I have taken my 2014 Audi s4 with over 105000 miles on it to Solo Atlanta 3 or 4 Seperate times now for an array of jobs including the audi 3.0S Infamous Thermostat and PCV job, and each time Solo has delivered back to me a perfectly capable car with zero faults alongside complimentary fluid Restocks.While work on exotic cars is expensive and can be time consuming, this is true anywhere you go and I feel you get what you pay for with Solo atlanta. They also offer Proprietary High Power Tune options for the 3.0 TfSI and other motors.The Staff seem to be highly knowledgeable about individual cars and can answer owner's questions about parts, Maintenance, Tuning and the like, Id say every European car I will ever have will be taken to solo for Work.

Since my original visit at one of the north side locations ( Hey Boris!), it has always been a pleasant experience when I bring my vehicles in for any service or repair! I was super excited when the Downtown Atlanta location opened. Alec and the entire team truly welcomes me and I have allowed them to work on all three of my Audi vehicles! Thanks for always making me feel like I am not being overpriced and under delivered! An A6, Q5 and A4 later and I am still a satisfied customer!

You cannot beat the experience that SoloMotorsports delivers!!! Since they opened their Northside location, the ownership experience tied to my Mercedes Benz has been phenomenal. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to talk you through your vehicle's maintenance and performance needs. I've taken my E46 M3 here a couple times and they've always done right by it (and me). They're obviously very passionate about cars, and I like to see in any performance shop - an unbridled enthusiasm for their craft.The staff is clearly very knowledgeable with BMWs, new and old. SMS was recommended to me by a dealership north of Atlanta, and they are now my mainstay for performance modifications and maintenance. Keep up the good work.

These guys no what they are doing. I learned from my mistake, when I had my car service by a local mechanic, and butchered a simple job installing a 5 intercooler. The minute I brought my car to Solo Motorsport, and did all the work and issued my BMW back to me and test drove, I knew there and then it was right. The team at this location in Atlanta, they are A-1. Alec kept me informed, fixed all the issues, and had recommended my front suspension to be done, and I he did it right. I will always have my BMW serviced here from this point on. Keep up the great work guys. I m very pleased, and have answered all my questions. Be safe I had the 535i E60 listed above, and unfortunately lt was declared totaled. No fault on my part, so took the opportunity with claim and purchased the 335i E90, and I m in aww with the car. I have had it diagnosed by solo and all it needed was a tune up, and it ran well stock. I have since then had solo update a few performance parts and it s extremely reliable and geeks great on the road. I will always have my car serviced at solo. Those guys are amazing at the Atlanta location. I have a 2001 SLK320 Mercedes Benz. It needed some "LOVE". Clarke & Alec were very helpful explaining everything to me. They even had pictures of what repair &/or replacements needed to be made. My mechanic did a wonderful job. Thanks Joseph. I couldn't have found a better team. They are located near my job, so drop off & pick up was easy & convenient as well. Thank you Solo Motorsports.

Excellent service and communication. Itemized quotes provided ahead of time and adjusted as needed. Alec did an excellent job listening to what work I wanted to get done and patiently provided answers to all my questions through 3 separate phone calls even before I was a customer with them. I would recommend Solo Motorsport to both enthusiasts and to folks just looking for honest service.

Went in because I got a dashboard warning about my brakes, and the service was incredible. Everyone I spoke to was so respectful and courteous, and I never felt even remotely pressured. The technician sat with me and really took his time to earnestly explain everything. Can't recommend them enough!

Solo Motorsports just lost a loyal customer, and here's why: despite my previous positive experiences, their recent behavior was unacceptable. My neighbor warned me about their recent negative experience but I was trying to give the another chance-never again!I had my car towed in on a Sunday evening due to a breakdown. It s understandable that they couldn t get to it immediately because it did come in after hours with no appointmentHowever that isn t the issue, Alec and his team tried to overcharge me with unnecessary fees and failed to diagnose the issue. Red flags included attempting to charge for a battery that didn't need servicing and leaving my car disassembled despite knowing I was taking it elsewhere for repairs. Their lack of professionalism and exploitative tactics are concerning.What took the dealership 20 mins to fix-debris in the key, Solo Motorsports wanted to charge me 5 hours of diagnostic labor. I honestly want my money back because they really did try to take advantage of me and the fact that my car wasn t working.My advice save yourself the headache and avoid Solo Motorsports. You ll thank me later.

