This was the absolute WORST experience. I went for an alignment and rotation. I got home and noticed non of my tires were rotated. I called the manager and told him, he assured me they did and even lied and said, he can show me on video where they took the tires off. I asked to see the video and he said, just bring it back and we will change it again. I took my suv back and they started on it asap and this time labeled the tires with chalk. Three weeks later I m on my way to Florida and my suv starts shaking very bad and I lose control of my vehicle and both front tires blow out. Thank God me and my kids were ok. The inside of both tires were completely bald and smooth. They absolutely saw the inside of my tires and didn t even recommend I buy new tires. This is a tire shop!!!!! They didn t even try to sell me any new tires and knew these tires weren t safe to drive on. If you care about your life, DON T GO HERE!!! I wish I could give them a zero. Tell everyone you know about this experience because it s very serious. They don t care about their customers!!!

My infotainment screen was damaged at this location. I had my tire changed and when I got back in my car, I noticed the crack in my infotainment system was significantly worse than when I left the car there.I included pictures of the before and after.I m unsure as to why anyone at the shop would have been messing with my screen at all, but it was very obviously damaged at the store. I ve been driving this car for 2 years on Atlanta roads and for 6 months before than on NJ roads. The crack in my screen never got worse during this time. But as soon as I got my tire changed at this store, the crack was noticeably worse.I was told that nothing can be done since it already had a crack, even thought they made it worse.Getting a tire appointment is quick and having your tire changed is quick, which is great. They were able to get a tire in stock for me quickly, which is also great. But they damaged my car, refused to do anything about it and denied any responsibility whatsoever, that s the opposite of great.

Tire South Howell Mill did a careful and thorough job. They did a lot of work for me - oil change, transmission fluid, replaced 2 tires and an alignment. No appointment necessary and the work was done in 5 hours. I m very happy with the result and will definitely be back. I feel like I can trust them to be honest and do a great job.

I had a great experience @ TireSouth-Howell Mill. They were very busy but were able to fit my 4Runner in for a wheel alignment. The techs seem very knowledgeable & efficient. Mike, is very personable and easy to work with. On top of that their pricing is very reasonable.

I called Tire South bc of a nail in my tire and they were able to fit me in that same morning. From start to finish, the gentleman were super kind and patiently answered all of my questions. An hour later I was on the road again. Great prices, fast & courteous I ll def go back again. Thank you!

The team at Tire South is my first choice for replacement and repair. Mike was able to reschedule my appointment 1.5 days sooner than expected. The mechanic was able to remove the nail from my tire and confirm there was no puncture. They were very courteous and got the job done quickly!

Amazing experience . Had a nail in my tire and was losing air. They plugged it for free and were super kind about it. Good folks here. Highly recommend and will be back for my tire needs.

I do not understand all the positive reviews, unless I got a really bad employee at the front desk. I got a flat tire a couple months ago and came here to get it diagnosed or replaced, depending on the damage. I made an appointment, spent time filling out the forms online with my information, and when I arrived, I had to verbally provide all this information again because the guy behind the desk couldn't be bothered to find my appointment details. When I finished giving him my information, he took my keys, put them into an envelope, put it up in the shop, and then promptly ignored me. No "thanks, we will give you a call!" or anything. He started talking with some other guy about another customer's car. I just stood there waiting for something but ended up leaving without saying anything. When I got the call that the tire had to be replaced, the guy gave me only one option. Feeling frustrated, I said ok. When I went to pick up my car, my car was illegally parked in front of a stop sign next to the shop. It was literally parked under a No Parking sign. I've had no issues with the tire until today when I went to go put air in my tires, and to my shock, I saw that the tire pressure was 45 PSI. They're supposed to be at 32 PSI for my car. I have been driving on this thing for months, so how high was the PSI when they put it on?! The tire could've blown out on the interstate. This shop is reckless and offers ice cold customer service.

I received great service at this store! Once they completed my brake inspection; they let me know the condition of my front and rear brakes, and gave me an estimate, so I'll know how much to expect to pay when I come back for my service.They were very helpful and efficient!

I Had the pleasure of working with Holden to get my truck bed cover installed. He made process of getting in and out extremely easy and fast. They did an awesome job with it the installation and overall great customer service.

Best shop in the city. Hands down. I've brought both my vehicles with different issues and they were able to handle it without question. They are always in a good mood and willing to work with you as much as they can. They are reasonable price. If you can't get it done here you just can't get it done. They are miracle workers.This location has changed mangers a few times since I've been going. But each one has been great! I never have to worry about them getting the job done and done right!

Called this morning for a tire repair. Michael was very friendly and helpful; they were able to fit me in pretty quickly. I waited about an hour, and was incredibly happy with the outcome!! Will definitely return for future tires and tire repairs!

