My 1st time visiting this shop, I must say I had a awesome experience. A. Johnson is professional, courteous and provides exceptional customer service. I felt comfortable leaving my BMW at the shop. My issues were resolved quickly. The pricing is reasonable compared to others. Also, he cleaned my vehicle. I highly recommend BMW Consultant to anyone!

Asante Johnson is an exceptional technician who repaired my 2013 BMW X5. He quickly diagnosed the siren/whistle sound as a valve cover replacement, performed an oil change and repaired my heating unit. I wholeheartedly recommend him for his responsiveness, expertise, timeliness and attention to detail. Outstanding service from Asante. Had a rough running 535i and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad injector. He quoted me various options for repair, helped me decide on the most cost effective option, and had the car running perfect again in less than a day. He even cleaned the car, and shined my tires before I picked it up. I cant say enough good about this small business, and I cant imagine bringing my car to a dealer after my experience here. This was an excellent experience. This is the first time I have takwn this car to a servicer ither than the BMW dealership. The owner, Mr Johnson was very attentive to my needs. He gave me the costs to do the repairs. Gave me the cost for another recommended repair and explained why. When I first contacted him about the issue I experienced, he told me I could drive my car to his shop, but he recommended that I have it towed. He had a company that he knew a would be very careful with my car. He called me as soon as my car was delivered to his shop to let me know he had it. He completed the repairs as promised. When I went to pick up my car, he showed me the parts that were replaced. He kept me informed during the process of doing the repairs. As an independent business owner, he takes great pride in his work and the experience he provides to his customers. Like the big dealership he gives ypur car back cleaned up. That was abonus I did not expect. The only thing you need to be aware of is, the hours of operation are not like a dealership and if the repairs are going to take time or be more than 1 day, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the business. This wasn't too bad I took Uber to pick up my car on Friday afternoon. I hope you find this helpful. I recommend giving this company a try, Mr Johnson is honest, informative and attentive. Better expererience than big dealerships.

The owner is a true professional. He's focused on his work, so he underpromises and over-delivers. He saved me about $500 by repairing a hose that others wouldn't replace. Got the car back to me a day earlier than expected, too. Overall, I recommend him.

Amazing work, fair prices, quality work. I feel confident bringing my car here. I took it to the dealer once. Asante has been the only one who has worked on my car. Period. I was apprehensive purchasing a BMW because of the cost afflicted with owning a high end car, however I have never questioned his professional judgement and I feel safe knowing my car is in excellent hands.Not to mention, I support small businesses and I wouldn t own this car if I didn t have a reliable mechanic who I trust. Not all mechanics are trustworthy and his work and ethical treatment of his clients is by far the best I ve experienced. Let s be clear. If you re going to own a BMW you better have his number on speed dial! As long as he s working on my car I ll own my BMW.

I used to only take my car to a dealership until I found this company. The owner is a former BMW service tech who gave me a better insight on my repairs.BMW 2013 X3Mercedes Benz 2014 E350 (yes he was able to repair and program my computer nicely)OEM only.
