Good day, I just wanted to let you know on behalf of my (Pastor) Bishop A.T. Lands & (Executive Pastor) Bishop Rosemary Lands of the Family Life MBC in Fayetteville, GA.Valorie Taylor-Mango in the Atlanta office is a model for customer experience. She was there to assist us from start to finish, always greeting me with a smile, and consistent communicating updates. We originally bought our bus in for Jake brakes repairs. Upon getting call to that bus was ready and issued was repaired. I drove bus and immediately turned on Jake brakes and noticed they still weren t working properly. I called Valorie and she asked me to return to shop for further evaluation.Following her conversation with mechanic and general manager the issues was repaired/resolved at no additional charge. This is the best customer service I ve had EVERY!!!Valorie is a Woman of Integrity and High Moral Character .WWWilliams is blessed to have an amazing employee such as her.Valorie should be your model for future training at ALL your locations. WWWilliams would be the beneficiary of the investment.I just wanted to let you know what a you have.Be blessed!!!Deacon Reginald BurkeFamily Life MBC

We are in Atlanta and have started to use the Birmingham branch because this branch is so incompetent. Parts will not answer the phone or return emails. With an order # it took over an hour for our driver to pick up a parts order that couldn't be found. We dropped off an engine for work and were told it was ready to pick up. We sent a driver and they told him they've "asked everyone" and nobody knows what he is there to pick up. So either one person in the whole company knew about our job and kept it a secret, or they are so incapable that nobody has any idea what is going on at any time.

Field Service for Allison Transmissions went above and beyond. Tyler set up the service and got the Tech (Brian) out here same day. Tyler had a great attitude and Brian exceeded expectations with service of the unit. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work. I would strongly recommend the Field Service team for over the road repairs.Service: Transmission

I ordered parts 12/30/2022 paid for over night shipping called Friday as I had not received the parts and don told me fed ex has not been picking up there shipments and does not know when it would go outAt this point I asked him couldn t one of there employees or parts driver run all there shipments to the fed ex drop off location so there customers could get there parts ?He responded with they are to busy to do thatPretty much there to busy to take care of the customer they wouldn t deliver to me because it was not a big enough order but when I purchased a transmission they delivered to me and picked the core upI have called matt Davis several time the manager and have yet to get a return phone call this is not how I expect to be treated as a customerAs the customer I am doing the job for has been waiting shy of a week for his truck with the transmission out of it while he stays in a hotel and no one will answer my phone call

I went there for a recall but they performed something that I did not request for and charged me $440.00 even though I told them to notify me for any problems before they work on it. God knows what they fix. I m disappointed !

Great place to get your big truck, rv or service truck worked on. They have 2 locations both on Moreland Ave about a 1/2 mile apart. They did this to separate engine work and transmission work, I believe this is one of the reasons they are so quick with their turnaround. Definitely a top notch place to go and very knowledgeable staff.

I called service and spoke to a young lady. I will not say her name in case she doesn't want it mentioned, but I'm impressed with this shop. I had called Freightliners, and other shops in the Atlanta area and all of them was way to busy to look at our truck. When I called this shop she said you bet bring it on in. Anyone that knows what it's like in the trucking business trying to make a decision on were to go to get your truck at is greatly determined on the feedback given by the service department. I sent our truck into this shop and withing 4 hours it was diagnosed and fixed. The price was amazing and the service was even better. I can tell you as a trucking company we appreciate you helping us keep our trucks on the road. Small companies like us we can't afford down time and thank you all in the service department for your help. We will not forget your shop when we are down in your neck of the woods. Thank you.

I have had my truck there twice. And knowing what I know now and after having bogus repairs done there and the proper repairs that were done there have all had to be completely redone in less than a year and 2 months. If I were in the area and had to have repairs done again I would "limp" my truck to another area or straight up have it towed anywhere else.

I have a 5.9 cummings diesel engine that is using a lot of coolant that is mixing in the oil. I was told there answer is too replace the engine for a remanufactured one for about $25,000. I was also told that they only do simple repairs a major disappointment however, I am greatful they told me that up front instead of hundreds of dollars latter. it's an MT-45 Freightliner GVW 20,000 medium duty FYI

Took my truck December 17 for engine light and cruise control issue. I was given a complete date January 9 I was charged $4000.00 just in labor for a 10hour work. When attempted to pick it up my truck would NOT TURN ON so they kept it longer at this point a month without work no update unless I called. My truck is now turning off on me, lights are still coming on and cruise control not working.

Needed a part for my truck which seemed impossible to get, even at the dealership. Spoke to Mark from the parts department. He had my part shipped overnight and was there the next morning at a fraction of what others were asking. Thank u Mark !! You ve just earned a new customer.

Do not pay at the parts counter with cash. I purchased a $1106.84 turbo, I counted $1200 in front of the parts guy, he took the money, counted it himself, and went in the back office (somewhere away from the counter). When he came back with the receipt, he said I still owed him $6.84. I argued with him saying I gave him $1200, but he would not accept (even though both him and I counted it). Now I paid $1206.84 for a turbo and have a receipt for $1106.84. Not a good place to do business. Shame on them, I hope he chokes on that $100, you know who you are.

Prices are high at first but they will work them down for you but I just won't the lowest price you can sale it to me for up front. For example I bought an exhaust manifold(center piece only) from them and they originally told me that it was $265 but they got it down to $190 which is about the same as freightliner sells it for everyday and they have a significant upcharge for nuts and bolts and small items. Freightliner has always been cheaper than the prices that this business offers in almost every category so call around. Global parts(for general needs) is right across the street and Freightliner(for more specific parts) is only 10 mins from this place. Great group of guys that work here but I think that they get commission for upcharging on parts tho so beware and shop around.

We took our 2006 Winnebago Itasca motorhome in for Allison transmission issues. They skillfully tested the transmission and determined that the problem we were experiencing was caused by bad gasoline and not the transmission. Steve Cannon, Service Advisor, was honest and extremely friendly to deal with. We highly recommend W.W. Williams in Atlanta.

While returning from a lengthy fly=fishing adventure across the country and back from Florida we found ourselves stranded on I-75 a few miles south of Atlanta. We travel in a 1996 Bluebird Wonderlodge motor coach and to make matters worse, it was Thursday prior to the 4th of July. After a grueling 6 hour stay on the side of I-75, and having contacted Williams who immediately told us to get to them and they would get us back on the road, the correct tow vehicle presented itself to tow our 45,000 lb baby to Williams, it was now approaching 8 P.M. in the evening and raining. When we finally got to Williams Detroit Diesel, our troubles were over. I can't say enough, there aren't "words" to express the kindness and care that these guys and gals provided us. The next day we arrived to find them evaluating our problem, which turned out to be a gas peddle sensor issue, finding the part and getting it ordered wasn't easy. We were content that the holiday weekend would hamper efforts to get us out by Monday, however by Tuesday evening we were road worthy and off and running on Wednesday morning.....Thanks to the excellent mechanics, their tireless efforts and quick turn around, we were Florida bound. We can't thank everyone there enough....you all deserve credit for a job expertly done. With sincerest appreciation, Andy and Jean Harmon.

Came to bring a truck to have my ecm program match engine serial Spoke with latasha in service the most rude person I have met in a long time. My driver call it in and I came to speak to her she didn t even acknowledge me keep speaking to my driver and rolled her eyes every time I tried to speak with her. I guess they prefer me to take my trucks to Freightliner...
