Mr Shaw and Craig always do a great job. They are reasonable and fair. I've been coming here over 10 years. Wish I didn't have to lolololol but when I do, they've been great!

Shaw s Body Shop got my car looking better then it did when I bought it. They are very professional and quick. They do outstanding work here. They also called the rental car company and cleared up a problem I was having. I was stressed out during the holidays with my car and they made it as easy for me as they could. The service here is great! Family owned body shop did a great job on the paint work for both of my bumpers. They were quick and professional...top notch quality! Ask for Mr. Shaw personally. He and his crew will take care of your car.

I came to Shaw's under the recommendation of my mechanic. My front grill was pulled up on one side - the result of vandalism. I was nervous about going to a new spot because my car is important to me. Mr. Shaw and the other employees I met were very professional and answered all of my questions. But what really made me decide to bring my car there was the other customers that came in. Everyone had a good relationship with the business, and seemed to really trust Mr. Shaw and the team. You can tell they've been bringing there car there for a long time -- which made me trust them too. The Result: I brought my car in the morning, and they were done by the end of the day... AND for LESS $$ than expected! I'm VERY happy with my experience there. Hopefully, my car won't need to get repaired again, but if it does, I'm definitely bringing it there. :)

A three week job turned into a six week job. Im still waiting on my car. Everytime i call the pick up date consistently is being changed and all the owner keep saying is, WE LOOKING GOOD. They lie about the process and turnover time. I went to the location this morning and they were supposed to be pulling it out of paint in 45min from that time. I gave them a few hours, called back at 12:35 to check on it and it was just being pulled out of paint at that time. So they lied again to my face this morning. I literally had to get out of character and tell them GIVE ME MY CAR. All the owner could say is OK, WE WORKING ON IT. They are very unprofessional and i hate to say it but like many of my people.. They drag their feet. Please don't waist your time with these people. PATHETIC!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical

Although I would ve preferred better communication regarding updates with my vehicle, I was HIGHLY satisfied with the results!! So satisfied that I had to come and leave a review. Its hard to support black business for reasons like this place. If you need a body shop there is one next to Shaws. They have no respect for your time and have a take it or leave it attitude. They are not in a hurry to get you your car back... Never again.

They don t diagnose your vehicle before working on it or after so if something else goes wrong with your car you will not know unless you tell them to do one isn t all shops supposed to handle their customers vehicle with precision and accurate results unprofessional not to mention don t go inside office because desk sitters know nothing about vehicles and will take your money and waste your timeService: Steering & suspension repair