First off, this is an automotive enthusiast shop.They're very professional and hospitable. The very nice thing about solo at any of their locations, is you could be a non-car nerd, and they will still treat you the same. They will tell you exactly what the problem is with your vehicle without trying to rip you off.The non-car people are protected against being ripped off; because they'll sell you ONLY what your vehicle needs. And the car nerds can just get anything they want done to their cars; it's a win win!We take both of our cars to Solo downtown even though it's an inconvenient drive because it's actually an enjoyable experience. Very ironic to say that you're taking your car into the shop and not be upset about it, versus taking your car to "the shop", at you'll actually like hanging out there. (even if you don't go to a Solo Motorsports location, DO NOT go to a dealer, ANY dealer; THEY WILL RIP YOU Off, and treat you like they're doing you a favor by working on your car (looking specifically at Global Imports BMW at Interstate North. Talk about being arrogant and awful. They'll overcharge you, make you feel stupid for bringing your car in, and they'll return your card dirtier than when you got it. Even if you're an M series customer.)Every single employee at Solo is polite, professional, and hilarious. They'll treat you like they know you and they will absolutely take care of your vehicle and get it back to you as soon as they can. And they will be very honest. That works both ways remember. Sometimes repair is expensive whether you want it to be or think it should be or not. They'll tell you exactly what the problem is and get you the best service possible.We're partial to Alec, and we've worked with him for many many years. I'm a car nerd, and he always Nails it. He's always been spot on, even told me that I probably shouldn't put something on my car, even though the shop would have made a lot of money. The shop makes plenty of money because people return their for a reason. And that's because of people like Alec, and every single individual he works with down there.As you can tell I like going to solo Motorsports; I've gone there for roughly 10 years; hence this effusive review. I can also say that my much much better half, also enjoys going down there. They treat her with respect, and they've never tried to deceive her even though she is a fledgling car nerd. They've actually gotten her "into cars"; now she geeks out on her ride too! It's an enjoyable enthusiasm that we both get to share.It's not like other shops who will take advantage of people who do not understand the parts of a vehicle. They've made it easier to do car stuff, because my much better half is as enthusiastic about her car(s) as I am about mine. And we can give a lot of credit to solo Motorsports for that.After that novel, I still want to mention, even though we have gone to this one location 95% of the time over what seems what maybe a decade. On the few occasions we've gone to another one of the Solo Motorsports locations, the level professionalism, skill, awesome personalities and skill sets are the same; everyone of em is just f'ing cool.Pick any location and take your car there safely and confidently. The pricing might be just a little bit higher, but you won't be going back because the person turning the wrench didn't know what they're doing. Everybody at Solo Motorsports knows what they're doing.Don't take this car nerd's opinion for it, if you need some work done on your car, just go there.

Took my Ferrari there to fix the gearbox, only to get it back with a check engine light (caused by broken vacuum lines-that were tucked away), loose screws, and the same issue related to the gearbox as it originally had.Getting stranded for the third time on the road after they fixed it and they still want me to cover transportation to the shop? No. Call back from the owner? No. Answered when i first call to see if they could do the service? Right away of course.They misdiagnosed the check engine light and said it was a secondary air pump, took it to a different shop (who fixed all the loose stuff they had and fixed the broken switch and vacuum lines that were tucked away (a few, not one).. only to realize what was ticking was the flush valve ($30 fix, not almost $3k fix). Vacuum line to Egr valve solenoid was never hooked back up either. Too much to list.Overall terrible experience once things went downhill.

Clarke is the best. My car was damaged by a tow truck company and he helped me understand what was going on. He always communicated and they took great care of me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great mechanics!

Highly recommended. Very professional and serious company with great customer service. I showed up with no appointment and they were super flexible with me, received my car and it was fixed next day, extremely fast service with fair prices. Quality work all around. Alec was great providing updates and keeping me posted on what was going on with my car. They have a clean and neat shop, these guys know what they're doing. If you have an European car, this is your best option in Atlanta.5 stars.

Top Notch 1st Class Service!!Had my Mercedes E350 in recently for brake service. I just have to give hats off to Alec and his team. Great quality experience. They look at everything when doing any inspections. Even finding stuff you didn t mention. The team at Solo was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff at this shop are enthusiast that genuinely care about going above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience. My vehicle required a little extra care and attention to deal with some rust and corroded components and they worked through the challenge to deliver exceptional work. They were more than fair with pricing and talked through the entire vehicle with me to help identify which issues to address in the future to build the car of my dreams. I highly recommend Solo and would advise calling up Alec or one of their service advisors to talk about your build or maintenance needs. Another typical auto repair shop where you go in for one problem but ending up spending twice the amount of the original quote because they seem to always find another issue after the first issue is repaired. And you leave with adamant buyers remorse and the gut feeling you've been had...Lazy mechanic work on every occasion I've utilized this business. The most recent visit I went in for coolant leak, which was my second time addressing this issue. The leak was repaired, but I took my car for a second opinion and was told that there was coolant still splashed around and not cleaned up. Not trying to downplay the business by no means. I tried several times using this business for my Audi repairs but unfortunately this has been my experience and I haven't heard from the owners Harold or Tony Marulanda for any resolution or customer interaction. Good luck!

Techs were very knowledgeable. Went in for a mediocre repair and they found further damage and didn t want to give me the car back anything less than perfect.
