Our first visit and must say the staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond to make sure we were back on the road and home for Christmas. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of service or repair, big or small (2012 Freightliner Cascadia turbo replaced in less than 24hrs) the staff shuttled us to a near by hotel, picked us up when the truck was ready. Thank you Truck Service Depot for your awesome service and making our Christmas happen!

Run away!! I took truck in to find why it was loosing power mechanic said it was vpod paid $1700 to have it replaced next day truck still loosing power, another shop found problem it was a simple clogged fuel filter.Truck service mechanic said he checked filter but never did . To top it off they had my truck for a week. They are not a honest shop .the other reviews are not real.

I appreciate the PM service without having an appointment. About 3 hours. But I don t appreciate it costing $1k, charging by the hour for an oil change. The dealer doesn t charge this much. Also what left a bad taste in my mouth is they charged me $10 for topping off my washer fluid. When I asked management how they could justify charging $1k for an oil change and then charge $10 for washer fluid ..washer fluid ..he said our price is our price c mon man. That was the straw that made me realize it s about squeezing the customer and I can t do business like that.

Truck service Depot is one of those few decent, honest and heart friendly place truckers need to visit on this days. The staff is amazing, the have express service, prices are affordable, a lounge area, great technicians and frendly managers. They don't get any advantages over the process, and they are clear about situations. They couldn't fix my unit, but It was the first time I was happy to have an issue with my truck because the issue put me in this shop. For sure a new place in my list! Thanks Daven, you treat people with respect

If you are in Atlanta or anywhere near this is the place to go to get your truck worked on. The reviews are real and the service / staff have met my high expectations. I was in a jam with two broke down trucks on the same day and almost at the same time. They took care of me and they recommended Howards towing service which was also a blessing. Those two businesses got my first truck up and going in less than 24 hours.I could not be happier or more grateful!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I called on a Monday and they told me they had an opening to get my truck serviced, I had it towed in and they said that they would get to it on Tuesday. Didn't happen, my truck set there until Friday and nothing. I had to have it towed out of there because of the lying to me as well as my job as of when they will look at it.i feel like they owe me for the tow due to lying to me and my employers. POOR SERVICES

The trucking company I work for hiredour mechanic, Tex, from Truck Service Depot. Tex is mindful that we need our tractors in a timely manner. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and a people person. His sidekick, Mason (mechanic in training), is in a good working environment.

Without a doubt TRUCK SERVICE DEPOT have saved us twice. Very friendly, Matt and Kenny are awesome. Phenominal customer service. They remember their clients and always there to help in anyway. They have a client for life with RAAF LOGISTCS. Bring your truck here, whatever issue you have, they will take care of it and take care of you.

We have been working with Truck Service Depot since the day they opened, and we could not be happier with this shop. They understand that when our trucks are in their shop, they are not making us money, and they always get us in and out quickly. The facility is the nicest shop I have ever stepped foot in. The staff and mechanics are top notch. Truck Service Depot has done everything from a simple axle seal, pm service, all the way up to complete engine replacement for us. We have been completely satisfied with every job they have performed. I would highly recommend Truck Service Depot to anybody.

Bad Experience...I took my truck in for problem with air bag blowing. The mechanic quickly assured me that he knew the problem and how to fix it. Several days and over $1000 later, I go to pick my truck up and I can see that the problem was not corrected. After notifying the owner of the company, he assured me that my problem was solved and that he would take care of it if I had anymore problems. Three weeks later, my air bag(s) blew again! Called Truck Service Depot for warranty repair and Now the run-around begins. I got no help from them or NAPA, that supposedly handles their warranty claims. I had to get road service on my own and spent the night waiting in the rest area until they could get parts the next day (20+ hours later). Now, the Truck Service Depot mechanic gives another diagnosis of the original problem that he claimed to know how to fix earlier and wanted to charge me another $1000 or more. Thankfully, I found a much more competent shop to fix it properly. Seven months and over $2000 later, I present all of my receipts to Truck Service Depot only to be brushed off by them. Believe it or not but it is now 10 months later and Truck Service Depot still has not made Any attempt to contact me to solve this issue!

Only as a last option. The road crew that serviced our trucks where pretty good; although they did not have all the correct filters. We've been promised (by 3 different people - even Max, the owners son ) for over 2 weeks that they would be back to replace with correct filters.. This still has not happened. Needed one wheel hub replaced on trailer.. Told us initially, should be ready next day... finally got the trailer back 7 days later..and a $2000+ bill... replaced all 4 hubs - when only 1 was bad - and only 1 was requested to be repaired . Had some yoyo work on what we where told was a burned out trailer light. We could have had a completely new wiring harness for what they charged for the patch job on the trailers electrical. Max told us "next time" we'll give you a better hourly rate, since your a regular customer. WTH! They absolutely need an admin person answering the phone so they can coordinate from the shop to customer. Every time you call, a different person indicates they are going to check... but seldom, if ever calls back. We most likely will be headed back to the Kenworth dealership for service.. they are about the same in pricing for normal service items, and are much better at communicating and giving realistic time frames..Services: Electrical, Oil change

They are a very well equipped shop with knowledgeable mechanics. I have taken several of our medium duty trucks for various repairs/PM s and have been very pleased with their work. They also provide on site PM service for me when needed. I would definitely recommend them as a service provider. I look forward to working with them for many years.

Horrible experience!Terrible customer service, they don t return your calls as they state they will and each time you call back it s as if they have never heard of your issue or as if your truck is not at their shop. They never repaired the original issue with the gauge cluster and new issues arose with the cluster ( that they were are of ) while at their shop.. Ultimately I had to take the truck to the dealer for the repair.

I took my truck in for DPF problem. Truck was doing parked rege every day. Wanted filter cleaned and oil change. For the oil change I opted for the the more expensive full service. Without going into details. I am very dissatisfied.this place is like a hair salon the mechanics just rent space.i don't know what qualifications they need to rent a bay. So I feel like paid $800.00 for a cheap oil change. Now instead of once a day Regen, I have to stop every four hours until I have the money to go to a different shop.As far as the actual staff that check you in and assign a mechanic, they seem very knowledgeable and we're very professional.

So glad they built this shop! The other shops in GA I swear work together to be the same run around and over a week usually on turn around time. Not this shop though, they literally diagnosed my truck as soon as I pulled hooked the computer up to it and found codes for injectors, they made sure that was the issue by doing what they call injector but out test and they have the parts there some day. Day and 1/2 later I m back on the road! Thank you guys!

Davin, Dain, and Reese were nice to me. Nevertheless, my experience overall was disappointing and underwhelming. I did not receive the level of service that was recommended by my regular shop. Some of prices and charges seem to be inflated and unnecessary. I do not plan to return.

Awesome place, found out they work on Light Truck Diesels!! I had been having a crank, no start, go into passlock problem for a couple years on and off. I finally realized it was a bad loose connection somewhere in the 1 million wires under the hood.Their electrical guy found and fixed it very promptly!A dealer ship would have probably had 2 new computers and wiring harness and glow plugs in it and cost more than the truck was worth! These folks are good and they are pros and they will save you time and money! Thank You TSD!

Terrible experience! I would not take my truck to this shop! Had my Freightliner M2 106 box truck towed to this shop for no start no crank issues. To me it seemed like my truck wasn t recognizing N because I could occasionally get it to start after repeatedly flipping through the gears. The truck stopped cranking and starting all together the day after so that s when I decided to have it towed to this place. The mechanic assigned to my truck the day after it arrived name was Sean and my service manager was Daryl. They re diagnoses was an internal transmission problem (I guess because I told them I didn t think it was recognizing N). That was something I didn t want to here because I had recently replaced the transmission and the warranty had expired 5/2018. They told me all they could do is remove the transmission and send it out to be examined. Wow! At $139/hr that wasn t even going to be an option after spending $4000 for the transmission 2 yrs ago. So I called the transmission shop who replaced it and explained what was going on with the truck and what Truck Service Depot was saying. He immediately said sounds like an electrical problem somewhere but he did tell me some things we could try with the transmission like checking the connections, linkage and wires. None of it managed to get the truck started. I was again told it was an internal transmission problem. So I told them not to worry about it I was going to have the truck towed to the transmission shop for them to look at it. I asked for my bill so I could pay them and Daryl adds up $400 worth of charges for a diagnosis. $238(1hrx2) $65 diagnostics scan, almost $100 for 2 ignition relays (1 of which is truly bad). Wait a minute $400! for a diagnosis (that didn t take no more than 1 hr) and my truck not fixed. I asked Daryl if he could just charge me 1 hr since I m having to tow this truck away to another shop when I expected them to be able to get it started. He did the invoice again and it came out to $300. That s when I found out about the $100 relays that they tried to slide in on me. I told Daryl I should owe him $139 for 1 hr right he said we replaced two of your relays that were bad. I said you can t charge me for parts that wasn t approved of especially if it didn t solve the problem. I had them put the old relays back in so the transmission shop would get truck in original condition. So I get the bill again after having relays removed and it s $203. That s when I find out about the additional $65 for the scan. So be it I paid him and had it towed to other shop. To make a long story short remember those 2 $100 relays? 1 of my relays was actually bad so the mechanic told me he needed 1 in order for the truck to start. I went Freightliner and got the relay for $14 that s right $14! Took it in and plugged it in truck fired right up. 2 tows 2 shops $833 for a bad relay not mentioning 4 days of work. My truck went in on Thursday night and it was looked at the next day. I should ve gotten my truck back ready to roll Friday since it only took the transmission shop 1hr to diagnose the problem 3 days later on that Monday. If power not getting to to transmission how the hell does the truck have an internal transmission problem? away from this place it s bay rental mechanics.

Great place to get your truck worked on versus going to dealership. The shop stand by there work and work until they fixs everything. If it wasn't for Truck Service Depot, I truly believe I would have broken down on the side of the road. I recommend them 100%.

Bad experience, truck was there 3days and half for stop engine light, after the diagnostic I was told I need crankcase filter sensor, they replace the sensor but truck was still doing the same.i was told now its your delta P sensor again they replace but still nothing change.i was charged 3hrs labour and the problem was still there. After guessing different sensor the mechanic said your EGR cooler is bad,I told them no more fake diagnostic let me have my truck back. I was charged $429 I took my truck home and through my research my doser injector was clogged up. I replaced it and my stop engine light beeper varnish and regen started working again. Had one of my trucks broken down in Atlanta and called Truck Service Depot. After getting the rig towed to them and after a quick diagnosis from their team, they had me back on the road the same day. Easiest diesel shop to deal with around.

I own a couple trucks but they don t care whether you re a big fleet or small they will take care of you! I needed new tires, but turns out I needed new tie rods and that was causing my tires to wear down uneven. The other shop just kept throwing new tires on there! Thank you guys I ll be back.
