Matthew was able to address the issue with my Mercedes that the local dealership could not even begin to figure out and to the tune of $3600 after three visits! Will never go to a dealership again for any of my service needs! Love Cody, Matthew and the rest of the team! Top notch service!

My overall experience with Vaughan Automotive was nothing but great! Cody was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The process of the inspection and details they provide (with photos) really impressed me. My car was completed timely and they even send a follow up message a few days later checking on your vehicle! I have found my go to shop for my Mercedes!

Don t waste your time or your money! This business does not conduct business in a scrupulous way. They will charge you for a diagnostic fee to start, misdiagnose the issue and still have you pay that fee plus for the wrong issue diagnosed. I went in with a cylinder that was not firing, and I knew that because another business told me that, but I may want to take it to some experts yeah, not this place. Anyway, they replaced all of my ignition coils and spark plugs, told me it was still not working properly and I would need a new motor. They then requested $1,300, for what?? I asked the gentlemen, could we come to a better agreement because I m still having the same issue as before well the work was performed was his response. When I went to pick up my truck I guess he realized how much this did now make sense and decided to give me a gracious $300 discount because it s the holidays so I only have to pay $1,000 for an issue you did not fix, thanks. I paid, because I believe in paying what you owe. I never write reviews, but I felt everyone should know they are only out to fix the most expensive thing and keep deciding themselves what to fix and charging until they finally find the true issue and you are stuck with the bill. Again, don t waste your time or your money. Go to the dealership, this place is a joke.

The repair was done swiftly at a reasonable price. However, the A/C is still unstable, so I may have to request their check again. Let me see for a couple more weeks.

Although I wasn t able to have my car repairs done with Kody and his team, he was very helpful and efficient with getting a diagnostic test done on my Audi A7. He was the only mechanic to answer the phone when I needed an immediate tow, the diagnostic test was done immediately following the next morning, and he promptly answered any questions and concerns I had. I d give him 6 stars if possible.

We took our 2010 Audi A4 to Vaughan Automotive because it would not accelerate, and the EPC light was on. Diagnostic revealed that the spark plugs, ignition coils, and fuel injectors needed to be replaced and intake valves cleaned. The quote was reasonable. My car drives great. These guys do amazing work. They fixed an accessory belt that snapped on my Mini Countryman for a reasonable price and the work was solid. They also performed a carbon clean which I had read Minis really need before I found Vaughn to do it, and I believe their fee was very reasonable and my MINI has never run better! Highly recommend.

Had a mutual customer passing through town and they had a breakdown. Turned into a complex electrical issue. We found Vaughan automotive through a referral and boy we are sure glad we did. He took our customer in immediately and got to the bottom of a real complex problem. Best of all, he was extremely fair and upfront with all the pricing. He sent pics and updates throughout the process and we are forever grateful!!! Thanks again Mathew!!!!

It was my first experience with Vaughan s Automotive. They came highly recommended by another auto repair business.They did not disappoint. The issues that I was having with my Mercedes GLK appear to be completely resolved, and the guys were able to get it repaired a day before the originally quoted date. For years I have had my car serviced at another repair service, but I think i m switching to Vaughan s . I think Cody & Matthew do an amazing work.

I used the Audi dealership for several years, and I wasted time and money on inaccurate diagnoses. I am glad I found Vaughan Automotive! Mathew takes his time to educate the customer and explain what needs work. And, I like the fact that he backs his work with his "Honesty, Integrity and Quality Pledge" with a free 2yr/24,000 mile service warranty. Great guy and I'll definitely use Vaughan Automotive again.

They re detail oriented, not looking to gouge, describe what s going on with an issue, providing video+pictures. I recently ran into what I thought was going to be a complex issue causing low oil pressure in my 2006 Audi A4.After some research on what I thought would be the best shop I could find near me to handle this issue, I settled with Vaughan for a few different reasons.I fixed issue by changing oil and filter on the car the night before the appointment but I decided to take the car in anyways to get a professionals opinion. After a full day of inspecting oil pressure and other important aspects of my car they called and sent a detailed intelligent and honest report of the condition of my car.I am very pleased with the service from Matt and Cody and have found my go to shop if I ever run into any more issues I cannot solve myself! I brought my car here under the impression of needing a Service B for a Mercedes Benz. Lo and behold, my engine was totally wrecked due to metal buildup in the engine. This used vehicle was a recent purchase and I was beyond distraught. Nonetheless, Matthew and Cody were very straight forward, honest and professional about the cost of everything. My car was repaired in a timely fashion and I will only choose Vaughan Automotive for my car needs. Switched over to Vaughan after buying out my 2016 328i lease (previous maintenance at the dealership). Great, easy communication for setting up appointments and throughout the process. Quote of proposed services is provided quickly after drop off and straightforward to select what you do/don t want done through a digital portal. Reasonable & fair prices, plus no pressure to perform unnecessary work. Expect to bring the car back a second time because the first repair is never truly fixing it. And it s not cheap. The amount I paid I would expect I wouldn t have issues for at least a year, but less than a month after they repair it, the check engine light comes right back on. I went from being debt free to drowning in debt repairing my car. I m afraid to go back.

Vaughan Automotive took on a unique challenge with my MB E350 s odd rattle at start up and shake during shifting at high speed. Without hesitation or ambiguity, Mathew was quick to diagnose and more importantly explain (in layman s terms) what was going on and the plan to resolution. The guys were fantastic to work with and provided detailed notes/video through the entire repair. It s been a month and the car is running like a top! When my Q5 needed some TLC outside of warranty, I knew it was time to abandon the markup at dealership service locations... but was nervous to find a new shop. Vaughan s impeccable reviews brought me in. Matthew s professional, thorough, and honest approach really impressed me after our first interaction and subsequent diagnosis. He explained the major concerns, what was necessary to repair, and provided a fair estimate for labor and solid (Audi - not cheap aftermarket) parts. My Q5 was back up and running smoothly in a matter of days - even over a holiday! Happy to support this locally owned and operated shop. Super professional. Couldn t be happier! The team went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend them!!We had several issues with an aging Audi which I had purchased for my daughter, along with a warranty from the dealer. The guys at Vaughan spent lots of time with the warranty provider to document the issues and help us get $thousands in repairs covered. No way I would have been able to get the repairs covered without their knowledge and time.They probably don t want me to post how great they did with the warranty company because I m 100% sure they spent more hours on this than they planned, but it speaks volumes about their commitment to customers and delivering excellent work.I will be using these guys forever!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Brake service & repair
