We needed drive tires for our semi truck pretty quickly and had called other locations of Southern Tire Mart. Nobody had what we needed but when we called the Fulton Industrial location in Atlanta, we spoke to a guy named John (I think) his salesman ID is 16500. Anyway he immediately told us he didn t have what we needed but if we would head on down he would have it delivered by the time we arrived. We was two hours away in Chattanooga and when we pulled up he had our tires and they immediately took care of our truck. He was very nice and professional. He also honored a store credit that we had from another location. We will definitely use this store again for our tire needs. Being on the road fulltime, it s very difficult to wait around for service and this salesman was more than happy to help us out quickly. Thanks for the amazing customer service and for going above and beyond!

Had a blow out called they said 90 to 120 minutes showed 210 minutes later and then thought I could pull a 18wheeler into a very small and busy gas station. All this because couldn't get to me when they said when traffic wasn't a problem

Never had a issue tell now , the put the lugs on so tightThat 4 lugs would not come off had to cut the chrome caps off , Company wouldn't replace the 4 with new they gave me 4 used lugs that wasn't any good on my 60k truck . An wouldn't order me oem ones . .Be warned

Service Desk personnel are awesome. I wouldn't say so for the technicians. Very bad attitude. If my employees i would retrain them or get rid of them. Both genders. Therefore, nothing racial.

Best price on quality tires, and staff came thru when I really needed my tires. 9 to be installed on my 40 ft trailer , 30min before closing. Thanks for keeping my company, Sleepy Goat TRANSPORT LLC, on the road. C HOWARD.

Quick service but I'm always leary when a shop won't let you watch their work. This is what happens when they don't protect the rim when dismounting and mounting the tires. Obviously, the rim slid of the mat and the attendant was too lazy to correct it. I've got truck shows coming up and this is NOT acceptable. I don't believe these will polish out.

Be careful if you use these guys for roadside tire service. Had a flat tire on my motor home. Called Good Sam Roadside Assistance and they dispatched Southern Tire Mart store #165. Tire valve cracked. Repair guy didn t have a new one. Luckily, I had purchased a set of metal valve stems and had them in the RV. Fixed the flat with the valve stem I provided. A couple of days later I noticed that they charged me $462 for a new tire, mounting , valve stem (!!) etc. What a scam! Several calls to Good Sam and Southern Tire Mart/Tire Rescue and I am still waiting for a refund.

Great place to take your car! They have great service and reasonable prices! The first place I ve found that knows what they are doing when it comes to cars! Huge thanks to Greg, Jack, Steve in the office for the awesome service and management! And another huge thanks to Mike and Michael for getting me back on the road and making my car drive like new! I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here for the awesome service!

Are you kidding me? They lost a stack of 6 truck tires that were delivered and signed for by the manager. Hunted for them for 4 hours and didn't tell me. Really? 40 miles each way to get there after being assured they had the tires. I arrive and wait. And wait. They can't find the tires. Signed for them but lost them. I go home. 2 days later they call. We have your tires! Another 80 mile round trip and over 6 hours later tires are finally installed. That's great but with fuel prices the extra trip cost me $65. Then I get to spend the next 2 days removing the tires from the motorhome to straighten the valve stems so I can get my TPMS sensors installed much less just adding air. Also had to beat out the dents and damage to one of the wheel covers plus I find 4 lug nuts loose, 3 on one wheel, and 2 of the balancing weights barely crimped on the rim. I guess this shoddy work and poor customer service is okay for dump trucks but for you nice motorhome owners I suggest you go elsewhere for new tires.

I was in a bad spot with blown tire and no spare. These guys got me in and 2 new tires in about an hour. All at a reasonable price.

I went and got all four tires and an oil change yesterday, and Mike had me in and out of there in about 45 minutes. Great customer service. Everyone there greets you with a smile. I highly recommend stopping by.

Whether it's just air in my tire or and alignment Mike Meredith is always ready to help me. Very good customer service and very helpful staff. I recommend southern tire mart for all of your vehicle needs.

My car got a flat from an underpowered QT air compressor so I gave them a call and they sent down a really nice and helpful guy to help out. Incredible service the whole time, would absolutely recommend to anyone! Terry and Jason gave awesome service!

I'd like to thank them for providing us with a restroom for my 8 year old daughter. We had to leave the interstate and none of the gas stations had restrooms, except for a really sketchy one. Out of desperation we stopped here and they said "of course" and we had the cleanest restrooms on our 10 hour drive. They also seemed to be doing a bang-up business and had a nice waiting area. The whole place was spotless.

Southern Tire has always done a good job for me, both as an owner operator and a company driver who gets all of their planned tire work and maintenance done here. They re a little slow sometimes on the heavy duty side, but the work is always quality.

Nice guys and they know their stuff. I took my Kenworth for a 3 axle alignment (my first time here) and they did a great job for a good price! I also got a great deal on 4 tires mounted and balanced for my Chevy Trailblazer while I was there. Wrote me up an estimate and gave me a print out. I will be back asap to get those tires and I know have a good place to get my W9 alignment done . Just call first before you come. You may have to get an appointment time but they keep it moving!

Was very appreciative that they took the time even after they were closed to wait on me while I was in traffic. When I got there truck was ready and no problems. If you own a big rig this is by far best place to go.

My new repair shop in Atlanta. The gentleman are always kind, respectful, and accommodating. Sure wish they would have soap in the ladies restroom though. Greg, Steve, Todd, Virilyn provide me with great service.

Would love to be able to rely on this company because of there convenience but both times I ve tried to spend money here I ve walked away disappointed! My first experience I ended up leaving with 2 out of 4 tires rotated and 2 broken lug nuts! This morning (after being told yesterday to come first thing in the morning) I m there bright and early at 7:30 when the doors opened for an alignment. By 8:10 after seeing other people vehicles serviced who entered AFTER me, I left! Butler Tire in austell is a little further trip but at least they make you feel good about spending your money with them!

Poor service on oil change.all fluids was not filled. No pm check list given at check out.Had new beakes replaced on tractor. Took back twice they still didn't get it right.had to take to another shop the next day to have them adjusted.Seems like some employees might be coming off a drinking night. Very disappointed...Will not do business with this company again..no recommend anyone to this place...

Called ahead for tire availability, and was told tires were in stock, arrived 30 minutes later told they hadn't had that brand of tires in days. Asked just to have a bad trailer tire replaced only to be told it was 30 minutes before closing and if I wanted to wait I could. Total bad attitude from Manager in charge, and I just refused to give him my money. Southern Tire Mart is my go to shop for 10 trucks and 20 trailers I run. I've had nothing but great experiences with them, but tonight Love's got my $1,000.00 . I'll head back to the Forest Park location and hope for better service.

I ve been to a few southern tire marts and this one is the best. I drove 43 extra miles but it s worth the experience. Everyone you deal with there is so nice to talk to and they explain things and they are quick. If I need more tires or other services that they provide. I will be back.
