Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! We are so happy with the service and respect of this company. After getting back into the country after being gone for two weeks, we walked up to my husband s car in the parking garage only to discover that it wouldn t start up. We attempted to contact several mechanics and roadside assistance, with no luck or immediate help. On a whim, we decided to call Tri Crown after finding his shop on Google. I spoke to Adeniyi (owner of the shop) and he told us that he would come to us and figure out what was wrong with our car. I simply couldn t believe it. We were all alone with no help and the owner took the time to drive out to us and help. He discovered that some internal wires had been chewed on by a rodent (yes, seriously). It was too late in the evening to call a tow truck that could fit into a parking garage so we waited until the next day to solve the issue. Adeniyi called around and found us a tow truck service that could come help us out in the morning. He actually opened his shop early just to help us get the wires replaced and get us on the road (we had a 4 hour drive home). We have never experienced this type of customer service support and we are still blown away by his kindness. We are forever thankful for him. We would most likely still be stuck if it weren t for him. Also very important to note: even after everything, it still only cost us a fraction of what it would ve cost at a dealership. We would ve payed double what he charged us simply for the support we received from him. THANK YOU
