I came to get a new tire . They quickly replaced my bad tire , I paid them went about my business . Before I could get home my tire was already flat . I called the shop back and explained what happened . Within 1 hr they came to my house and replaced the tire . I appreciate them so much for that and made it quick !!

Went to TZ Auto in fall of 2023 (maybe November) for an oil change. My dad recently checked my oil, and said I was ripped off. They didn't actually change the oil because it was PITCH BLACK, and also used a non-standard filter. Charged me (a black woman) $60 for service they didn't even perform. "I've never seen oil that black in 40 years" - my father.HORRIBLE customer service. Do not take your car here.

The worse auto repair shop in Atlanta. Do not go. Brought my truck in for an assessment and recieved a $825 bill before any work was even done. I paid $125 "for an assessment" that wasn't the correct issues and my tire was flat when I picked my truck up and has not been holding air since. Basically I went to their shop and came out with problems.

Unprofessional service down here when you walk in they don t speak or greet you they just look at you. You have to ask questions all the time because they don t wanna explain anything to you I will never go back or recommend anyone to this place you have a business you supposed to keep it professional you re supposed to make the people feel like they made the right decision which trusting you guys with the vehicle but it be your own People on professional service

Horrible service! They were better years ago when they had 2 of their best employees. Since they left its been a mess and the owner gotten worse since then. I came for an oil change around 10am. Was told they wasn't open and to come back in an hour. I told them to call me when they open because the female employee seemed indecisive about when they will open. I then received a call at 2pm! They can't keep mechanics cause the owner don't want to pay his employees. I know this cause when I arrived the next day his mechanic was ranting about money! Owner stated he'll charge me cheaper for coming the following day cause they took forever to open and 2pm didn't fit into my time frame. When I arrived the next day he changed his price! Also another customer was there an 2 different employees quoted him 2 different prices & that customer ranked about why we as black people do that to each other. Another customer was there but left cause they stated they charge too high! I like supporting black owned businesses but that don't mean I'll tolerate disrespect. I support black owned businesses with great customer service. Quoted me 20 minutes for an oil change, but took 1.5 hours. Also I had my own oil & filter. I was the 1st there and was the only person there for most of the 1.5 hours while I was there. Never again! I'll found another black owned business to support.

Great experience. Last minute, I needed a used tire for my vehicle and they so happened to have it's size. Tire tread was in great condition and the installation and payment process was seamless. Unfortunately, after the install my vehicles steering wheel started shaking. It took a while to get back to these guys but the issue was resolved free of charge and with no fuss. Thanks a lot guys, great customer service!! I will return.

I called prior to coming and was quoted a price for a brake job which is normally pretty standard. Once I arrived, a unprofessional mechanic, which it seemed to be quite a few wandering around, took me inside, got on the phone with someone and started asking me details like what was my tag number? Long story short, he quoted me a price which was double the amount given originally. As a woman, it is important to do your research and weigh options, therefore I had other quotes so I told him that if the price given initially couldn t be honored, I d just have someone else provide the services. I thanked him for his time and began walking away. The mechanic stopped me with the manager on the speakerphone so that I could actually hear him and they agreed on the initial amount plus tax. Needless to say that once the work was completed, the manger quote a end price of double and insisted that he never said the things mentioned that he clearly heard while on the speakerphone. He and I negotiated a cost that was not pleasing but I just wanted to leave after waiting 5 hours. Very unprofessional individuals from management down. The shop was a mess! Dropped of car around 4pm yesterday 10-6 -20 for diagnostic. Called this/next morning and phone line is busy. Hope all goes well will keep you postedUpdate: They completed diagnostic already and had an estimate for repairs. A little Higher than I expected yet they said it will repaired and ready today, Not bad so far.

I was very pleased with my experience at T Z automotive. I work a job where my hours are not always consistent with a 9-5, and this created a situation where my break pads became so worn out after putting off a replacement for them that it felt as though my car began to break down. T Z automotive repair was able to take my car in at the last minute, fix the repairs, gave me a fair price for the whole service and stayed late to finish the job on my car. I am very grateful for this experience with them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I went to them because the tire i had went flat, they said nothing was wrong with my tire and lo and behold they swapped out my tire!it s flat again and i checked it, and it s not the same brand they are slimey snakes in this place .. DONT GO

Worst experience in my life. Went in to just get brake pads I brought put on and was told i had a bad bearing. Fine I was told it would take 30 min to hour. I arrived at 1130 am. They had to get a part and I was told it would be ready by 230. I come back and it's not. No one working and bald head guy at register said oh they almost done. I leave and call back at 420 same guy says we putting tires back on. I come back pay thinking their wrapping up. No take tire back off, car still up on jack no one working and he says oh it will have to be tomorrow by 12. He bald head guy keeps telling me oh I'm a little while. I have been here for 2 days. I had to miss work and they won't compensate my energy or time. This is absolutely the most unprofessional car shop business in the world. He is so unprofessional and they lie to you. They have a sign saying if your not satisfied let them know and they will make it rt. They dont. Wish I could give 0 stars but it won't let me. Absolutely horrible. Go anywhere else.

The worst car repair experience I've ever had in my life. The wrong parts were placed on my car which caused more damage to my vehicle. Had to pay another shop to redo the work. I'm out of $1,300 dollars between the both of them. These guys weren't willing to compensate me at allllllllllll for their mistake. Stay away or you'll pay dearly. FYI Don't leave your car here over night it's likely to be slept in by one of their homeless employees.

