Take 5 is the best place for an oil change! They are genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. So much so that it is surprising to experience this caliber of customer service.I recently got an oil change and then my check engine light came on for a reason unrelated to the oil change. I returned and they fixed the problem (that they didn't even cause) and gave me advice if it happened again.We have all had bad auto maintenance and repair experiences. This was such an exception. Highly recommend!

As a first timer, they definitely delivered a very fine service. It was amazing, even though it's like your regular oil change but the workers positive energy and vibe is very refreshing. Highly recommend for everyone who's getting a oil change!

Oil change made efficient, easy and affordable! Travis and Boyce were awesome. The customer service, the attention to what was needed for my vehicle and the share of their knowledge on how to get the most out of my oil change, was much appreciated. Roswell road has a couple of options to get your oil changed, but I recommend this specific Take 5 location if you re looking for great service.Thanks again Travis and Boyce!

Annissa, Travis and Boyce demonstrated great customer service! I really enjoyed my time while I was getting my oil changed. They are very polite and show care in their individual tasks/work. Hard working people!

I ve always noticed that the receipt has a list of services provided. Half of these are not even done by your staff. This is my wife s car and I usually trust that the invoice is right and all services said done, filled, are correct for routine maintenance. However I took a closer look while having my oil changed and observed that my tires were not checked, my windshield was not cleaned, they didn t check my wipers, nor did they check my PS, wiper, transmission or coolant levels. I don t mind if they don t but don t put that on that you completed all of these services when you in fact didn t because I watched everything. I ll continue to use your oil change but I d like my invoices to be correct for personal records. I provided my own oil and filter if that matters.Thanks,Bryan

If they happen to see this, forgive me for not remembering the correct name, but I believe the two gentleman that helped me were Buddy and Blue. When I tell you that I will be making the trip (which is a 30 minute drive) whenever I need an oil change. I truly mean it. They were efficient. They were informative. It did feel like I was only getting my oil change within five minutes.

I was so impressed! I had no wait time, quickly had my oil changed, filters and wipers replaced in just a few minutes. Everyone was very kind and helpful and didn't feel like they were selling me anything I didn't need. Love that I can come back to "top off" my oil and other fluids for the first 3 months - what a great service. I will definitely be back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Pros: quick, kind staff, no wait. Easy and convenient.Cons: Very Expensive- 2 to 3 times as much as dealer prices (take five charges 110$ for full synthetic, while World Toyota offers 40$ for full synthetic).Unfortunately, when changing my oil the staff forgot to plug my air intake valve (the thing connected to the air filter) back into the car. When leaving, I immediately noticed the car was chugging; and was told that it would just stop. Fast forward a bit- and my car is not only chugging but three warning lights have come on. I had to go back to the location and then waited half an hour for them to fix the issue. I can only hope that the lack of air did not damage my engine.I was then told to come back the next day to get the check engine light fixed, meaning that now the five minute oil change had taken 3 trips, several hours, and stress. That said, the staff really did try to help; even volunteering to let me follow them to their car elsewhere to get something to check the engine error code. But, I was offered no refund or compensation for the near damage to my car. If I wasn t perceptive; I could have driven with no air intake for days.I appreciate the staffs efforts, but likely I won t be returning to this location- and due to the price, I wouldn t recommend it to others. Love this place! I ve been a customer for several years. I ve had a really great experience the employees that have helped service my car have all been very friendly and helpful. It s very convenient, I love not having to schedule an appointment or get out of car. They also don t hassle you and try to sell you stuff you don t need. This place is my new go to for my car! Buddy was the 1st person I spoke to over the phone before coming, he was able to meet all of my accommodations while remaining so sweet, patient, and courteous. Ryan and Alicia serviced me, they are the BEST! I give this place 5 stars, and being a woman I always feel taken advantage of going to car places. But they all made me feel comfortable and welcoming. High level of service and professionalism. Efficient group. We had a problem with a plug that was mis-threaded at a separate take 5 location 3 states away. We were traveling in Atlanta when we saw the drip and were advised to bring it in to an Atlanta Take 5 location. The staff here were very helpful in connecting with the other location and fixed the plug (covered the work too). I m not always a fan of quick lube spots, I prefer independent mechanics. But this location has some good people doing good work, and I appreciate that.

