The staff is miserable it seems.Never really smiling making you feel welcomed.The showers smell like human excrement.I paid cash for my shower so I wasn t going to abandon it.But I m glad I had a bottle of water to brush my teeth with.I couldn t see myself washing my hair or putting that water in my mouth.It had a minor odor to it.I ve never understood why TA/Petro think we Professional Drivers don t mind having subpar services.Then charges me for reserve parking plus an extra $25 if I don t buy fuel, food or any type of service.Then the prices are ridiculous!!Then everything is raggedy.It smelled that horrid in that shower.

This shop is real slow. We have been waiting since yesterday at @12:23 for hub work on trailer is in bay 5. And we are still waiting for someone to come work on it. Only have 2 mechanic and too many tire tech. But other trucks are comes in and out.

I'm a truck driver. I got there for a 10 hour rest on 3/25 at 11.10 pm. Try to reserve a parking spot but app not working.So I approached to counter to ask them for a parking. Guy there a little rude by the way.What a surprise the cashier told me that if I get the parking reserved anyway I'll pay at the exit again next morning.How in the world you guys have to pay around 50 bucks for a parking spot in a truck stop????? Also is too high the price $28 bucks for 10 hours? Well I moved around yard and find a free spot.Next morning I fuel up and that's the way you can park for free.Yes keep raising those prices anyway truck drivers are rich right??

Stopped by for an airbag issue and was assigned a bay within the hour! Technician Sean was very thorough with diagnosis and repair. Ashanti made the front counter process easy in...easy out. This crew is the real deal! They deserve a raise ASAP! I highly recommend!

Replaced an air dryer crossover line here. They did a great job and understood the needs to make it right. I m leak free and feeling ok about my invoice. They didn t charge diagnostic fee as I showed them what I wanted replaced and they gave me a quote and were very close to it. They even placed some extra rub protection in place. I recommend you give them a shot if you have time and they aren t backed up. Nice staff and my experience was very positive. Thank you!

Terrible. Worst experience at truck stop ever.Took them over 16 hrs for service. For a task that would ve otherwise taken 10 minutes. A bunch of walking back & forth and talking. Watch em closely they pretend as if their busy doing this & that but its just guys burning the clock avoiding work.

i m a truck driver i came here for tire change and i wait for 4 hours when i ask them that how long it gonna take nobody answer and cashier tells me that wait in your truck or go somewhere else that was ridiculous i will never came back here

Over-priced; slow services. Charges for parking if you don't spend at least $25Will not place cone in space to keep unreserved parking space while vehicle is being serviced. S.O.L

Can t believe you charge to park!! Ridiculous!! Some people get to park free in the middle but the rest have to pay. We never would have paid and left but weather was bad so we pd. At least if weather is bad you should let everyone park for free. We pay for your way over priced fuel, food, snacks etc then charge us for parking. I go to the mall or Target they don t charge me to park and sometimes I don t buy anything.

Crazy owners and managers of this non-traveling center, why are you still working? It is very strange! $25 per night? Do you provide a room, or a shower, or breakfast, or dinner for this price? Or do you only provide crime for that amount? It s strange that you are still working... Strange drivers who keep complaining about you and do nothing!!! Here in Russia they talk about such people as ! I drive on, passing you so as not to take a toll on my soul... But you are unique, like this whole city... in a bad way!

When I m in Atlanta this is the ONLY place I m taking my 2020 International! Hands down the most friendly and efficient mechanics and staff I have ever been to! They diagnosed my truck in minutes and had me back on the road in no time! They have made a loyal customer out of me!

I don't recommend it to anyone. This TA is the worst thing that could have happened. I came to change the oil and the person broke the Carter cap, and they don't respond that it was broken and that's not how I had thrown away the oil. I come from Florida and this TA is in Atlanta. The women who are at the front desk are despicable rude and have poor management skills as well.

