Recently I got my truck fixed here after I backed into a pole. Brian quoted me around $6,500 and stated there might be supplemental parts that would be at the most between $700-$1,000 if there were parts needed they could not see on the inspection. At first, I was not planning on using insurance, but the price was too high for what needed to be fixed, so I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim.Once they had my truck, and took it apart, they told me they needed supplemental parts and that it was going to be more money. I was shocked to find out they were going to charge an additional $6500 for a total of around $13,000. Basically, they were double dipping into my insurance policy. I tried to speak with the manager Blake, but he would not take my call. So I went to the location to see him, and asked him why he was not taking my phone call, and he told me that he communicates best only through email. I told him this additional money is way too much, and asked him if I could get my truck back and take it somewhere else. Blake told me that I would have to pay them to put my truck back together and that was going to cost me between $5,000-$6000.I had no choice, but to proceed with their plan (being ripped off). I feel like this was a bait and switch. I will not return here again and do not recommend this location for service. They will give you an estimate, and then once they have taken your truck apart, they will hold your truck hostage and charge you double the quote. You will be screwed anyway.

Josh helped me out over at Rush Truck centers. Was extremely professional, super helpful. Would highly recommend this business. Hopefully wont have to but if so, I will definitely be dealing with Josh again!

Rush truck center did their thing I couldn't be more happier with the service I received in the time frame I asked for. Working with Kim in Collison was very pleasant and she communicated with me the entire process. Thanks Rush truck center!!

$150 fee to write up an estimate feel like a money grab! Especially when I know exactly what I need I won t be ever buying so much as a windshield wiper from and Rush! Stop calling me effect immediately I m no longer interested in buying a truck from effect immediately! On principle!

Great service here at rush truckers 1644 location. Josh and Blake (manager) was very helpful to My needs towards my truck. I recommend their services to Any drivers OTR.

My first time was great, So my loyalty and promise to return was good, I called them about 9am and asked if they could do a oil change, They said yes come on in. I drove about 50 miles and when I got there they said we can t do it. Because it will take business from the Moreland branch. I am so done with Rush truck center in Atlanta. I can get my oil changed anywhere And I will make sure my equipment is serviced before I get to Atlanta, when I find a good local shop. I will keep everyone posted on that good shop when I find it.

Labor rate is ridiculously high and customer service is awful. Told them no thanks when I saw the quote and that we d be there the next day to pick up the truck. Showed up the next day and we re told truck wasn t ready. Two hours later we re headed out with the truck and realize the lift gate, which worked when it was dropped off, was now busted. Call them outside, they fix it, no communication about what was wrong with it. Generally unhelpful and expensive experience. Look elsewhere.

Left my box truck on June 20th. Today is September 10th and they still didn t finish repair. And this will cost me $12000!

Never returns calls and working on a truck that has my freight on it and wont let us tow it to a rigger to get it off. Its been over a MONTH!!! My customer wants his freight back & I cannot do this till you call.
