Brought in my Tesla Model 3 for battery service, change out of the cars computer to accommodate self driving capability, and to fix the rear view cable recall. Great service. They originally estimated that it might take three days, but after I told them that I had to drive in from Birmingham to get the work done, the got everything done the same day.

Made a "while you wait" appointment, happily agreed to pay almost double the cost it would have cost to go to any other place because I was already here after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment. Told the service would take 1.5 hours (very simple tire service), and ended up taking almost 4 hours. Go elsewhere!

Brought my 2019 Model S in for suspension issue and tire rotation/balance. The technician doing the repair did not engage jack mode prior to lifting the car and when I got in the car after paying I discovered error messages about adaptive ride being disabled. Went back into the service center and they gave me a loaner Model Y that was absolutely filthy. They then had my car for over two more weeks. I sent multiple messages asking for updates and never received one. Finally I just walked into the service center. Turns out my car had finally been repaired from their mistake and was just sitting in the lot. I was glad to just get my own car back and then I saw that one of the rims was damaged. They would do nothing to repair it saying it wasn t possible that they did it. I wash my own car and know it wasn t damaged prior to the service visit. Worst service visit I have ever had in my 45 years of driving.

Very cool they let you drive the car without anybody there bothering you. You just stayed the car drive it bring it back and leave it.

went in to this location since the one on church street closed down. 5 months ago i paid $600 to replace a part since my car wouldnt supercharge at a station. 5 months later its not supercharging again. now they want $1210 to replace the same part and add another part which is the port door. and they said the part warranty is not valid since i passed the 12000 mile limit. i drive alot to from work and for personal reasons . that warranty is useless and a scam to get you to come back and pay more money.

Recommend this location as it was easy to enter and park. Service advisor was nice and courteous and had no issues getting a rental while my car was being serviced. The tech verified my concerns prior to me dropping off the car. I expected the turnaround time to be at least a day but they finished within 4 hours. I was a bit worried based off the reviews but can confidently say that I would bring my MS back here to service in the future.

Place was packed... And the entry into the place with construction was very complicated - a nice "ENTER" or "ENTRANCE" sign would be nice, instead of random arrows pointing to a rigged plywood screen door setup!But, once inside they were VERY pleasant and worked to quickly find the part I had ordered and even helped to get the huge bumper into my small car. Thanks! Great service.

Terrible terrible customer service. I had an appointment through the Tesla app for my new Model Y because all of the cameras are nonfunctional one day after taking delivery. On Friday they sent me a message asking for a video of the cameras not working, even though I already sent photos. They didn't say there was a deadline for providing the video. Monday morning they canceled my appointment without warning, saying they didn't have enough information to help me. Appointment was still a week away. Within 5 minutes they gave away my appointment to someone else and told me to open another service ticket. If you have a Tesla in Georgia you know it takes weeks to get into a service center. Absolutely no sympathy from them for the fact that my brand new car worked for less than 24 hours and I've had to wait weeks to get basic functionality.

I brought my car in 4 times for the same problem. The third time I was personally assured by the manager Tim the problem was resolved. It was not.Literally the worst experience I have ever had getting any car I have ever owned serviced. It truly is a circus.Stay far away from this place.

Recently bought a Model 3 and it had wind noise issues and creaking noises on the passenger side door.A technician from Savannah, GA helped me and he was extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and hope he gets more Tesla shares. It s hard to find good people these days and I hope they know that. Please don t lose good people. Wish him the best in his career.

I took my 2021 Model 3 here to get some annoying rattles and creaks repaired under warranty. I would have preferred getting this looked at with their mobile service which has been excellent, but I was told i needed to take it in.The front desk here was great and was pleasant to deal with. During the ride along, the tech was able to hear most of sounds I described in my ticket. We get back to the service center and they set me up with a loaner. No issues so far.The following Tuesday, I am told my car has been repaired and ready for pick up. I'm thinking the sounds would be gone, but no they ALL are still happening, they even lied on my service ticket saying I "didn't authorize" repairs on the sounds coming from the door; I was never even notified that it needed authorization.On top of that, the rattle from the dashboard they claim they fixed is still there as well as the the rattling from the rear seat. To add even more insult they introduced black stains on my white seats that weren't there when I dropped the car off. Because I don't trust any dealers automatic car wash, I had asked them not to wash the car but I didn't expect them to stain my seats while working on my car and not clean them up.The only reason I gave this place two stars was because of the front desk and I got a loaner instead of inconvenient uber credits.I however won't be going back to this location if I ever need service again.This time next year, I will have two years left on my loan. I usually decide if I'm going to keep a car after three years of ownership, and judging from this experience I'm leaning towards an EV from another auto maker. I love my model 3, but I don't want to deal with similar experiences as I just had with their service centers.

Would not recommend this service center or even buying a Model Y anymore. Was a fan but car features, quality and service quality have gone DOWN. They make buying easy but they will say anything to get you to drive away with your car. It s highly likely you will have problems, you will wait weeks for service to be told issues are in spec . Be warned! Once known for being quiet, should now be known for dental drill whine, headaches, and nausea.

