Very unprofessional. I just called at 4:04PM on March 30, 2024 to inquire about availability. The idiot that answers should fired immediately.I asked king there was availability to replace a starter. He says nope . I said when s your next availability? He says next week . I said ..IS THERE A DAY NEXT WEEK?! . I ended up hanging the phone up on him. I hope the owner finds out they lost money because of this fool.Listen, if you don t like what you do for work - go find a job you like. Or else learn customer service skills and get some couth about yourself. Weirdo.

I really appreciate Southside Moblie mechanic I had an issue going on with my car with no hesitation they picked my car up. They fix the issue and they didn t hesitate with communicating with me. I would Definitely recommend them in the prices were reasonable thank you!

Two days ago I had a no crank no start condition so I contacted this mobile mechanic. The tech got my car started and left, but on the first drive I noticed the car was not driving correctly (which it did prior to service).I will give them 2 stars because they solved the No crank no start condition, but in the process caused a problem that did not exist before service . While working on my starter, the tech broke a connector that he thought was to the knock sensor. He spliced a connector from a spare car that I have, but I am having drive-ability issues. I believe the connector that was broken was for my vehicle speed sensor, and the splicing he did, did not work. Now I have a running car that is barely driveable. When I tried to contact them the day after (on Saturday) to let them know, NO RESPONSE. Smh. So now either I have to get under there and see whats going on, or pay someone else to come behind them and fix it.

Anybody out there looking for an Honest and great mechanic? Southside Mobile Mechanic is the place to go. Everybody knows when your vehicle is almost paid off is also when everything starts breaking down. So that's when either you can't afford to buy another one or you just don't want to start with a new set of car notes? Well, Southside Mechanics got me all the way set. I was having problem after problem; my car was at its lowest AND loud and I was gonna just get a new one but those new car notes made me rethink it all. I was referred to SSM and Tyrell literally saved my car's life. What I love most is that all the parts he replaced are brand new and Not used, and the prices were actually very reasonable; nothing like what the dealerships and some of those other mechanics charge. He explained exactly what was wrong and what the part does for my car. I'm a real critic but when I tell you, this man eased my mind making sure I wasn't getting ripped off, I mean that. His work is exceptional. It's been months now and my car is running great. Southside mechanic will take care of you. Go see Mr. Tyrell, he'll take care of you. You'll leave happy and most of all, not broke!!!

Crew is professional and polite, I like these guys. They re thorough, quick and reasonable. Will definitely be using Southside from here on out. I ve already been informing people I know that are in need of a mechanic to utilize their services.

It is so rare to find a shop and mechanics of integrity.This place is my go-to for honest, authentic service. From the professional and warm front-office service (shout out to the fantastic Keatha!) to consistent and clear communications with the mechanic, my experience was top-tier. If I could give these guys six stars I would had a compressor blowout and destroy a lot of parts in my AC system they fix it for around $700 which was less than half of what pep boys wanted. He even found a way to change the evaporator core inside my dash which was also old and clogged up and found a hack that allowed him to do it for less than half the price it would have cost a tear the dash apart. Simply outstanding! Explained what they were doing and why they were doing it every step of the way and even allowed me to watch some of the process as I have a car enthusiast myself. Highly recommended. Very quick service. Technician gave me a heads up when he was close, worked quickly and professionally once he arrived. Price was very fair. All in all, I am very satisfied, will use Southside Mobile again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

If you're looking for a fast, reliable, knowledgeable mechanic look no further. I searched for mechanics on Yelp and Tyrell responded immediately. I needed a radiator for my Ram pickup truck. He called the parts store and got everything I needed. Once completed he even took the time out to do a diagnostic on my SUV. The best part about it he is mobile. I will definitely call him again and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

He did an awesome job of fixing my serpentine belt. Also noticed my ac belt was old and fixed that as well. Auto Zone ended up giving me the wrong belt and he was able to get the right one. Fixed everything quickly and at a good price.

SMM is spot on, he came quick at last minute and fixed a problem I didn t even know I had; and the price was solid too. Overall will definitely keep SMM in mind anytime I have vehicle issues.

Honest and reliable mechanic with extensive knowledge about vehicles, with reasonable prices. Mr. Tyrell was very professional and believes in pleasing the customer. Mr.Tyrell finish the work on my truck in a timely fashion and I was able to take it out of town for the holidays to be with family and with no problems. Great Job!!