I was looking for a trustworthy tire service provider after moving back into the city, and a female friend recommended this shop. I had a great experience getting new tires here; there were no surprises and the service writers are really nice. I ll be coming back here certainly.

I came in because of a slow leak in my tire. Michael told me I needed 3 new tires. I knew the last ones I bought were so this shop so I was upset that they had worn so quickly! Michael and his team patiently showed me where my tires were almost bald on the inside because I had not had the car aligned. Because I could see the damage I have no argument. They even printed my car fax report show what I got and when. No complaints. Guess I ll wipe the egg off my face and see them Monday am for new tires. They are a nice professional team.

UPDATE:I took the car in today for another issue, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Great communication. Expedited service. Thanks.UPDATE:The manager personally reached out to apologize to me, which I appreciated. He explained that my rep was new as a possible explanation for the poor communication. He also explained that most common car tires PSI (30-35) is much lower than what our car was rated for (40 PSI), which explains why the new tire was inflated to a much lower PSI. He gave me his name and number to personally reach out the next time I return. Well done, Tire South. I look forward to returning.------I initially found this tire shop via Google reviews. They had a lot of great reviews. I went there a while back and had a great experience. So, we went back.This time, however, was a very different story.I arrived, and I was told they would have an answer in 30-45 minutes. So I waited in the lobby. An hour later, after not hearing anything, I went to the front desk to check. They hadn't even begun to look yet or let me know. I asked again, got the same answer of 45 minutes. So I decided to Uber home.I got a call later. The tire needed to be replaced, but it was out of stock, and they would have it the next morning.I heard nothing the next day. So I called at 1:55 PM. They said they were trying to reach me, but apparently had the wrong number. This is interesting because they were able to call me the day before.They said they needed another day because the tire was discontinued and they needed to get the newer version.Again, I'd heard nothing all morning. Called around lunch. They said it would be ready in a hour. Again I'd heard nothing, and I called later about 4pm. They said it was ready.This pattern of not hearing anything was frustrating enough, but after driving the car home, the tire that was replaced was low - they never inflated it properly.I also messaged them this review via their website ahead of posting it here to give them an opportunity to explain, and I've heard nothing from them.We will not be back.

Howell mill manager are great! Today at 7 am Chris got me in called and Uber and got me to work on time serviced my truck while I was at work sent and Uber to pick me up and got me back to tire south and I was ready to go. The manager went over my charges and explained what was done to my truck all treated me with great service like I was family that is the only location I will go to. Chris ordered my parts Saturday and as promised my parts were delivered today . I tell you howell mill has a great staff and manager! They all are great workers! Thanks to the staff

If there was a single local business I could recommended in my three years here in Atlanta, it would be this Tire South on Howell Mill. I've been taking my car here since I moved to Atlanta for tire related issues. I love my car, I probably care about it too much, and the service I've gotten from this store has been the BEST.Thank you so much to the entire team. Most recently, Taylor was so helpful when I had an issue out-of-state.Thank you!!

Tire south is knowledgeable and professional. Their wait time is normally 30 min to 1 hr. I have been using their services and saved a lot of money and time.

I bought some front tires in 2021 from tiresouth and they went bad so fast. In comparison, the back tires that were bought from another place went in fine condition despite being bought in 2019. When I asked the front desk if they knew the brand of the front tires, he said no, except I knew he sold them to me since I had the receipt in the glove box. Bad experience, not trustworthy people. Firestone up the road has much better customer service and prices.

Taylor and his staff are awesome. I found tire south after being placed in a stressful situation as a result of negligence from another shop. I was a walk-in, with no previous experience with tire south. It was 4:45pm. Taylor greeted me with a smile, and a full waiting room. Miraculously, they were able to mount, balance, and align 4 new tires for my lifted 4runner. All before closing at 6pm, and still getting everyone else in the waiting room back on the road as well. They have definitely gained a new loyal customer. My 2002 4runner with 3 suspension lift on 285/75/17 is not an easy rig to drop in, especially late in the day. Everything was handled perfectly, and I could not be more thrilled with my new tires. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I will be returning soon for some rear suspension work, specifically because of the trust gained, and the honest suggestions given to me by Taylor. Thank you Taylor and the tire south crew!

One-stop shop for your auto needs! As a woman, I am usually met with rude know-it-all men who seemingly want to tell me I need more services than I actually do. Coming here was refreshing! I was kindly greeted and asked what concerns I had instead of being ~told~ and upsold about other things. Great prices and supporting a small business what more could you ask for?!

Best price for synthetic oil change I ve seen in the area (~$60). Oil change was quick, staff was friendly. They give you a card where if you have 4 changes, 5th is free. Will be returning

Lee Travis went above and beyond in helping me find solutions for what I thought would be a simple tire change. The rims were damaged as well, he explained my options thoroughly, from most to least expensive (I chose the least!), and was the catalyst in making it all happen. Both he and the staff provide excellent service!
