almost 3k of 7k for a vehicle that I couldn t drive for 2 weeks! I m so disappointed and the fact that they are handling business this way is not ok! I think I m calling fox 5 I team to investigate since I can t get help! Everyone was super friendly when I was giving them my money now no one wants to communicate since it doesn t affect them well fyi don t do what I did and I m blasting them on all social media platforms and every news station as well we need answers

Motor locked up after having a car for one month. Had to put a radiator on it within the first week. I don't recommend this lot to anyone. If you want a good dependable car,go elsewhere.

The lady that work there is rude. My car catalytic converter went out 1st week of having it. Raymond was a lot of help but I been riding with my check engine light since I pulled off the lot. If you buy from here take a personal Machinic to run test.

If I could give zero stars I would. The car had mechanical problems and they knew what was wrong. Car broke down the same day a purchase and I brought it back the next day for them to fix and it broke down again. The owner hung up the phone on me multiple of times and his son cursed me out as well. I will be contacting the BBB and even channel 2news because what they did is wrong .

This place is a scam the guy the wife and what's crazy is the state really letting them get away with this I needed a car and this car was messed up from the 1st day told me it was just a noise lie gave me fake plates then said come pick up real ones after the fact made me pay to get car fixed to them they are financing junk cars the bbb gave them an f not accredited business on there bad reviews on Google and several different websites websites they have no rules at all to abide by the are scaming people left and right 100's of victims these people have scamed they are hiding behind ga not haveing lemon laws its really sad so they selling broke cars once you get it and can't drive cause of repairs then they repo the car and sell it again to the next victims

I have never financed a car before now. Everyone was super nice.When I started the paperwork everything was explained to me in detail which really helped. I also got a copy of everything we discussed.We got our 2009 Saturn vue there at a very reasonable price and every time I visit the office to do a payment everyone is all smiles and I'm always greeted with " hey how are you? How's the baby"I love this place because they care about their customers and treat them with respect.

Friendly staff. And Frank is nice. But the truck was garbage. Since there was no warranty, I had to pay over 2500 in repairs from the actual Chevy Dealership. I have actual paperwork and invited Wheels & Deals to call Terry Cullen to verify. I got second opinions from Pep Boys, Mavis Tire, and even a few independent repair garages. Everyone priced the needed repairs between 1800 and up. That put me behind with my car payments. And Wheels doesn't offer a lot of leg room for payment arrangements. And even after I told them what the deal was, you'd think they'd give you the breathing room to make some reasonable payment arrangements. But they didnt. Like I said, they arent rude. Nice folks. But I was just dealt a bad situation. Paid a hell of a down payment ($2500), and 4 monthly payments, plus all that repair work, and all that money invested in the truck, only to get my truck repoed. Unless they are your only choice, which they truly shouldn't be, or unless you are just desperate, I wouldn'tmake Wheels And Deals my first choice....

Ladies and gentleman. Let me explain something. I m leaving this review after several instances of attempting to get resolutions to very small issues that the owner and the people who work there refuse to deal with. These people are going to lie to you about the terms, lie to you about repairs, lie to you repeatedly and tell you only what you want to hear for you to purchase a vehicle from them. I literally just got off the phone with the owner and the gentleman told me he was doing me a favor by giving me a loan. As if the $2500 i paid down on the truck means nothing. In addition to that they lied about replacing things that were agreed upon. Every tire on the truck was bald when i test drove it. I asked that they be replaced. They said in 2 weeks they will replace it. Actually took them a little over a month and when the time came they switched and said they would only replace 4. Leaving unhappy i have to go out of town the very next day and would ya guess one of the tires they didn t replace blew out and left me stranded in the middle of South Georgia. Called the day after purchase and the brakes were bad. Couldn t tell in a 10 minute test drive. Called into tell her. She said she would look into it. They refused to replace the brakes because i didn t mention it 24 hrs prior. I could go on and on. Look...i actually had every intention of buying another one of their box trucks after my initial purchase. I m far removed from that at this point. There are plenty of people that leave reviews that are very emotional and driven by anger. This one however is driven by my need to make sure this doesn t happen to other people and also so that the owners over there understand that although you own this company you have the burden of providing good customer service and making sure your customers are happy. They have not done that. Specifically people of color we are already predisposed to high blood pressure. Please don t go over there and spend your money. They don t respect you or your money. Take it to a reputable business that respects your time, money and values your business. At this point I ll be doing everything in my power to pay this vehicle off early and get far away from these people.
