I think most of us who own German cars have some degree of OCD. Luckily Buckhead Auto Sport understands this about their patrons.Yesterday was my first time taking a vehicle there for service. The process from appointment through service was seamless. The gentlemen who work there are quite knowledgeable and discussed the various components of service my vehicle needed.It was so nice that Tyler called and asked if I had ever replaced spark plugs, for example. He didn t assume, and he wasn t going to do something unnecessarily. I appreciated that. It s also so nice that they don t talk down to women.The prices are approximately 50% of what Porsche dealers charge. I ended up doing some elective work on my vehicle given that the prices were so reasonable and she was already there for her oil change.I highly recommend Buckhead Auto Sport. I don t think you ll be disappointed.

Lot of options in Atlanta to take your BMW for repair and normal maintenance -the customer service at Buckhead Auto Sport sets them apart.Simply put, Tyler is amazing to work with! I used a 3rd party warranty to pay for repairs and he went above and beyond to communicate directly with the warranty company to make sure everything was handled correctly.Highly recommend the team at Buckhead Auto Sport!

Definitely not the least expensive shop, but you get what you pay for! This was a 60k service for my BMW GT and it runs better than the day I bought my car. They were super busy but had my car back in 1 day.Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this shop.

I was a mechanic in my former life so I know a good shop when I find one. Buckhead Auto Sport is an awesome shop! They take great care of our cars, are competitively priced, and get repairs done quickly. Service of my 2017 Audi Q5. They took excellent care of me. 1/3 of the price I would pay at the dealer. And, didn t need a bunch of unnecessary stuff and charges done. Thank you Stephen.

After going to Eurofed and quoted out a price, I came here. After short inspection Tyler called me and told me they didn't need to do all that and quoted me out the correct repair. After this because I drive 55 miles to work and back they gave me a loaner car which was very nice. Loaner car had issues (called them) and they exchanged it for another. The got the parts in and fixed my car in about 24 hours while providing me updates, quick response, and amazing care. I will be back for my future maintenance and repair here. All around great people. I highly recommend this place.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I ve been bringing my BMW to Buckhead Autosport for about 5 years and will not have anyone else work on it. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They have fixed what other mechanics couldn t and I can always rely on Stephen to be honest and look out for my best interest. I highly recommend them for any work needed on a foreign car!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

If you're reading this review, all you need to know is that this company is the best in town. Stephen and his team are experienced, efficient and courteous. Most importantly, they are proactive problem solvers.I had serious troubles with my Porsche, and Buckhead Auto Sport fixed my issues immediately and took care of all my maintenance needs in a very quick timeframe. They saved me stress and time and for that I'm grateful.If you have a sport car, I would highly recommend coming here for all your maintenance and repairs. Finally there is a team you can trust in Buckhead without delays and unknown prices.

I love these guys! It's always a treat to hang out with them, and their customer service is outstanding. One time I contacted Tyler about some weird noises, and he squeezed me in the next day. They are very popular, and with good reason! Also, you get what you pay for- it ain't Jiffy Lube- but they will never overcharge or fabricate charges, either.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I've been bringing my car here for service for a few years now, but felt compelled to write a quick review. I brought my car by this morning to determine if there was an issue with what I suspected, a failing battery. Because I was on my way to meet a client for work, Stephen was more than happy to drop what he was working on, confirm my suspicions, replace the battery on the spot, and get me back on the road in the span of about 10 minutes. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Stephen and his crew, but felt that this was particularly noteworthy in a long succession of great customer service.

Brett the manager very professionally assessed my BMW X3, told me what needed to be fixed, and provided a heads up on upcoming maintenance (brakes). The owner was there in the morning and evening, and overall the place seemed to be well-run. I postponed doing work on the oil leak, but will be saving up to return to Buckhead Auto Sport.

Your vehicle will likely sit there for weeks with no updates provided, so hopefully you have another way to get around town. You'll have to go out of your way to contact them to see what is happening. Poor communication. Overall, not very impressive from a service and professionalism standpoint which makes me incredibly skeptical of all of these other glowing reviews.

Best BMW shop in North Georgia, Thomas is a Master on BMW's and Mark the Service Writer will make sure that you are treated right EVERY TIME. Stephen and his other mechanics are way above par.

Stephen Adams and his team have something special here. I unfortunately have a couple of temperamental, older Europeans. They need a little more care than most. Stephen gets me in and keeps me going without breaking the bank. This is my Euro-mechanic for life.

Stephen diagnosed a sensor issue that a squirrel had caused and fixed it for a few hrs of labor vs replacing the entire system like the large Range Rover service center had recommended.True honest professsionals!