Hidden fees and games .Never been through anything like this.A 275.00 dollar service turns into a 842.30 price gouge.Tesla was supposed to provide honest quality service for its customers. Instead they ve proven to be the same as the gas guzzlers.I work at Apple so I ll make it my business to let everyone I come across know.Tesla = Crooked

Lawrence was very kind, informative, understanding and helpful. The only reason I am giving my service four stars instead of five (and this may very well be on Tesla and not this specific location) is because I parked my vehicle for service at the designated location and fully checked in on the app. After checking in and receiving verification from the Tesla app I even sent a message to service to make them aware I had arrived. After waiting for 2 hours with no response I went into the service department desk to check in on on the progress I was told I wasn't registered as having arrived and they had to check my car in manually. So just be aware when you visit service centers you have to physically walk in and speak to an employee behind the desk to let them know you have arrived after checking in via Tesla app. Luckily there is a couple restaurants nearby. I was there for over four hours total when it could have been completed much sooner.

Lawrence is the BEST! We bought our new car yesterday and when we got home the sound system wasn't working and we didn't think we had gotten the tow package installed. Lawrence worked with us (without an appointment) and got everything taken care of quickly and in a friendly manner! Great experience!

It has been sitting on tesla service lot idling for 2months plus for a minor paint touch up that should only take 2-3 hours to do. The service is nonexistent and I may have to resort to driving there to steal my car back. What is going on with this ?

This location is in bad need of more staff to take care of their customers. I waited 2 months for warranty repair. Communication in the app only took place after multiple requests for a status update. After the warranty repair was completed, I drove the car home and it was completely dead in my garage the next day. It was towed back to the service center for a 12V battery replacement. Upon picking up the car, a park assist sensor was pushed into the bumper and non functional. I brought it to the attention of one of the advisors. He basically said it was not something they did but they would have a tech look at it. At that time, there was not a tech available to make the repair. I had to get back to work, so I left the service center, drove the car home, and it was completely dead in the garage again this morning. I called the "Service" phone number, given to me by an advisor, multiple times, and just keep getting directed back to the App. Using the app, Tesla roadside wants me to pay out of pocket to have the car towed back to the service center...again. I've always been a huge Tesla fan, but the lack of options to effectively communicate with someone is making me heavily reconsider any future Tesla vehicle purchases.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Worst customer service imaginable. After projecting same-day service, the Briarcliff Service Center kept my Model S for over a week to lubricate the front drive, for which they never provided a diagnosis, and program a key fob (minor services; probably no more than an hour).Communication was poor and through the app only. The service manager failed to respond to phone call requests, necessitating an in-person visit simply to discuss the delay. Additionally, the car was filthy when I finally received it.When I got home, I discovered by programming one fob the Service Center left the other fob nonfunctional. The Service Center had both keys. Because the car sat in the sun for eight days, the glue melted on the dash instrument panel, which shows as runs and bubbles. To address these screwups, the customer gets back in the queue: next service appointment available is six weeks out!I don t know what s happened to Tesla service. I d advise anyone thinking of buying a Tesla to Google reviews of the Tesla Service Centers they are likely to use.

Very helpful and friendly service. Was able to get serviced for my Tesla and get a loaner vehicle. Janice (I believe her name is) was super helpful with any questions I had. My estimated time to get fixed was initially going to be a few days, but I got the notification that my service was completed in about 2 hours. 100% Would recommend!Service: Auto glass repair

Called the service number, someone answered and asked if they could place me on a brief hold. I said sure and then was on hold for 28 minutes before hanging up. Called back a little while later, someone picked up the phone, didn t say anything and then a couple seconds later placed me on hold. Tried a third time later in the day and same thing.

Worst car service center I have ever experience. I don t know where they trained their staff but not even close to be called customer service. Also the Tesla cars are not even close to be a quality car so cheaply manufactured. Can t wait to change it for a real car!

I visited the service center for a rattling noise. I came here for a second opinion after the Kennesaw location wasted my time and stated the noise was normal. Clearly the noise was not normal and the kennesaw wind and rattle tech was lazy and didn t want to take the car apart. My service tech Rich was very knowledgeable and promised he would not call me back saying he couldn t duplicate the noise like the Kennesaw location. I m happy I drove the extra distance to this location and my issues were fixed!

Oof. Bad. Severely under staffed and very little communication via the app. My car sat there untouched for 3 days waiting on a simple repair. Only reason it s 2 stars and not 1 is when I went to retrieve my car the guy at the front desk was apologetic which I understood. Just wanted my car back at that point. Go to the Decatur location instead.

I have had my fair share of bad Tesla service, BUT, this service center has probably been the BEST service I have received for my Model X. I came in for an nail in my tire, and it turned out that I had to replace the tire not only because of nail, but I had an small tire tear in the thread. I was able to get serviced and within an hour I was back on the road! Thanks Lawrence and Vlad for the outstanding work! Keep up the work y all!

Had a scheduled appointment for 3/28, but they didn't start working on it until over 24 hours later. Originally the technician had told me over the phone that it would be a simple 2-3 hours repair.It was not finished until mid-day 3/31 and there was little to no communication. They did not allow me to take my old bumper which I had replaced (this was a $1000 repair by itself, so I was hoping I could hold onto the original bumper to mitigate some of the losses). I feel like this should not be allowed since it came from MY car which means it is MY property.They also did not give my vehicle a courtesy charge and I pulled off the lot with only 30% on the battery.Overall, an awful experience and I will be reaching out for compensation for my bumper that they did not let me take.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical
