I had a great experience at Tire South! The dealership had told me that I had a slow leak in my tire that was not fixable and that my tire would need to be replaced. When I took my car here they let me know I just had A nail in my tire. It was fixed in under an hour for $25 and I was on my way. The waiting room is great and I was able to work from there. The staff was all so nice honest and trustworthy.

Hands down, THE BEST experience I ve ever had at a car shop. I found them on Yelp and loved how clean and welcoming the images were. I arrived and it LITERALLY matched everything I saw online. They were friendly, direct, gave me options, explained everything in a way I could understand. I showed up two days later for my appointment. My car was taken back early, the price was the price I was quoted. The tire deals are great and so is the guy in the front. I found a new CAR HOME! You must check them out!

Top flight. Excellent customer service. Very responsive. The entire staff has a great attitude at all times. Long time customer at Howell Mill location. New Marietta location is just as excellent. Paul S. is the man. Jason too.

I had a great experience at Tire South. Javier was excellent. He took his time to explain everything to me, and was patient and willing to answer all my questions (I had many!) He made me feel welcomed and never once rushed me or tried to upsell me. Because of this I plan to make this my go to store for all my tire and car maintenance needs. It's great when you find a business like this that still cares about building trust with their customers.

I ve been a loyal customer of tire south for years now. They are honest hardworking people. This new location is very convenient. Today the salesperson; Aubrey was very helpful and polite and professional. The location is clean and also has complimentary snacks and beverages. I highly recommended this company.

I've been serviced at this location about 3 times over the past few years and each visit was just as great as the one before. Not only are they roughly a mile away from where I live, but they also provide fantastic customer service, they maintain a clean environment and friendly atmosphere, their prices are competitive, and their willingness to research the most cost-effective quotes are some of the main reasons why I continue coming back and even refer them to my friends and family.In all honesty, I've only experienced one problem regarding scheduling that was created because of a female employee's lack of common sense and professionalism, but I forgot her name and haven't seen her sense. I assume she no longer works there.Overall, these guys are great and know what they're doing. The time it takes for them to complete a given job is pretty quick and efficient so you'll never have to wait there longer than normal. Granted, I have only ever gotten plugs, patches, and other simple repairs done, so my experience has always been an in-and-out process without hassle.As a final note, I wanted to give an appreciation Acknowledgment to Daniel, one of the guys at the desk who worked over my repair order. He is super nice, chill, professional, and helpful. If you ever speak with him or get helped by him, just know you'll be in good hands!

Car damaged during oil change. Painfully inconsiderate of my time and failure to communicate. Prices not communicated accurately. I gave one star solely for the reason that they did what I paid them to do: change my oil.Problems faced:1) TireSouth's appointment system is a total failure. When I made my appointment online, they had no idea I was coming.2) After arriving at my "appointment time", every chair in the lobby, including the bench outdoors, was occupied with unhappy, frustrated customers. They were so backed up I was asked if I would be willing to return tomorrow for service. I agreed. I was advised to come for a morning appointment since this is when they are not as busy. I was notified at this time by Jason that I would not pay the full amount of my oil change.3) I returned the next day, on time, for my scheduled appointment time at 9 am. The lobby was empty. It took them 53 minutes to take my car in, which is absurd, when compared to other service companies. Why even make an appointment? I'm pretty sure they took my car in next because they could see I was getting pissed at the wait, which seems to be the theme of their customers in the lobby. I also don't understand how TireSouth manages to have three people servicing the front desk yet struggles to staff the actual technicians.4) It took them 90 minutes to change my oil and the windshield wipers. This is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. And not a single acknowledgement of "I'm so sorry for your wait, etc.".5) I was told it would be $22 to change my wipers. I was changed $83.6) I was told my oil change cost would be $85 for a "basic" oil change. The actual total at the register was was $114. Luckily, the gentleman up front followed through with Jason's verbal statement that I would not pay full price. I paid $29, which was to cover for the motor oil additive, which I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR!7) I was initially quoted $85 + $22 = $107. My initial total at the register was $168 until I received my "discount" for my "inconvenience".8) I paid a total of $90 for three windshield wipers and an oil change. I can't complain for the total price I paid but I am upset that my alleged total was not what I was initially quoted, which in my opinion, is a scam for other customers. And as a female, I feel especially targeted in this market.Total time spent to get my oil changed?30 minutes of my first wasted day2.5 hours on my second dayAn hour to take my vehicle to another service site to have my car damaged fixed. It's painfully obviously their technicians have no idea what they're doing.FOUR HOURS TO GET AN OIL CHANGE and CAR DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!! My time was absolutely wasted.You've got to be joking me.I absolutely will not be returning. Out of this world insanity.

I m honestly pretty disappointed with this place. The service was good, however I left feeling taken advantage of. They made it seem like their base oil change was one price, but I was really upsold an additive I didn t even want. I was then given a price for windshield wipers (which I agreed to) but wasn t told that didn t include the price of labor, which doubled the total for two minutes of work.They have good sales people, at the cost of the customers. Unfortunately I wont be returning because of the lack of transparency and deceitful sales practices.

