I had a pretty cool experience coming here. The wait was a bit long, but that s probably due to the different services I got done. Eric was amazing. He was very knowledgeable & resourceful answering questions that were unknown. Thank you all for your assistance! Definitely plan to be back in the future!

Very pleased with the customer service and the manual service received from the entire staff. I ran over an object the day prior that caused a flat tire. I was able to make it to an auto shop to replace the flat with a donut. Unfortunately, they did not have the size tire needed for my vehicle. I called several locations the next day to have the donut replaced. The Cascade location was the only one that had the tire in stock and was able to fit me in the same day. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I will return to have the other tires replaced.

Very friendly staff. Communication was good. The staff was very busy but attentive to each customer. Wait time was longer than most expected but I understand they were understaffed.

I wish I had read their reviews before agreeing to a lot of work. My first experience with them for just an oil change and two tires a few months back wasn't bad so I agreed to the work based on that. Huge regret. I kept being told my car would be done by a certain time then had to keep calling them to get the progress of my car. You would think they would call to say hey, we have to go out and get a part so it's going to be later than we initially thought. I also witnessed someone have to call in then they said "yeah your car is ready to be picked up." Then as I was in the shop waiting, a woman walked in while she had been placed on hold by the shop and called them out for not tending to her call. I got my car a little over 24 hours later than the original estimate. This is also after Eric kept assuring me "I got you, I got you." When I did go pick it up, I'm expecting a big discount and basically got nothing. When I called the following day to talk to Eric, he kept putting me on hold then came back and almost had a "and so what" attitude to which I then asked to speak to the store manager, JC. Eric had also put me on hold maybe three times at this point, I would hang up, then call right back and Eric would answer again. Crazy! JC, doesn't answer the transfer so I hang up and call again, now JC answers. He tried to put me on hold and I explained that I just pulled up to work and have already been dismissed by Eric so many times. He finally listened and said all the customer service things you're supposed to say. he told me to come in on Sunday so that he can make things right. I show up Sunday and the guy working said that JC is off. You're kidding me right. He said he was off but would be coming in at 4pm. This was around 3:45. I ask him to call JC which he did. No answer. We called again around 4:15 and still no answer. I finally gave in and called corporate to open a claim with them. Go somewhere else for any major work you need.

The young lady at the counter was completely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Because of her I likely will never get my car serviced at this location again. Nor do I trust all the services requested were done because of her inability to communicate or confirm with me. She definitely needs some customer service training. Because of this incident I have a claim number with Tires Plus Customer Service.

Run, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. Tried to charge me 3x the rate from other repair shops like mavis tire. Said they did an inspection, they didn t otherwise they would have noticed issues that any half whit with a wrench could have seen. I ended up buying the parts for $100 and doing myself in 1hour. Beats the $1700 they quoted me for. Giving this place a negative star review cause this place is trash

I wish my husband had checked the reviews before he sent me here. Came for an alignment, after 1 hour i went to ask why my car hadn t been started. I was told it s like a doctors appointment, you don t start at the appointment time . Been here for 3 hours now. Still haven t done my alignment.It doesn t even deserve the one start but not allowed to rate it 0. I m SUPER PISSED & i will be contacting corporate.

My piece was on backorder and took over a month to get in; not there fault however what is there fault is I paid over $2000 and still have lights on my car stability control (tires), abs, transmission, and wheel sensor mind you when I took my car I only had one light on which was the wheel sensor. I don't know if it's because I'm a female or what the case is but that's money I didn't have waisted

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS, I WOULD! I waited 6 HOURS for just ONE TIRE to be replaced and get this I booked an appointment and came on a weekday. The man at the desk with the glasses/grey hair needs better customer service and communication. Heavy set guy. After the 3rd hour, I asked if they have possibly called my name and I was told No with an annoyed tone. Never told me that the tire wasn t there and had to be delivered. No communication at all! Please, if you want tires, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! The lady with the afro-ponytail was very helpful and informative.

Ive been a card holder and customer for several years, My main location was the Smyrna (Atlanta Rd) location but since moving I decided to use the Atlanta (Cascade Location). I have used them before but stated to notice the level of customer services had started to shift. Nevertheless, I needed to get my daughter's car checked out so I had it towed to this location. (Short staffed) to begin, I explained how my daughter's car had no power after having a new Battery and Alternator replaced. I dropped the car off and waited to hear back. three days later I ended up calling to inquire about the status of the 06 Hyundai Sonata. (again..3 days later, I initialed the call) I was told that they didnt know because the car didint have power.. (huh!??).. I had the vehicle towed back to the place where i purchased it. the next day I received a call from the shop letting me know It was one of the battery post. He stated that it was a simple fix and someone didnt take the time to examine the car....