This place is ok if you are just wanting an oil change. The employees don't usually seem to care much, but they're not rude either. I've been several times but won't go back just because I feel like taking it to a local shop will be better for me. The reason for 3 stars....THEY KEEP TEXTING ME OVER AND OVER ASKING ME TO TAKE A SURVEY. I think the manager even called me recently about a question I had asked corporate regarding a note they left on my most recent bill. I told him I wasn't really interested in going back and that was pretty much the end of it. I keep blocking the numbers that keep texting me but then they keep texting me from different numbers. STOP!!!

This place was REALLY impressive!Admittedly there were no other customers when I showed up, but regardless I was immediately greeted and directed into the bay.The staff, all three of them, greeted me individually and continued to be communicative and helpful.The service was extremely quick, I was in and out in less than 20 mins.Kudos!

I've been coming here for years and there's a reason. The staff and the customer service is beyond incredible. The staff always display exceptional customer service and they make sure you are informed of what's going on with your vehicle. If you need an oil change, you need to go here!

Take 5 put my oil filter on my new jeep to tight so the entire housing had to be replaced and the oil filter broken out. The jeep dealer discovered the issue next oil change --- cost was $1500. Usually an oil change place pays for this type of mistake. They refused, so I am out $1500. They also stripped my oil plug put on a new one and overtightened that one so it had to be replaced as well. They did nothing correctly and could care less about the damage to my Jeep Gladiator. Do not go here unless you want to risk your car.

Do NOT go to this location!! My abusive ex husband is an employee here (Store #42 located at 6589 Roswell Rd Suite A Atlanta, GA 30328) and he is inputting my phone number for one of their clients (Element Fleet Management) and I have been receiving text messages. I m afraid he s using my phone number for nefarious purposes at his place of work. I spoke with Raquel over the phone inquiring if my ex husband worked there. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, she returned with a horribly passive aggressive attitude and informed me that they are aware of my situation, cannot help me, and encouraged me to call the police. I have to change my phone number now because my ex husband is using it to harass me.

Be careful when you come here they are not honest. I asked for the basic oil change. I meant the economy selection on the menu. Ramon I believe was his name on the shirt was sneaky and gave me the basic synthetic from the menu. I never asked for synthetic. I told the gentleman I wanted the basic because I was going to do a head gasket change and didn t want to wast good oil. I had to spend way more that I wanted to. Hope someone reaches out to me.Service: Oil change

Was more than 5mins; but all the guys are nice and helpful. I believe his name is Bryce or Boyce (i apologize) he was GREAT. Very helpful and good at his job.

Best and most efficient oil change I ve ever gotten. Simple as that. The real deal. Take 5 and get your car taken care of by the team. Travis and Blue were great.

I went for an oil change and after leaving my check engine light came on and my vehicle started sputtering. I took it back the next day and explained what was going on with my vehicle. The guy went and got his code reader and explained the codes that came up. He cleared the codes and then checked something under the hood I assume that was to make sure they put the air filter on properly. I left and drove around for the remainder of the day the check engine light came back on and my vehicle continued to sputter. My vehicle wasn't doing any of this before I took it in on Friday for the oil change. I am extremely annoyed by this and hope it can be rectified without me having to spend money.

If you would like to pay $77.25 for an "ECONOMY" oil change, well then, this is the place to go.Don't let the humble surroundings fool you, they're making money, hand-over-fist!

I literally love coming here for my oil changes. The customer service is ALWAYS top tier! Better than Chic-Fil-a! :)Definitely Recommend! I always past multiple car maintenance businesses just to come here! Thank you guys! Keep doing what you re doing!

I pulled up, was never acknowledged, but he (Roman) acknowledged the car that pulled up eight minutes later. So once it was close to my turn, Roman motioned for me to move forward. He was supposed to be directing me in, but had his back turned...As I'm pulling forward, he turns around and says, "Don't hit me, I don't play that"! I was not going to hit him. I was no where close to him. He was being rude to me for no reason at all. The energy was awful. Not pleasant at all. Very bad attitude because I also watched how he dealt with other customers. Not good!! So as I sit and wait, I'm still wondering why nobody asked, How are you!? What do you need today!? Finally, Buddy came out the building and said what Roman should of said from the beginning. Buddy was very kind. Truly, a breath of fresh air. I have been a customer with Take 5 at least four years, so when I moved to GA two months ago, I wanted to keep them. I had to pass at least three other places to get to this establishment only to be treated with disrespect...

This is absolutely the best of the best! I was treated so kindly and I will never take my car anywhere but here. BUDDY and his team are absolutely the BEST!! I highly recommend this place and this team!!!!! I thank everyone at this business for your customer service. Absolutely the very best.!!!!!
