These guys are great! I had an allen wrench stuck in my tire (weird, I know) and needed help. Today was an important day at work so I was very worried about being late. They got me in and out in maybe 15 minutes tops and were super helpful and friendly. I only live a mile down the road but it was my first visit. I will absolutely be coming back here! Thanks again!

I've been a steady customer for over 5 years and I have no complaints. Anytime anyone says they need a mechanic I always brag about my guys. Professional, honest, and does the job right the first time.

I have made Charles Allen Shell my number one choice for my car's maintenance. As a single woman it is hard to trust that I won't be taken advantage of. Honest repairs with fair pricing. This team doesn't try to scam you out of money. They explain issues to you regardless of your automobile knowledge so that you know exactly what is going on with your car and are never left in the dark.

Very rude gentleman who runs the place. Had an oil pressure sensor problem and he kept telling me to call the next day for availability. He did that to me every day through the week and finally told me he couldn t help me. I told myself I d never go back because I had similar incident with them 2 years ago but there you go. Never again will I go to them fir a car problem

as always charles allen shell has taken care of my car in a timely and trustworthy manner. as far as i am concerned they are among the very best auto repair places and don't forget they also do mileage checks as suggested in your car manual. all i can tell you is they are the best and i have been going there for 30 years.

This is my go-to spot for the annual auto inspection required by Georgia. There's only one chair for people who are waiting but it has always been free! The owner is a sweet man that the folks in the neighborhood love. His staff is professional and they always get me in/out in a dash, making a tedious task rather easy to tackle.

Absolute worst customer service! My 16 year old daughter was at the station alone with a flat tire, and Matt refused to help her and left her stranded and on her own. Our family has bought numerous tires from Charles Allen Shell, and we also buy our gas here. Never again!

Clunky sound coming from my Honda Civic engine bay.So I went to some mechanics for estimates.First mechanic shop says I need new shocks, $600.Second mechanic shop: new engine mounts, $1000.Shell station: Repair stabilizer links, $48. (yes, forty eight bucks).I went with the Shell station, and no more clunky noises! :-)These guys are good, honest, and I would recommend them to anyone for their car repair needs.

Greg and the rest of the team at this Shell are just stand up guys. As honest as the day is long and reasonably priced, this is my go to car place. Ask for Big Mike.

Charles Allen Shell will go the extra mile to help you....it is a locally owned business so there are none of the hassles like when dealing with the larger chains.