They move like snails here and they're rude. Went early in the morning for an just an oil and change took them almost 4 hour to complete when they told me it would only take an hour. I saw them finally start working on my car 3.5 hours in to the wait. I guess they had to eat breakfast or something. Your better off going to Jiffy Lube or something for an oil change, tire realignment, and most other things. Not an ad for jiffy lube, i've just had overall better and QUICKER experience their in the past.

Be prepared to wait 2 hours MINIMUM for ANY service provided. I arrived at 6:50am (they open at 7am). This was after I was told to come back the night before. And I waited over TWO HOURS to replace ONE TIRE. I was late for work, even though I was the very first person in the store. Arrived at 6:50, left at 9:15 for ONE TIRE? Very frustrated by this service, and won t be returning to this Tires plus for anything. My time is valuable too, and there s no reason it should take several hours for the first person arriving at the store to get their service done.

I went in for an alignment. After an hour I was informed that they couldn't perform the alignment because of faulty control arms. I wasn't informed prior that I'd be charged a $25 diag fee. Furthermore, I received no options to get the faulty parts fixed. I did receive that info in my email. IMO they just had cold customer service. Their's no reason for me to come back if the next business is offering the same thing.

Waiting too long for a oil changeI been here since 12:30 it is now 3:20pm and im still waiting as I'm typing this review . I WATCH THE TECH JUMP FROM 3 DIFFERENT VEHICLES AND THEN JUMP BACK TO MINES AND HE STILL NOT DONE .BAD WAIT TIME I REGRETS COMING HERE I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 45MIN ON THE WAIT TIME AND ITS BEEN 3HOURS AND STILL COUNTING SO I DECIDED TO GIVE TIRE PLUS 0 STARS FOR THE WAIT TIME ON AN OIL CHANGE NO SENSE OF URGENCY IS NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!

I got a tire replaced here in 2021 and they ended up changing all lugnuts to different sizes without informing me or putting it in their notes. I spoke with Archie about this over the phone and he suggested I pay out of my pocket to have it towed to this location and they d take a look with no guarantee of replacing the lugnuts to the proper size my car car came in with at no cost.Service: Tires

I made the appointment the prior day in person. I explained and showed everything I needed via coupons. Upon arrival, the things I needed where not entered properly. I believe that I was eventually charged more than I should have been.

They do great work at this location. Had a situation a while back where I doubted their judgement, knew I was right and that they d made an error, only to find that their diagnosis of my car s problems was spot on!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. I visited this place recently, on a Thursday morning. They told me the next appointment would be 3 hours later, which was at 1. I left work early, dropped my car off, and they told me they are running behind on appointments. Fair enough. Needless to say, I did not get my car back until Sunday. I did not have ay special services or anything. My car was with them for 4 days for ONE tire change. Now do you think any service advisors called me to tell me my car was ready? NO. I had to call, and find out from the manager Emmanuel who was not pleasant at all, that my car was "has already been completed". I don't understand how you're a manager, and you have an attitude like you are a regular employee or something. I called at 7 am on a different day for a question and he already had an attitude that day as well. They also did not test drive my car because I got in it with the tire light still on. Also they gave me the tire caps that belongs to a different car. Never again, please visit a different tire shop if you can.

Don t go here please worst car service I ve ever had literally!! Had to wait five hours for no work to be done. People also were complaining about their cars not being fixed properly.

All of the negative reviews on here are accurate. If you can try to avoid this tires plus location at all cost. I bought my car in to have the tires balanced. I also told them to take a look at my brakes and let me know how I needed new front brake pads. Got a call from them about 2 hours later letting me know that I needed 4 brand new tires, new brake pads and roters on the front and back. They quoted me $2600! Said I couldn't do it. They then said wait let's see what discounts we can give you and came back with a quote of $2200. I said no thanks to the service and decided I would just come pick the vehicle up. When I arrived the guy at the first desk started playing let's make a deal and asked me what my budget was to get the work done. I declined again and was told that I owed $60 for the tire balance. Wait I thought I declined the service. Why was the tire balance done? They said they thought I still wanted it since that's what I initially came in for. I reluctantly paid and picked up vehicle up. Now my vehicle is making an loud annoying sneaky sound that was not there before I dropped it off. They clearly did something to my vehicle to be spiteful for me not wanting to get the work done there. Horrible service, and I hope this location is shut down soon because they don't deserve to be in business any longer with these scamming business practices.

The fluffy guy working the counter this morning 10-24 Emmanuel was extremely rude and nonchalant you people pick these job so please act accordingly had an appointment set up everything the day before but when I get there he want it his way as if he s doing me a favor when I m the paying customer won t get my business
