My truck has been at this shop over 2 months & they still haven t figured out the issue. They claimed to have fixed the truck twice, but after both times I went to pick up the truck the same issues started happening the very next day causing me to have to bring the truck right back to them. Here we are for a 3rd time which the shop is claiming different codes are causing the same issues. You would think that the shop would have a sense of urgency & a decent amount of customer service but no they do not. I don t know how anyone can survive in this trucking market with a unit being down 2+ months at the will of a repair shop.

If you have any other place find it, just looks all the reviews I had no other option. Also always add up items in you quote don t get fool by rush truck.

Took a truck there for check engine light and they charge 2500 for diagnostic, after a few days they said that the truck needs new engine . Just like that . 25k for the new engine , truck has only 120k miles , went we went to pick the truck up they didn t put it back together and now we have to tow it . They robbed people badly. First and last time here .Bad company , STAY AWAY

Customer service is the slowest of the slowest. Then men working behind the counter look like they can t breathe. 5 of us waiting to be helped and it s been 45 minutes and we re are 5, not just me, STILL waiting to be helped! At least the line at the DMV moves

My truck go there driving just with a DEF light. And what they did to it now it sounds like if they broke something in the engine. They have a butch of ppl that don't know anything. Never ever taking anything back.Pictures of left one loose the other were broken in.

Typical Rush Truck Center. Rude employees, zero customer service and NOTHING gets done with any sense of urgency. I've been on hold for 10+ minutes trying to get a copy of a DOT form and this is easily the 5th time I've called for the this same thing.Great example of why I tow all of our units right past RTC every time. Worst dealer group for any OEM in the country.

2 years ago I purchased a new box truck from this center. Last incident had warranted brake failure on the passenger side. It took them 3 weeks to get the right part. If it were not for the persistent follow up of the sales person (Justin) that sold me the vehicle, the truck would have stayed at the shop for another 2 to 3 weeks because the vibe in the service department is passing the buck with no consideration of the customer urgencies.The service department need a serious training in customer service, starting with answering the phone and NOT ignoring people when they are standing in the lobby while sitting at their desks either on personal calls or conversing with other co-workers...............

Slowest parts department I have ever dealt with in my life. Sat in the lobby for 35 minutes before I was helped. Then another 25 for them to go out back and find the order. Terrible attitude from both counter reps. If I didn t need the thousands of dollars worth of parts I ordered I would ve just left and ordered it elsewhere. Never shopping here again

I bought A New NPR HD. 2023. When you drive on the hwy at 70 mph the front tires bounce. I called there service Dept. and was told they don't do any thing with the tires. So If you spend $80,000. Don't think the tires are warrantied. AT RUSH. Rediculas. They did not want to mess with it. Terrible customer service!

Been here 30 mins. Already still have 4 in front of me. After waiting on phone and given a pickup number. One person working counter and picking parts. Wow my brother in law comes all the time he warned me before hand. I didn t listen

1 star is too much in my opinion. Waited for 45 mins for them just to find our keys and our ticket. Then threatened me saying they would not release the truck because they were not getting paid on the spot, even thought we were going through a 3rd party who had an account with them. But they failed to realize that because they entered our information completely wrong even though we had an appointment set up, which we were blamed for as well. So after an 1 hour and 15 mins of being jerked around I raised my voice and was immediately threatened to have the cops called on me. No one in the office had any clue what was going on. Zero communication with their own service technicians. Sad to see a bitter old man ruin/mismanage a facility single handedly. I guess we should have just driven away in the the truck that they tried giving us originally without even verifying who we were LOL

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, they are unpersonable and inconsiderate never felt so invisible. After keeping my truck for 2 months I paid for my repairs got my keys but the battery was dead, had to plead just to get a jump off, got 2miles down the road battery went out again so I walked back to the facility purchased 2 batteries and they wouldn't even help me. They told me to get it towed back. I would recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Are these people serious? First time in the store to get a part for my truck and the wait was 30 minutes. One person on the counter serving customers. Despite calling in, giving them the vin, I was given the wrong part. I called and was told to go back and exchange it for the right part. This time it was 58 minutes of waiting in line as the one agent served customers. Ridiculous!!!

Dealing with the parts department is excruciating. In person you might stand there for an hour or more before it's your turn to be served. Over the phone you'll be on hold for a while (and it saves zero time when you show up to pick up what you ordered). They seriously need more staff at the parts desk!!Update 2021: ...And that was before covid!! It's still bad, no improvement.A few years back they briefly had a separate will-call desk ("Rapid Care") to serve people who had already ordered via phone, and a total of 4 guys helping people, but that soon ended (even though it's still labeled as such) and everyone has to go through the one desk now. They do not pull your parts until you are standing there and it's your turn. Consistently the slowest service of any dealership or parts place I have been to, and that's a lot because I work in a diesel repair shop. You walk in and it's like time stops and you're stuck in some nexus of the universe until you go insane.The desk guys aren't rude and I'm sure they are doing the best they can, but understaffing and poorly thought-out processes make this a nightmare place to deal with. Perhaps I'll update again in a few more years

Brought truck in on Thursday noon to get an estimate on rotors and brake pad change. Got nothing back on Thursday, on Friday called in the morning to see whats going on... the rep told me it in line to get an estimate. he said " do you want me to tell the tech that you are very eager to receive your estimate?" and that I should get it by noon.Got nothing. now it is Monday, I have no estimate and still in line to get one.Apparently "I was given the wrong info" Which is what they said the last 3 times I went for any kind of service.now after the estimate I will go back in line to actually do the repairs.... how long does it take it change rotors and pads?