Literally only left my car there because I had no other choice. The mechanic who was working on my car was nice enough but the office staff and management are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. They drink and smoke on the clock as well as lay around while there are cars that need work. They got mad when I asked about security because I was scared to leave my car there overnight and just said that they are not responsible for theft or vandalism. I know one thing nothing better be missing or broken when I pick my car up.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I brought my vehicle up here to get repaired. The manager said the work woutake 2 days and I figured I give them extra days due to part maybe wrong size or something. After having it a week they did not touch my vehicle. They kept making empty promises that my vehicle would be ready at the end of business but it wasn't. On the 10th day that I had to sit up there for them to finish my vehicle. When I got it back my change that was in my arm rest was gone. Someone was digging through my vehicle and had trash in it. Never again will I go back to them. Don't let your vehicle with them.

Never again! This place likes to scam women out of their money. I tried using their services, and my last time was today! I paid a diagnostic fee twice in the same week for the same issue. He should feel ashamed of himself for charging me again when he never fixed the original issue and to be honest I don t think he completed the diagnostic the first time. He lost a customer forever. Please drive the other way if you see this shop! **update** I took my car to another shop which the guy told me the previous person who looked at my car placed the bolts and screws back all wrong! I can t make the up, I don t know what kind of mechanics he uses ugh

My check engine light in my car came on and it had been rattling on start up for like a week. I came into TZ and they fixed everything in under 4 hours for cheaper than I was expecting. Reasonable pricesOnly one guy was friendly and acknowledged me...in all the wrong ways!!! At first I thought is genuine customer service, boy was I wrong.I will say to respect your customers-especially women. We are not coming to your shop to be heavily flirted with-but we trust you to help us with our cars. Just do your job

I put a rating of 1 since -100 was not an option. These people are completely unprofessional. In 2016 they refused to refund my dad on a faulty car battery they sold him. They should be thanking me and paying me because I talked him out shutting down their business permanently. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Great Job.They re-threded a hole on the left head of my engine for a spark plug in the way back of my 1999 F150, within a 24hour period. They solved a serious problem that could have been worse.They did a excellent job for a fair price.The ford dealership tried to charge me $600 dollars but TZ, only charged me $150.Mind you. All I needed was only 1 spark plug changed & ford dealership wanted over half a grand, while TZ charged just 1/4th what ford dealership was charging.I highly recommend TZ Auto Repair.They will definitely keep it real with you.Thanks TZ & God Bless all y'all.Peace.

Im gonna start off with the typical bad review intro lol if I could give these people no stars, I would. Went in for alignment yesterday for $70... And my car is now driving worse and is now a detriment to my safety. I cannot accelerate past 40 mph now without my car making DANGEROUS jerks to the left and right. I went back today and informed them of what was happening, even one of the mechanics test drove it and said himself that it's dangerous and instead of them at least trying to see if THAT problem cld be rectified , THREE male employees began to price gouge and bully me into a bunch of other services claiming there was "nothing they could do" nobody even attempted to even take another look, Instead just started blurting out prices for parts and services. So basically I have to park my car until I come up with more $$ for a mechanic and parts bc it's literally driving THAT bad. I literally GAVE these ppl 70$ to screw up something else under my car to make it undriveable. When I asked if I cld just get my money back then since I didn't get the service I initially paid for,I was told no. Basically I can't even ride my 4 year old daughter in my vehicle because of these dimwits and their incompetancy. I was also told there was a thirty day warranty on the alignment (lie). PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL. PLS SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. They may be cheaper but you deff. Get what you paid for. I was deff. Scammed. I will be filing a complaint with both the BBB and Department of consumer affairs and I implore every other person who was ripped off by these people to do the same.

Been going ther for years and never had a problem unlit now. Took it in to have a small repair done (coil) and Ben tore my truck up...literally. Parts were broken, missing, disconnected and a tool was left in the area as well! He either did not know what he was doing or did it on purpose. When I called him about the same but worse issue again, he wanted to charge me again. He told me to sue him...when he was confronted about the damages and a refund. There is no way he walked away and did not know what he had done!!

Was told $15 on the phone but charged $18 (3) for shop supplies. What supplies do you use when swapping out a tire I already own....air, seal and soapy water?????? I took my old tire so they couldn't say it was for tire disposal. My dilemma is.... you should have said it was $18 when I called, not after you swiped my card!!!!!! Support black owned business? I really try, but at least half of black businesses I have tried to support always have some BS going on and are so rude. Avoid this place unless you want to play a game of bait and switch.

I bought a used tire. It was defective. Went back 3days later; they swapped it out with no questions, no fuss, no charge. That's the way to take care of customer problems. Two thumbs up. BTW they will negotiate prices.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went for a spark plug 2 coils, ,oil change and alignment drop my truck off at noon.. they could not complete the job.. was told noon the next day ..didn't happen got the call plug was as issue couldn't get it out,so ask was everything else done..was told alignment guy wanted more money than the quote and ..I am here a 2pm warching waiting on mechanic put the coils in and suspect my oil change not done either..they sure made sure I paid first before..hey I need 20min came out his mouth..I been here for the first and last time.

I had a lug on my tire that no other shop could remove. I arrived at 4:300 and was driving safely by 5:30. Best shop within a 10 mile radius.

I let them fix to of my cars. And the same issue happened with both oil keep leaking. I can t put no type of oil in there. Which costed my engine to break DO NOT GO HERE

DO NOT GO HERE! There is only 2 mechanics on site so who knows WHEN your car will be fixed (they kept mine for OVER a month) I paid over a thousand dollars for engine repair my car STILL to this day is acting like it doesn t want to start.
