Excellent service. My tire was patched after a nail was found. I had gone to another place about 2 weeks earlier and they couldn't find the air leak. It took about less than 10 minutes to get my tire fixed at S & S. It was really inexpensive as well which surprised me.

Over a year ago my driver side CV axle needed to be replaced. It was becoming unsafe to drive at that point. The CV axle was expensive, so I saved up for it. Once Hugo fixed it for me, I could really feel the difference! Not even a month later I ran into a stone mailbox. I had two flat tires on the passenger side axle again. Not only did Hugo fix my Flats he offered to fix my CV axel No Charge. It wasn t even on the same side! I guess there was a warranty on the part but still, this was really nice of him. It s completely my fault for running into the mailbox. I was speeding in a neighborhood, stressed, delivering a Door Dash order. Times can be tough and he understood that.Since then I moved away, I wish I could repay him for doing this for me. I always trusted Hugo with my car. He never took advantage of me, he just fixed it no extra charges or nothing. His quotes are lower than everyone else s, but he always made sure I had the best parts.

Caliper went out on the interstate while traveling and had to limp to this shop, these guys really helped us out. Had to pick up our own parts from another store but they got everything fixed right away.Services: General repairs & maintenance, BrakesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Bruh DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF U ARE A FEMALE !!!! Bad customer service on top of that. They over charge you ! They refuse to do work u can only afford seriously. I had to pay 799$ out of pocket just for them to tell me they couldn t put the last parts in my car. I couldn t pick up my car right away and I told the other mechanic that I ll be there & the cubby mechanic was rushing me. Then started to act nice soon as he got the money. DO NOT WASTE YO TIME COMING HERE

A great little shop. The mechanic seems to be really knowledgeable and the customer service rep was quick to diagnose my car problem and get an estimated time and cost for repair and took my car in immediately. They found my battery was faulty while fixing another problem and offered to sell me one or even install one I bought on my own for free which says a lot about not just trying to make an up sell. They kept to their estimate price tho it did take longer and did install the battery for free (my battery is not simple to remove or install). I've recommended them to friends and would definitely come back for service again.

Had a flat, and stop by. The guy who fixed my tire was very professional and got it done in less than 10 minutes. I give them a 3 because it was my first time, but the job was good. If you have tire issues, I recommend that you stop by.

Don t waste your time coming here. I had a few suspension issues that he told me about, when I told him I don t have the money for all of that right now, he refused to do the work that I could afford. When I came to pick up my vehicle before the closing time they have listed, they were locked up 2 hours earlier. I came back the next day to pay for the diag, and as he s explaining everything that s wrong, he shouts you don t have any money buddy . At this point some bad thoughts came into my head and I decided to tow my vehicle home and fix it myself. The only good thing about coming here is that it pushed me to YouTube my way to a working car! Do anything you can to not go here!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had a couple of tires low on air. Someone snipped the end off the QT free air pump and the Chevron across from this place of course has no coins as change due whatever situation is going on causing a coin shortage. I stop by this guy's place and he takes 20 seconds to fill my tires up and charges me $5. I wasn't worried about the price and was glad it was done. The second I pull out my debit card he doubles it to $10. Again, I'm not that worried about it but as he's running my card I'm making small talk about how someone broke the QT machine and I couldn't get any change at the other gas station and he interrupts me and says "that's not my problem buddy." Never said it was buddy. This review is now your problem though.

Every time we go, another problem is created. The owner swears it is not a sex thing , but he is the only one that changes the issues every time we go. If you are a woman, I recommend a male assistant every time. It has been too many times .. we go for one thing and end up having to fix multiple things. I'm not sure of the relationship he has with other customers, but they are horrible and over priced. He insists he is paying from his pocket everytime something is wrong . If it's not the owner, it has to be the mechanic , either way it is out of hand . I do not recommend this company at all. They do not provide printouts of the issues so they are constantly changing and you don't have proof. All you have is the price on your account and a new issue to fix. They are unprofessional and i would go the opposite way if it is an option. Get a company that stands by their word and knows exactly what they are doing. I honestly would give them zero stars if I could. I'm trying to help someone else because no one helped us.

Great experience! We had an overheating engine and pulled over on the nearest exit. Ben and Hugo were very kind to two frazzled ladies on a roadtrip. Good vibes and quick service, replaced coolant and hose for a fair price. We left happy and relieved. Thank you gentlemen!

Took my car to get the cables changed. Only one cable was changed and 3 days later my car is barely driving! Not only that they changed my lights which is a service I didn t even ask for. Now I have to go back because the man who did it is not working. Highly unsatisfied !! And a waste of my money! Terrible!

I brought my VW in to have a part installed by Edwin. They were extremely professional and did the work as described with no haggling or "extra items" offered. About a week later i was driving down the road and had another piece go bad on my motor (a tricky little coolant flange that seemed easy enough to replace myself, but turned out not to be such an easy undertaking). I dropped it off with Edwin again after sourcing the part from VW and he had it ready for me by lunch time...even topped the coolant off for me without charge.In my book, this place may not look pretty, but honesty speaks better to people like myself than visual appeal. My car is running well now and i think i will continue using S&S and specifically Edwin for future service needs!

I would not recommend anyone to take their car to this shop. They have poor customer service and you have to continuously follow-up with them. When you ask for the mechanic to receive an update there is always some "circumstance or reason" he is not available..Also, you have to continuously leave work early just to get your car back with the same issue..plus another one!

This place is awesome. Needed a tire and they were very busy but they still had me in and out in about 10 minutes. And they ate very affordable too! They have become my go to place now!

I've been here several times since they are close by. Had my Camry rear shocks replaced and Quest van AC freon refilled. Decent pricing and good service.

They inspected the tire... Removed the nail... Plugged the tire... Removed and stored the space saver tire... Mounted my repaired tire and I was on my way in thirty minutes. Job well done!

I took my car in today bc of a flat tire and I was immediately serviced and the guy patched my tire up quickly ! Great customer service and very nice

WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT GO, They charged 250 to get my belts changed which one was over priced and then 2 I come back and pick up my car and it starts smoking, they destroyed a part on my car that had nothing to do with my belts, and wanted to CHARGE 770 DOLLARS FOR IT. do not ever go there unless you would like to end up paying for the price of a new car