I'm a vehicle transporter and I have to agree with the other reviews about the terrible customer service. I wasn't allowed to pick up a truck due to a third party owing money for a diagnostic test. The third party paid the bill and the lady found a rediculous reason to still not release the truck to me after taking the payment! So I lost time and money dealing with this location. I've picked up and delivered to many Rush Truck Centers across the country and have NEVER ran into a situation like that. Sad

Don't know what happened this used to be a good place to get parts. Went there today stood in line with 4 people ahead of me. Can't say the counter guy wasn't working he was, but he was alone. People were backing up behind me . I had to wait for 40mins in line. That is ridiculous. My time is important too. They certainly charge enough to hire someone and that's what they need to do. I can't imagine having to be that one person working there. I'm sure people are rude from having to wait sooooo long!!!

This place has the worst customer service, quality and pricing. How can anyone take so little pride in the way they run a company. They should be ashamed. You call for parts, nobody answers time after time. We dropped a truck off and was told it could be repaired in 1 day. I contacted them multiple times they rarely called me back. 3 days later they installed a speed sensor for over $800. It is 10 min project. I asked over and over again that they look the brakes and everything else over good in the re as r because we had some carpet get wrapped up in the driveshaft. I go to pick the truck up and they did not find time in 3 days they had the truck to do the PMs I requested. The battery was dead and the cover was missing. Every time I called I was treated like I was inconveniencing them. Plus they overlooked the brake sensor being tore off and a wiring problem after I requested a thorough inspection. I am beyond disgusted. I hope this place gets their act together. I am filing a consumer complaint if they do not refund me and they are going to lose at least 3 Hino sales from me a year. I belong to a good size network and intend to spread the truth of my first hand experience!

Please, I beg of you.. DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE. They are a COMPLETE rip-off. I should have listened to the other reviews I read, saying that this place was terrible. But I just thought the guys writing bad reviews were disgruntled, so I took my truck there anyway. I came in with an starter/electrical issue. They gave me a diagnostic and reorganized my battery box cables and charged me $658. They didn't even fix the problem, which was that my starter was arcing. Their communication between the technicians and the office staff are beyond poor. They didn't even write up my report properly. The issue isn't that they are intentionally trying to rip customers off. They just have a LOUSY strategy for approaching repairs and awful communication which results in a high bill for the customer with very little work actually done to repair the truck.

I have not seen such inflated prices, deceive customers, keep the tracks for two weeks for diagnosis. I wonder how long they have been serving the track for as long as my payments are to be paid? Of course, they are not interested.$ 8000 I paid for the repair of the track and did not go and this manager again takes for the diagnosis of $ 600, you guys are brazen people. I want your damn business to go to the bottom. The manager must be clearly changed. The worst company.

The worst diesel repair company in Ga! They had my truck for a month. Charged me to diagnose the truck ,but in return kept making me fix other parts.Then when I pay to fix the recommendation ,they say it also needed more parts .So why charge me for diagnostic if you are going to do a process of elimination at my expense?It s like a never ending nickel and dime scheme to juice the customer out of thousands of dollars. Never come here RUN!!!

The review taevlogs said hits it on the nail perfectly! The parts department is horribly slow and nobody walks with pep in their step, I will be ordering online and waiting that day for a part from another company. If I need it the same day, I will got elsewhere, never here again!

I am back at rust truck. Parts department today is 2/25/ 2021 slow part department customer services again. 8 people on line to get parts 2 people on parts counter. Really and I call the number in the bottom too no answer I live a voice mail. Call me back This place socks. So much I don t get it how a auto parts company only have 1 sell man at the parts counter. Really. All the time I come here I have to eat 1 hours or 45 minutes to pick up a part. I oready call at head. This place socks.

No way to do the service of my truck. 4 weeks and more than 4 times the cost went up and up. They don't have anything to say the mechanic or customer service. From 6000 up to 16,000 and that's " might work" and the " pro " mechanic said " the little b.. truck" its my truck dude and paid I with my money not yours. Supervisors said " people who write reviews just do without bias" I do. And if you can't fix your own brand name trucks. I can't imagine what you will do or talk about others. One star is way too much. No way to recommend it. Be careful.

You would think a "good" company would take these reviews into consideration but they do not, if they did there would be a solution put into place so it doesn't happen again. I have had to wait 1hr 30+ minutes on hold to get a answer on the phone, proof in pictures. Then 20+ minutes to get a part. I am a business owner myself, I have two companies to be exact and we actually take our reviews into consideration and if there are habitual reviews about an issue, we make a change within the company about those reviews to get our customers taking care of appropriately with them leaving happy. If they say they care about the customers, why are the wait times not improving and this has been going on for 6+months consistently. Its easy for a company to be replaced and another one to take its place, always remember that.

I had to sit for 45 minutes after being told my brake pads were delivered to the shop. After almost an hour of waiting they just told me there couldn t find them. Left with no brake pads that I already paid for and had to sit in 2 hours of traffic because of it. These people are consistently useless. Would give less stars if I could.