Do not bring your car to Tire South!! I took my Jeep here on 2 occasions for a simple flat tire fix. There was nothing wrong with my Jeep otherwise, and after both trips my vehicle was returned in worse shape than when I took it in. The glove box was completely ripped off and laying on the floor, I'm still unsure why they needed access to my glove box to replace a flat tire. Additionally, my bushings are now damaged when there was no previous issue and they quoted me $5,000 to fix it. They also created issues with my tire pressure reader and the vehicle is now reading all the tire pressures incorrectly. When I addressed them about this, they say they take no responsibility and asked that I bring it to a Jeep dealer on my own dime to have them fix the issue that they caused. What was meant to be a few hundred dollars for a couple new tires, will now cost me thousands and there is no accountability on their end. For the headaches that Tire South will cause you, there are plenty of other options in the area. Beware! I'll also be reporting this to the BBB.

I always have a 5 star experience with Paul. His professionalism and expertise has earned my loyalty. I had an alignment issue that Paul masterfully diagnosed with precision. He took the time to thoroughly explain in layman s terms what was causing my issue. He is thoughtful and patient with every customer. He truly makes each customer feel like they are the only customer. The experience was great from the time of arrival until completion- the entire staff is friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend the Marietta Blvd location.

Tire South and their employees did a great job. I did not want to spend a lot of money on 4 new tires because I have an older car that I do not intend on keeping much longer. The found me an economical solution and took care of replacing the tires and alignment quickly. There was no high pressure sales or additional cost. The employees are super friendly when answering the phone, helping in person and even when I was a little late to pick up my car due to traffic. Thank you Tire South!

Daniel at the service desk was very helpful from the first phone call, to the vehicle check in, to the vehicle checking out. Services were handled timely. We had a small issue with one of the brand new parts, and they took care of it immediately and the SUV once again drives and stops great, and I feel safe on the road again. Very much appreciate their expertise and efficiency.

DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DAY TO KILLMy wheels are directional and I just needed to move some wheels around to have them pointed the right direction. Called prior and they said they'll get me in and out quick.An hour and half later, I ask if I can just stop by later or something, and they said once this next oil change is done, my car's next. I can see the guy working on the other car. An utter sloth. Takes 30 minutes for my wheels to get moved around.After 2 hours of sitting there, I get my car back, and now all wheels are pointed the wrong direction, instead of just 2. I give the keys back and wait. There's about 8 other people waiting on their cars as well.After 3 hours of sitting there, I ask for my keys and leave.I get it if you're understaffed, but the mechanics should not take 45 minutes for oil changes. They need to be more efficient.

We walked in a spoke to the gentleman at the front counter and they were very attentive and quick with getting what we were looking for. Our company vehicle was in need of tires and they had exactly what we needed. Very good place to go and very affordable. Highly recommend if you re in need of some car care they got you covered.

Best tire store experience I ve ever had! Super friendly and professional staff with reasonable prices. I drove all the way from Decatur after seeing their many positive reviews and would definitely come back next time I need tire help.

Always helpful !! Always a pleasure !! Always with ease!! Love this location and the Howell Mill location. Haven t trusted my car with anyone else going on 10 years now. Take all our cars for EVERYTHING and they literally figure it out every single time.

Mahone here this tire south on Marietta boulevard has fantastic customer. They did an excellent job on all our vehicles. Recently I bought a hummer and had these guys look over it after the purchase. They were honest about what I needed. When it was ready I saw there was an issue with my driver side electric side step. Jason advised me to bring it in to take a look at it. I had to admit I was unsettled but Jason, Paul, and Leo did an awesome job of getting everything squared away. It s refreshing getting good quality service!

I m a big fan of Tire South. All of them text and are very responsive. Also found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. They removed a lift kit and put new tires on my car earlier this year. Wasn t sure what to expect after the job was complete, but was very happy with the outcome. Tires were perfect and the ride is so much better now that they have taken it back to its stock version.Highly recommend this place.

Today was my first time I ve had my car serviced at Tire South and I will definitely be returning. The front office guys were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and my service appointment didn t take long at all. Usually dealing with any type of car maintenance issue is stressful, but I appreciated Tire South s relaxed atmosphere. Ask for Jason when you go - great guy.

Pros:The front of house team exemplifies professionalism, friendliness, and expertise.The client waiting area offers a comfortable, clean, and well-stocked environment with amenities.Cons:Service duration was unexpectedly lengthy, nearly 4 hours, for routine maintenance tasks including an oil change, tire rotation/balance, and filter change.Despite confirming special requests with multiple team members on three occasions, they were not fulfilled.Workmanship lacked cleanliness, evidenced by oil drips left on the front of my vehicle in two locations.Attention to detail was lacking as they neglected to replace my service reminder sticker.
