I called early Sunday morning, rim issue, I thought on my 540i The young lady that answer was really nice, I was questioning why she couldn't give me a price over the phone for the repair, she explained it's only because every situation is different, let her just take took and she'll go from there. Douglasville has no tires shops open on Sunday so I took the 25 min. drive. I arrived she came right out instructed everyone what to do...thank goodness it wasn't my rim (550.00) it was just a small hole in the tire that she took care of @ $ 40.00 on a run flat.Blessing to her great customer service and honesty!

She did a great job in my rim , everyone else advised me to get a new one I sent her a picture and the rest was history. This business is highly recommended to anyone having tire issues

I hit some random object on train tracks and noticed a small slit in the driver's side tire. I decided that instead of endangering myself and others that I'd go to Sandy's and get an assessment and possible replacement tire. The tire mechanic was going to charge for a spare tire, but once he saw and assessed the tire, he said it was safe to be on the road. He determined that there was no air going through and that it should still last for a while because other tires survived much worse.He could've easily played with the price and said I needed to pay for a used tire but ethically told me that it was okay to still use the tire. Because of his honesty, I had to give this 5 star review!

Great work. They welded my Mercedes and BMW rims after a small rim crack from a pothole. 30 mins and I was on my way. Quick and great customer service. Thanks Sandy!

I hit a pothole in the rain yesterday around Riverside and Six Flags Parkway and I decided to give Sandy's a try. They did a fantastic job. If you can manage to take the tire off and bring it there in a different car like I did that would probably speed things up a ton. I'll be coming back here if this ever happens again.

I pass this place every day and decided to give them a try as I needed to have a tire mounted on a rim and some other work. At first I was VERY impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was done. I thought this was about to be my new go-to car service spot. That was until I got home and realized they put the wrong tire on the wrong rim. No problem. I figured I would just go back and let them swap it out. But they actually charged me AGAIN to fix their mistake.I prefer doing business with people I can trust so it looks like it's back to merely passing them by everyday.

Rude upon arrival.. No type of enthusiasm to help . Had a staring contest with them for about 5 min..another car came and they helped him.. Very prejudice towards women.. I don t recommend this shop at all! Unprofessional at its finest

Greetings, I rate this small business 5 stars! A pleasant young Black woman in mechanics overalls repaired my flat tire in need of a patch. She was quick, professional and provided fabulous customer service. Job well done young lady!

Very good respectful and expert service. I have painted rims and they took great care not to scratch them.They'll get larger and become a national chain at some point

They are the best. Got my Rim repaired on my Dodge Challenger with then 30-40 minutes Great work and reasonable price Will definitely be back to do more business with them

I haven't purchased any tires from them, but the gentleman that is always there assists me by putting air in my tire, no questions asked.

Came here to get my bent rim fixed and Sandra did an excellent job ! At first my tire would not seal to my rim because of the bend, I brought my whee here and they charged a decent price for the repair!

I waited from 7:58am to 8:23am for someone to show up. If your signs say you open at 8, then you should be there at 8. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else where I was taken in and my tired was plugged and I was back on the road in less time than I waited at this place. I m disappointed and annoyed that I had to put my 14psi tire back on the road to another place to get fixed. One other person showed up while I was waiting and another pulled up after I left. Not a good first impression. Won t be back.

I have a few cracks in my rims and I used to take it to Chamblee, in which she took the whole day and charge way more than Sandy who got it done way quicker and charged less. They will need my tire great and I will be going back, because unfortunately I hate about eight more potholes in Atlanta. It is ridiculous here. But I am actually on my way to Sandys right now

Excellent service! And when you go don't be shocked when a little lady walks out in the welding overalls. She knows what she's doing and she got me all the way right! Never had a woman do any kind of welding for me before. I got 2 daughters so that was really cool to see. They sell tires too, new and used. It's close to the house so I will definitely be back. Support black business!

I came in with a cracked rim with a missing piece.. let me tell sandra and the crew are miracle workers.. the customer service was impeccable. If I could give more stars I would. I definitely highly recommend them.

These guys did a job the MLK rim shop screwed up. They repaired my rim the correct way, not only was it done properly but the finished product was immaculate. Thank you guys so much for helping me out... this was truly a job well done And I would recommend you to everyone I know.

I have been a loyal customer for years with this tire shop and today was a bad experience and the bad experience was with the lady at the shop. I am all for women doing the same jobs as men but when you do a poor job of plugging a tire and aggressively argue with me that I rode around the city and purposely puncture my tire again in the same area she plugged twelve hours ago just to comeback to the tire shop again this morning is crazy! She has poor customer service and she ruining this shop reputation with her nasty attitude! If I give you a review of how poor your services is just do better and it is the same tire you plugged the day before. Just admit you didnt plug the tire correctly.

The lady charge me 50 dollars to remove my lock nuts and charge additional fees to just replace my spare tire. We Africans always treat each other badly since slavery. Don t be fooled, the white people didn t come to Africa and hunt us. It was the greedy people like this shop who take advantage of hard working people. I drove to 3558 Martin Luther king dr Atlanta ga and meet a honest gentleman from Cameron who just charge me 10 dollars for the work. Don t be fooled by a lady working, it s a Nigerian scam. I saw 4 people leaving after she told them a price. Call 6785809057 and get your job done in a professional way and affordable prices.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Pricing is much higher than any place I've ever gone to in the metro Atlanta area. Parking lot can be tricky to get out if you pull in front.
