Hours are wrong the Auto care close at 6mCame in akieth in auto care tried to send me away several time saying thirr battery tester was broken and after I asked for a manager it was magically working and in his hand a manager came out after say 5 times of me asking for him them conveniently the tester was fix the manager oh well the other manager didn't tell him it was fixed so how many people has he turned away qnd why it take me 5 times and 45mins just to get the manager to speak to me then he was just like whatever so not professional

I purchased tires online for pickup and install at store on Gresham. They said there was a problem with my rear driver side tire wont come off and advised they could only install one tire. This cancelled the dusl wareanty I added online because they couldnt install the tire. I immediately went down the street to the nearest tire shop, which put my tire on in under 10 mins.

Let me say I detest shopping at Walmart. But because I'm a frugal saver I choose them for price of new tires. I neefef to get my tire repaired that I purchased less than 90 days ago a nightmare. I didn't have my receipt. My name was in their system but no purchase. The previous supervisor was less than patient when trying to help me. The value & lost of time will send me elsewhere next time.My rating is a 5 because Supervisor T.J. finally took the time to clear up records from previous owner vs. My records. Put stems on my tires that paid for & never got, the first timeThanks SupervisorT.J. for helping expeditiously.

They only do oil changes from 2 to 6. I called on the phone before coming and exactly no one told me this. Good to know. Also they won t do anything other than oil changes after 2, so I couldn t get my oil changed & my tires rotated at the same time. Really good price for a full synthetic oil change but these conditions are very inconvenient.

I ve seen them turn people away numerous times for TPMS light on- when people can t afford a better tire shop you get what you pay for.Got a cheap oil change and now I have rainbow (leak) under my car I assume they just over filled it. And I didn t check the level like I should have doin my own oil from here on out.Also had them over fill my tires to 90psi- which is extremely dangerous and can cause blow outs & serious accidents. -just wish this place wasn t so sh1tty

The best Walmart automotive center that I have ever gone to!!! And I have been to numerous Walmart Automotive Centers!!! They do a great job and are honest and very quick to fix the necessary repairs!!! They do the right thing for the customer, not necessarily for the sales for the company!!! But at the same time, customers being treated honestly will come back to this location , tell their friends about their positive experience and this location will make even more money overall!!! A positive for both the customers and this company location!!!

Two hours for what I was told would take twenty to thirty minutes. They couldn t change my oil, because apparently the bolts they need to remove are stripped. Funny enough, they were the last people to change my oil.Will not be returning to this location.

My first experience was awful except with the one white male at the register, (sorry I didnt remember his name afterwards, tgat day was the worse). He assisted me with my needs that day with in his grasp.Services needed was oil change and 2 new tires.I was told they could change out the 2 tires and oil change same time.I arrived 12AM, I departed after 5:30pm.They gave all kinds of excuses......,**every one went to lunch at the same time, except two technicians, and the front register person.**Afterwards they did not indicate in how many miles to get the next oil change.A white store (lady) manager, came to check and ask about the staff scheduling their own lunches which was a horrible idea. But she saw people uncomfortable looks on their face but did not inquire further.The male supervisor did update me about when they pulled my carvin for the tires approximately 3pm, but it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to put 2 tires on. Also my engineclight was on, no one talk to me what I could do or how to handle it.Go figure??Someone recommended this place because it was in the neighborhood, I usually go to Honda although I would pay more, now I understand why???Maybe others had a great experience, my time and money waisted.

Where is my hubcap? I walked in 3hours before being serviced with one and made it home without one all in one day. I called with my concern and a young man picked up the phone and stated he was the manager and proceeded to ask me who was the tire technician that serviced my car. I responded Dondre after asking this employee a few questions he told me that he put the hubcap on and that I can come back and file a claim he also said that he would look at the cameras see what exactly happened.I don t know how this could help me now being that I came to gain a service and ended up with missing property. Regardless on what the issue was the service was done incorrectly and there is absolutely no resolution in return. I highly suggest you don t come here BUT if you do double check all of your stuff before you pull off. Cheaper isn t always better.Service: Tires

Jessie the black fat guy with braids at front desk is so unprofessional. Letting his friend skip the line while others waiting in line for over 2 hours and had a whatever attitude I hope cooperate fires this jerk!

Oil change appointment @ 9am. Show up, check in, immediately pull my car in and tell me 45 minutes. Well finally got my car back 2 hours later after not backing down with the associates.

Today 11Nov2023 I stopped by Wal-Mart auto center on Gresham road in Decatur to adjust the air in my tires and I am ashamed to report that they have instilled the Discrimitatory practice to deter patrons who stop by to check and adjust their tire pressure. This Wal-Mart is in a majority minority neighborhood and the Discrimitatory practice is not in place at other walmart auto centers. Shame on Wal-Mart

Purposefully slow, zero communication, and couldn t even diagnose a flat tire. I just saw one of their technicians working on a car while simultaneously looking at TikTok. Don t be tempted to go here

Unless you want to waste your time, Be given extra fees, and deal with an unhelpful cashier that won t disclose a wait time and will have you waiting for 4hrs for ONE tire. DO NOT GO HERE.

No one was rude to me. Not bad customer service just poor service. It is very slow and Some employees not very knowledgeable. A young woman told me they were out of the tire I was looking for. After searching the racks myself I found several. Then took about 2 1/2 hrs for one passenger side tire installation.But it is Walmart. Amongst the cheapest so i guess you get what you paid for

I purchased 2 tires online to have installed on my car with an appointment at 2pm. I was checked in quickly, and they pulled my car into the bay within 20 minutes. It look an additional 2 hours to mount, balance, and install those 2 tires, a job which should take not longer than 25 minutes.I asked at one point how much longer it would take, and the answer from the tech came back 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later I was still waiting, and there were others waiting for almost the same amount of time with their vehicles not even checked in yet.The 2 new tires were to replace the worn tires on the front of the vehicle, but the new tires should then have been rotated to the back of the vehicle for safety reasons, which was not done. After leaving, at highway speeds I felt extreme vibrations and drove directly to a different tire shop in Midtown Atlanta. They rebalanced and rotated the tires, telling me the new tires were >5oz out of balance after leaving Walmart.I will never trust the Walmart automotive center again.

I found out that they do not carry oil filter for my car. Make sure to call to confirm if they have the right part on location to do a oil change to your car.

Slow very slow,with not many customers. Only needed 2 tires changed . Check in at 12:40 , didn't have but one vehicle ahead of me . I left at 2:35. Reasonable price for tires and mounting and balancing.

If I could leave no stars I would. They gave me an oil change in May and didn t tell me about needing a new drain plug. Today I ve been to two different Walmarts and now back to this one to have them fix it and now they re saying that I have to go to a full mechanic. Save your self and go to a real auto shop. They at least know what to do. Also the man at the register rolled his eyes at me when I tried to explain why I was frustrated. So unprofessional. Definitely the last time I come here, should have known better.

I came in at the beginning of this month (06/03/2023) for an oil change on my friends recommendation. I was pleased by their affordability. It took about 20 minutes for them to finish the process. After which, I was headed to work when I felt my wheel starting to stiffen. I pulled over on the shoulder on the highway, opened my hood and inspected my car. I realized that they didnt properly screw on the oil filter, causing all of my car engine oil to leak out. I had spent my last portion of my paycheck on the oil change so I wasn't able to get it towed to a mechanic. My vehicle ended up being towed, with rising fees for pickup. On top of that, I no longer have transportation, leading to my unemployment. I'm still trying to get in contact with Walmart to discuss this claim. Please reach out to me ASAP

This is ridiculous I've been waiting here for 3 and a half hours for a battery swap. But you have the staff doing everything but working on cars.

First time here and hopefully never again. It was WAY TOO crowded. No handicapped parking spaces, carts, no electric carts, lines all the way to the back of the store. All the lanes were open and it was a mad house! The staff said it's ALWAYS like that. Most of the shelves were empty. It wasn't a good experience. There were tons of Disney souvenirs. It was an absolute zoo. People were everywhere and rude.Customer service was packed with buggies and the light was off. There are some stores there but couldn't really see due to all the people.

Ghetto. They move slow. The people at the desk are nice but the actual workers (including the manager) are rude and inconsiderate of your time.

Worse services ever will never be coming back to this auto care again. Shared with them Thursday that my driver rear tire wasn't getting any air, asked them to check and make sure there was no leak in it or hole it. They told me it was good & they put air in it. Mind you it took them almost 2 hours just to get to me, check all 4 of my tires to be sure and I went ahead and had the front 2 tires replaced because they were bad on the treading and it was going to rain the next day.I had to change that tire out last night because it went flat, came today to share with them what happen that day of and that what I asked for was not done properly and still had to pay for another tire (3rd one mind you).So now I'm out of $150+ for a brand new tire that I barely had for a month and could of been repaired if they did their job right and I will not recommend any car service from this Walmart to anyone to save them the time and money.

I m stuck at your located at2427 Gresham Rd SEAtlanta, GA 30316United StatesAfter shopping. It is before 7pm and your technicians and manager Andrea are refusing to help me. Refusing patch or purchase of tire. Refusing to help in anyway at all. Won t even give me air. And the sign says operation hours are 9am-7pm. And the cashier is rude and walked off on me with the door swinging behind him Nice service. Thanks for caring about the community. They close at 6:30pm. Not 7. Stop lying. Stop leaving people stranded with false advertising.

I've been using this auto center for 2 years now and have always had great experiences. I had an oil change on 1/14/2023 at around 10 am and didn't leave until 1p, and the super fat dude with the glasses that was working the counter was very rude and dismissive. When my car was done, no one notified me, and no one cared that I wasn't notified. The extra time I sat waiting for a text or some type of communication made me late for work. The fat guy shrugged his shoulders as if it didn't matter that no one told me my car was ready. I know it ain't a glamorous position, but why be an A$$HOLE when there's no need!!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

My daughter and I were in Atlanta from NC. I had a flat and arrived at the service center around 6. At first, I was told that they couldn't help me bc of the late hour. I went around the corner to call AAA. After a few minutes, the gentleman called me back over and started asking for my information. He said they would patch my tire. About 15 minutes later he called and said I would definitely need a new tire. When I walked back, he told me that they highly recommended that I change my flat as well as one other. I told him if they were willing to change 2, to go ahead. They went ahead and did 2 new tires for me so we were able to get back to NC that night. I am so very grateful that they decided to help me!

I went there for new tire installation and headlight restoration. They said they don't have the appropriate tire for my car. Ok, so, I gave them the car for headlight restoration only and went for shopping. After shopping, 45 minutes later, I came back and asked them the status. They said they have not yet started working on my car. They kept me waiting and waiting. And you know what after 2 hours they informed me they can not work on my car today!!! What the heck! They could have told me right at the beginning. Ridiculous and totally unprofessional. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!
