I was recommended to Simply Euro and let me tell you, it's an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.They listened to my car troubles attentively and provided thorough explanations every step of the way.What struck me the most was their professionalism and expertise. They diagnosed the issue swiftly and got to work promptly.And let's talk about their prices wow! I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their rates were compared to other shops in the area. The transparency in pricing and the value for the service provided made me feel confident in their integrity.Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. So relieved I found this place!I walked in for an oil change and in the back of my mind knew they d probably say I needed new brakes only because Mavis down the street told me I needed new ones asap. Well turns out my brakes are fine and Simply Euro gave me pictures to prove it.They also gave me a list of a few things that would actually be covered by the dealership for free instead of them charging me for it there!Finally found an honest mechanic! Will come back and recommend!

My experience at SimplyEuro was incredible! Those guys are friendly and knowledgeable. At especially like to give a shout out to Ricardo and Kevin. Kevin told me about warranty extensions and recalls on my Audi Q5 that I knew nothing about.Had he not given me that information I would ve probably gone over the miles that would ve made me eligible for the free updates. Again, you can t go wrong working with these guys. They are incredible, offer, incredible service, and are very, very kind!Lauryn

I took my new to me GL550 in for an oil change and the tech Mack showed me maintenance items that were due. I got some fluid services and even got a ride home. Everything was completed same day. Service is unparalleled.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Both Will and Ricardo communicated often with me via text and phone and provided a reasonable repair estimate on my vehicle. The interior is warm and inviting and they offered me a courtesy ride if needed. Additionally, my car waswashed and the interior vacuumed prior to pickup. It s never a good feeling when your car is in need of repair but they made the experience better than I ve ever had before. I will be coming here in the future for all of my automotive repair and maintenance needs.

I have been servicing my car here exclusively for nearly three years now. Customer care is awesome and the price is reasonable. My service representative is a good listener and I have a feeling he does his best to take care of my needs. On my recent visit, I noticed the shop was overflowing with customers. Keep it up!

I had a wonderful first experience with Simply Euro. They exceeded my expectations. I told them in advance that trust is important in this business. They took the time to introduce me to the mechanic who was very qualified. We discussed all facets of service for my car that was 16 years old. They didn't try to sell me additional services not needed. Thanks for this great experience Simply Euro.

We actually went in for heater hose, but I asked the guys to check my tires for me and the mechanic I apologize that I don t remember his name but with his help he could ve possibly saved our live. He determined that our sway bar was so loose that we could ve ran into a bridge or ditch etc.I m grateful for these gentlemen, they deserve our service Ricardo and Will and the mechanic you all are a true blessing to us.

Great professional auto shop. Dropped off my car for regular service and waited in lobby. Very clean and comfortable lobby (waiting area). They had water, coffee, couches and area to plug in your phones or laptop. Service was quick and I was out of there with a smile. Friendly staff as well.

Isaac and the crew at true did a fabulous job on my Shelby!!! They're top notch techs got me in and out with time to spare. He was very knowledgeable and Shelby certified. They exceeded my expectations. They even do warranty work!!! Great folks, great snacks while ya wait, and even have loaner vehicles if your baby has to spend the night!!! Way better than any other shop in Atlanta!! Highly recommend!!

Real smooth transaction from the phone conversation to going in, showed me the whole run down on my car, actually stick to y all promotion as promised and just quick business. Despite I was already near by this like 40 plus minute drive but Its worth taking it from where I stay due to the service, affordable pricing and discretion. And also I would like to thank the whole staff not just one person in particular but everyone.

Shout out to True Auto Sandy Springs! Great alignment on top notch Hunter machine. Got 2 previous alignments after I swapped out my entire suspension with supporting hardware. Very kind, knowledgeable and approachable staff. Actually watched techs take customers into the shop to show them the problems they were diagnosing at the time. Honest and reputable. If you care about your car and its overall care, make sure to visit Will at Simply Euro! I ve been a loyal customer since Simply Euro opened their doors. Mac has taken care of my Volkswagen every time and has treated like his own vehicle. Everything from major axle repairs and engine services to your everyday oil change and tire rotation also alignments and just about anything under the sun for your Vehicle! It s refreshing to find a shop that provides knowledge as well as excellent customer service. Mac and the other technicians personally take you back and walk you through what they find on your car. If you can t stay and wait for service they have a fleet of great loaner cars which I ve used when necessary. Simply Euro has revived my faith in local shops and I think I ll be a customer of theirs for quite some time!Thanks again Mac & Will for t always taking care of me!

I brought my Audi in for service and repair. The guys here at SimplyEuro were so helpful. Not only did they get me in for an appointment quickly without the three week wait that my dealer had, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and brought me back to meet the technician who explained the problem.I m so glad I found SimplyEuro and will definitely return. Honest and reasonable and great customer service.

I had an opportunity to experience Simplyeuro about a week ago. David was exceptional! He told me what it would cost to fix my vehicle, and I decided not to move forward as the vehicle was not valuable enough, but he was honest and helped me figure out alternatives. Best euro shop in the area! I ve brought my BMW to many shops and none provide as comprehensive a service as SimplyEuro. From customer service to the maintenance and repairs done on my car, I know I can trust these guys. I don t know much about cars, but the staff still create a comfortable environment and explain what is going on with my vehicle in terms I can understand. They really go above and beyond!

Great experience at SimplyEuro! Unexpectedly, their protocol is to physically show you, in detail, any issues with your vehicle...and quotes will match up. The prices are fair and the service is Presidential. Highly recommended!

I will NEVER again take my car to a Mercedes Dealership or any other mechanic. As a lady it s difficult who to trust when discussing what s actually needed on your vehicle in order of importance. David, Matt and the ENTIRE team @ SimplyEuro gave me detailed info while showing me on my vehicle what I needed and why. They worked with me on price also. SimplyEuro is also very clean and inviting to ladies. They even provide a loaner vehicle (included in your service at NO CHARGE). David provided me a time when my vehicle would be ready and it WAS!! Oil Changes, Break Work, Major Oil Leaks and everything else ~ make SimplyEuro YOUR ONLY place to take your vehicle.

It is really simple and the guys at supply euro gets it. Customer service is top tier and the work they do is ( when your machanic fixed it it is fixed. They are out the gate with doing there best at all times. Also letting you know what your issue is is most important to them that way everyone is working as a team.
