Very professional and quickly serviced my low battery issue I was having. He even went out his way to make sure my car was fine after helping to charge it up. I hope I don t go through anymore car issues. However, if I do, I have no questions that he would come SWIFTLY!

AAA hasn t even processed my request and during that time trying to hear back, Mr woods was amazing at responding to my request for a tow to a nearby dealership. Very timely, very professional, very knowledgeable on the process of dropping off a car at a dealership after hours! Gave me the assurance I needed and handled the entire transaction just lovingly. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Mr woods!

We returned from vacation to the Atlanta airport only to find my friend s car had a dead battery. AAA quoted us two hours. We were given DeAngelos number from The Parking Spot. Deangelo answered and was there in 15 minutes. He jumped the car and followed us to Auto Zone. He made sure a diagnostic test was run on the car. When it showed the battery was completely dead, he made sure we bought the correct battery and all was fixed. We had a four hour drive ahead of us and he went out of his way to make sure we were safe to get on the road. I m very thankful for his help and kindness.

This company literally saved us last night. He came to our rescue, got my car going, followed us to have my battery replaced (after calling around and finding an open store that carried the battery) and then stayed with us until it was replaced. He made us feel safe in a panicked and scary situation. Definitely use this company if you ever have car problems in southern Atlanta

Needed a blown tire fixed out of ATL airport parking deck. Wasn't about to mess with trying to get it pulled out of a stacker parking deck. No kidding, Maurice showed up in 20 mins, took off tire, patched up 3 nail holes (thanks 285) and got me back on the road. Good man, just make it easy and give them a call, wont let you down.

Locked my keys in my car, young man in store called Swift. Charged me $189.90 to not show up. Took my info over the young man's phone then told me he had no recordof me calling in playing stupid. Told me no women worked there but they sure scammed me. I talked to the same woman at two different numbers and was told id get a refund , never happened. I wouldn't never use these thief's again. The numbers were out of CA, be aware of the scammers. I even cancelled the call after 40 minutes when no one showed up. You are better off looking for a locksmith that use Swift Roadside Service in GA.

My car broke down on the side of 285 with my two small children. I called 3 to 4 different tow companies that could not help me until I contacted Swift Lift. They were professional and quick. I was even assisted on how to share my location from my iPhone. When they arrived we discovered my husband s car battery was also dead from his hazard lights being on & the kids having the doors open as we waited. He gave us a jump & we were able to leave safely.Services: Battery service, Car towing

Safety and confidence is D angelo s middle name! He was so confident he could get my car started he said I could pay him $15 if he showed up and it doesn t start. Putting your money where your mouth it is! Oh, and he put on a safety vest before getting out of the truck. Class act!

Swift Lift is the absolute place to go for all of your emergency tire and tow needs. This gentleman came out right away, had all of the tools needed and experience as well. He was polite, professional, and friendly. I was having problems with my car at the airport economy parking and requested a tow for 60 miles plus. D'Angelo had me send him a picture of the battery to make sure I could get my car started and avoid waisting time and money. He came had my car up and running in a few minutes, check my fluids, and aired my tires, made sure I was good for the the drive. The service was excellent and fast, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use recommend his service to anyone in his service area.

Maurice was great. He came within 20 minutes after we had been stood up by 2 other companies for 4 hours. Dangelo was able to put together an on the spot fix for my car, which died in the Atlanta international park/ride garage, with a mobile mechanic who worked me into his busy schedule. They pulled me a solid and saved the day and had my car up and running in the same day after I had been ghosted by other tow companies and mechanics in town!

My wife and I had a tire start loosing pressure on way to flight out of Atlanta. I called Deangelo from out of the country after not being able to get help from dealership and he worked with me to check on the tire in the airport parking garage, verify it was not holding air and due to an issue with a wheel but lock, wasn t able to change it but went to the dealership to pick up a tire purchased just in case we had to replace it since our flight got in after dealership and most tire places closed. He helped me get to 24 hour tire place where they were able to help us get the repair we needed. Polite, prompt, helpful and just above and beyond to help us out.Service: Tire change

I had a blown out tire on the HIGHWAY last night (a Friday night) at like 11:30 pm. After going through all the bs with my insurance - I decided to start making calls on my own once they told me the claim hadn't even been initiated although I started the process online. Anywho after calling Swift up and telling them I needed a tow- he informed me that they do tire change as well and I was incredibly relieved. From the first contact , to me being on the road was maybe an hr - 1hr, 15min and that includes him coming, taking the tire off, going BACK to his shop to prepare the other tire and coming back to change the tire. I was so very very thankful for this 24hr SWIFT service! I was more than happy to pay whatever just to get the hell from the side of the freeway and to be worry free!

We were about two hours into a six hour trip and had a flat tire. Maurice was very helpful on the phone and arrived in about thirty minutes (exactly when he told us he would arrive). He not only helped us get the spare on but took us to a shop where we could get a new tire. He accommodated us and made sure we were completely taken care of. We are so thankful we came across his page and definitely recommend!Service: Tire change

Second Time Using Swift Lift! Today, Swift Lift came to the rescue in a BIG way... again! My car completely shut down on me while out with my children 30 minutes away from home...on a Sunday when Repair Shops and Dealerships are closed. I called Swift Lift and he not only answered my call but thoroughly asked questions and instructed me on what to do. He was able to get out to me quickly within an hour, installed a portable battery box and followed me to my home 30 minutes away! My issue is likely my alternator. He even connected me to trustworthy Mobile Mechanic. He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful! Call Swift Lift if you want quick, reliable roadside service!Initial Review from 2021: They called in advance, came in a timely fashion and assured my SUV would be safely delivered to the body shop. They loaded my vehicle with care. Upon arriving at the body shop, they called to confirm delivery and provided additional information. Was at a gas station and he saw that my back tire was flat and offered to fill it with air for free. These are the people you need to call!!
