The Service was Wonderful! The Service Person was professional and courteous. The wait time was minimal and I truly appreciate the fact that the Service Person did not try to sell me anything. The fee was Great, as compared to what I have been charged at other facilities. I Will Return! Thank You!

I almost forgot I was on old national! I've never gotten an oil change and not only did they offer options and went in detail about each option they offer complimentary water. I've been in the area for over 30 years and been to that address only a few but they definitely have won my loyalty!

James, Al & Gerald really took good care of me & it didn t take long at all! This is my first time here at Strickland Brothers on Old National & this is the ONLY place I m coming to from now on to get an oil change! Definitely recommend Strickland Brothers. There are so many places you can go to get an oil change but this is definitely the place to go!

10/10 absolutely recommend! Quick and friendly service. The young lady who was working was great! She explained the primary service and wasn t sneaky about the price of any of the additional or recommended services. I ll definitely support this business over any other franchise drive thru oil change service.

This was a great experience for me.I pulled up, was given a cold bottle of water, they were very sweet and helpful and I got my oil change right away was so fast and efficient!I tired to go to jiffy lube earlier the same day to get an oil change and they said it would be an hour till I got seen and were really understaffed.So coming to this place was just hands down so much better!

Awesome experience! everyone was so kind I am from out of town waiting on my wife s flight to land kind of a time crunch for an oil change I felt terrible for asking but I had a 4 hour drive back home so I wanted to make sure the car was good to go ready for another long trip! Let me tell you from the first second super friendly honest and trustworthy if I m ever back in this area and need another oil change I will definitely be coming back! Much love to sbg she was amazing working hard and all the techs down whd below also guys absolutely made this process very smooth and went thru the proper process and communication!

Very fast, easy in, easy out, didn t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff. Very reasonably priced, and gave me a 10% off card for another oil change which I ll use on my wife s car. Highly recommend.

This place has really changed since they changed owners. My mileage was placed in the system incorrectly and the tech wanted to argue me down that the companies information is linked to carfax and that information was pulled from my insurance company that caused my premium to increase by over 100 dollars. No one calls back or follow up and I have to come to the shop when I can to try to catch the ONE person who could fix it.Plus I usually get air in my tires with service and thats a chore.

Amazing work. Ms.Donna was the BEST. Very helpful and accurate. Great place, great customer service . I was here no longer than 15-20 mins. Ms.Donna really made my day, very kind, professional and great work. 10/10 recommend!! I will be back for my next oil change.

It was a terrible experience. It was supposed to be a 10 minute oil change that took 35 minutes. Then the lady quoted me 65 dollars. But when it was done. I had to pay 85 dollars. Cause I needed two extra quarts and a special oil filter. And I m giving one star cause I can t go any less

I drove all the way here from the other side of town because of the 10 minute oil change and was NOT disappointed! It was my first time coming and will not be the last. I hate getting oil changes because they usually take forever on my side of town. Fast, efficient, and friendly sums up my experience. It was lovely and you get to stay in the car, which was the icing on the cake!

First I was shocked to see two young Ladies that was very courteous and knew their stuff. I was treated as if I d been there before. I was advised to sign up all my vehicles on their fleet service. I had to tip both Ladies

Loved my experience here today. I am from Tennessee and drove through. Every gentleman was kind, efficient in work and communicating with my husband and I. Showed me my changed filter and gave me options for air filter. I will use these guys again in the future. I commend this company and it s employees to anyone looking for effective and cost efficient service with a smile and great attitude.Service: Oil change

pros: fast service, discounts, ability to stay in car.cons: ~$500 later had to get a new oil pan/gasket panel & of course another oil change (because the oil has to been drained 1st). visited this shop 4/2023 for a synthetic oil change & days later (I WFH so I only drive about 1-2x/week).. was omw to the store & noticed oil leak in my garage. all the staff is young which ok cool but obviously need more training/oversight. my car hadn't been touched by anyone else after visiting SB until I noticed the oil leak. the new shop that had to replace the oil pan/gasket stated items weren't properly replaced/screwed in incorrectly which damaged the entire panel.I can't specifically pinpoint SB as the culprits but I've never ran into this particular issue with any other shop (had my civic for 8 years now) but nonetheless, I definitely won't be returning here additionally, they tell you your oil change sticker "will come in the mail".. lol never received. bye.

Came in on the 4th for an oil change went out of town for work came back on the 6th my driveway covered in oil I bring it back they tell me the last place I had an oil change did It. I m confused the car has 60 thousand miles on on it an has only seen Firestone. due to their heavy traffic I did a 10 min oil change with these ppl two ppl working an a trainer I didn t feel comfortable at first an should ve stuck with my gut instinct. Now I need a oil pan for $500 after a $100 oil change an I sit an wait while they blast music an the young lady goes to grab a plug of some sort be careful yallService: Oil change

Shop in Atlanta (Old National Hwy) was severely understaffed with one woman working. I literally watched her bring vehicles into the bays, complete oil changes on multiple vehicles simultaneously & process payments.... give this woman (Shay) a BONUS! Thanks, L

Beware!!!! Use these people at your own risk!!!! On 11/13 our friends lost their new financed vehicle by using Strickland Brothers services and after two weeks they still don't have their car back. They were negligent and didn t put the oil filter back on properly and ruined the engine as a result. They still haven t rectified the issue!!! Use at your own risk!!!