The repair speed of this repair point is very fast, which saves us time. The service attitude of the driver is very friendly. It is worth recommending to the driver. Thank you

No easy way of saying this the threats from the mechanics to the customer are brutal.When I walked in the shop one mechanic was yelling at a customer who had a strong European accent.Ladies at the front desk are rude as well

First I want to say that all the employees were very friendly and nice the gentleman who did the welding although he did run out of wire was using his personal welder. Could be a very good shop if it was just organized. I put that on management.Pulled into their shop around 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday for a broken alternator belt actually it was two belts. Which they did not have in stock so around 9:45 there are delivered. And by the way after hours they charge you about a $100 for what they call a Parts runs fee. So the mechanic goes to install them and come to find out the alternator bracket is broke. But they say they're unable to find one but the mechanic will be in in the morning around 8 a.m. that can weld this one back. well he shows up around 11 a.m. says yeah sure I can weld it back no problem have you going in a few hours but going to charge $130 an hour for 4 hours to weld it. So around 4:15 they take the bracket off at 5:15 he comes to me and says I got about a third of it welded and I run out of wire for the welder and cannot get any tonight so it will be tomorrow morning well now it is Thursday 12:15 p.m. and they still do not have any wire for the welder. If I had known all this I could have ordered apart and had it shipped from halfway around the world for the time this has taken. Hopefully I'm going to get out of here this evening we will see. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Got finished an out around 9 p.m. Thursday night

I needed a valve replaced. I initially thought that it may have been the tire itself. I got called into the shop within an hour. I was surprised! checked in at 9:15 a.m.

Bought a radiator and they put it in and damaged it when putting it in. Had to get a new radiator 5 days after getting this one they put in. They denied fixing it even when Kenworth sent proof of it being their fault. Terrible workmanship highly recommend another shop

Can't believe it's $25 to park at these ta/Petros now AND you CANNOT use the cost of a reserved parking TOWARDS the $25 to be on property, yet most of the lot is RESERVED ONLY

There's a gigantic parking lot for your rig here at the Petro in Atlanta, GA.24 hr parking is $25, tho.Remember to stop and smell the roses, too.

The best truck stop with awesome down home southern cooks keeping the meals fire all day and night. Plenty of spaces to park and they keep all the predators off the yard. Must have a cdl to chill here. Smart thinking to cater to the driver s. My hometown Truck stop is the best. ATL Shawty yes sir!!

The worst labor service in the US. It took 12 hours to change the oil. We were attended by 3 different technicians to change oil. If you want to waste time and money go to this place. Due to this poor quality service, we lost a day of work. Garbage, horrible. Once again THE WORST SERVICE IN THE USA.. Stay far away from this place.

Worst shop I ve ever been to 13hrs plus waiting seems like everybody there to correct a check and not work for one busy doing nothing I had only 2tickets before me how it take me 12hrs ended up going to the dealership instead I had arrived around 3pm the previous day they call me 10am the next day but I was already gone

Atlanta ta is the worst, I called and asked for a quote on a starter and was told they can't give me one until the truck is in the shop, it seems like they want to get you in and pull your stuff apart and then stick it to you with there high price.

Would've been 5 stars but the secondary pump, second or third from the last on the right side of the building pumps slow and doesn't stop when you set the clicker. Wasted

Been waiting since 7a.m. to get a P.M. done on my truck. Said their tec guy doesn't come in until 9 a.m. At 9:30 the tec guy shows up. It's now 10a.m. and there's still no one doing PM'S on trucks. Didn't want to spend my day off waiting on a guy that doesn't like his job and shows up late and still doesn't do anything <nail after 10a.m. You keep us on the road and we keep you employed. 2 way street here. OMG!! Ihave never seen mechanics just walking around so slowly and not doing anything as what I'm seeing here at this TA repair service shop I'm at now. So sad. Had to give a star just so I could give a post. Still waiting to be put in for a PM and it's now 10:25 a.m. Took a picture of the mechanics standing around talking.

The card system is down, and fuel pumps are down. They're forcing people to buy $25 in merchandise to get out. Parking is free if you fuel up, but the pumps are down. So if you were counting on fueling up in the morning to pay for parking, you're out of luck.

This place is the worst PETRO you will find...no lid for Coffee cups....movie seater dont play anything... workers are all rude and non professional at all...The mecanics don't answer any simple guestion..well is a nightmare everyway you go...One star because at least the showers where clean..but no soap inside the shower
