From the begining Nick and his team have been very informative and on top of everything. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and have amazing customer service! I really appreciated them handling getting my car towed to their service center. I definitely will be recommending them to family and friends! Thanks again!

I m so pleased! Tire flew out of nowhere and crunched up my front passenger side. I expected a three week turnaround. Nick at Varada got me out in less than two weeks! Always returned calls and answered my questions.My car looks beautiful! I was so worried but he got my Maxima back on the road, repaired and detailed.

Extremely professional nick & louie helped me getting my bmw x6 active hybrid repaired which came out great, headlight restoration & also gave me help knowledge on how to maintain my bmw on certain things. Highly recommend this place this is my 2nd time coming here & I will be back again with my other hybrid cars as well

As somebody who has never been in an accident before, I was pretty lost on how exactly to navigate fixing up my car. I am so, so glad that I went with Varada because they were genuinely kind and caring while my car was getting fixed. They answered all my questions (I ask a lot of them lmao), provided frequent updates so I could stay in the loop, and really went the extra mile to make my car feel brand new. I am not kidding when I say this is the best my car has looked since getting it in 2014! I was always in touch with Luie and he is the BEST!! What I appreciated is how detailed they were at documenting to make sure things were lining up on their end, with insurance, and with me Luie was really meticulous and never missed a beat. At the end of the day, I didn t even have to be worried because they handled so much of it with a lot of ease.I really couldn t have asked for a better job on my car: ) You can tell they re a group of people that really care about their clients, and they do their best to make sure you come out the other side much happier, safer, and informed. Could not recommend Varada enough! You are in great hands with them. :-)) Shouts out again to Luie and his team for taking the best care of me and my car!

I took my vehicle to several other spots but no one could figure out what was wrong with it. A friend referred me to this place and i m so glad they did! The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and addressed the issue. My vehicle was serviced within a timely manner and now runs perfectly!

Horrible customer service. The manager Maggie is rude and absolutely Disrespectful . They lied about the repairs that was promised, drove 4 hours for nothing . Bad business I wouldn t recommend to anyone.
