I was referred to this shop from a friend after I was involved in a minor automobile accident and the insurance company wanted to total my car after taking my car to an insurance approved shop. The owner of this shop is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and easy to work with. He was able to evaluate my car, confirm there was no further damages beyond what he was able to see and wrote up a new estimate for me from his shop. I was approved to have the car repaired. The owner spoke with the insurance company to address any concerns they had and had my car fixed within a week. I have already referred two other acquaintances to his shop and will continue to refer all business here. My car is running perfectly and in like new condition thank to their hard work!

Amazing service! I reached out to the shop after being hit from behind he told me to bring it right in. The owner was very effective in communicating with me every step of the way whether it was text or phone call. My car was done in exactly three weeks my sonata looks brand new all over again! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone

From the color matching to the overall repair, Mike and his team did a phenomenal job!!!I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, and Mike worked with me and saved me thousands of dollars. The price was definitely fair and the work was of superb quality as you can tell from the before and after pictures. In addition, the turnaround time was super quick. I had to have the job completed before I moved to California, and Mike got it done with plenty of time to spare. I totally recommend going to him for any of your repair needs!!

Searched a few places and came across Royal Body Collision. Mike was very helpful, knew how insurance claims worked and helped me get my car fixed and it looks like new. He also helped get other items fixed that insurance didn t include on the estimate. You can t beat great service, great prices and a quick turnaround. Thank you Mike and Crew for the great work on my car. The communication with him, my insurance, and I was very easy and smooth. I was not expecting to get my car back so quickly. They've now fixed 2 cars in the family and we're very satisfied. Will definitely recommend him to more people!

I spoke with Mike today. I called to find out about my refund. He informed me that I wrote the review on the wrong shop. I did look at the information and realized that between me and my lawyer still trying to get my money back that is NOT this shop. I could not figure out how to redact my review. I am instead setting the record straight as he so nicely asked if could therefore I am. If all businesses could have his personality all would be well. I wish we had taken it to this business. Sorry Mike.

Mike was the nicest guy ever!!!!! I visited his shop in a desperate need of a body shop. I decided to venture from Lithonia to ride up and down Buford Hwy in search. The day i went he was not there so one of the guys gave me his business card. I texted Mike pictures of my damage and he provided a quote. I was able to get my repair done in 24 freaking hours!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! I highly recommend him and his team. All of the men were nice and pleasant to me!

REAL, HONEST, RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, just a few words that come to mind when describing Royal Body Collision. Mike, the man with the plan, the man that will get you pieced back together Mike, was very straightforward and reassuring throughout the whole process. With this being my first accident, it, of course, came with a lot of anxiety and stress, but I definitely felt like i was in good hands! I didn't know where to turn or what my best options were to get repairs. I went to a total of 13 different places to get estimates, all of which ranging from $3000 - $12,000 (essentially totaling my car). Mike did what he had to do to get my car back on the road at a reasonable cost, 3-4x less than the highest estimate I had received. And she looks good as new!

Mike runs a very professional shop and he handled my repair very quickly and for a good price. I'm glad I chose Royal Body instead of one of the bigger body shops I got quotes from. I have had a horrible recent experience with them. The vehicle was taken to them for estimation for repair. The vehicle was declared totaled but I had already sent the repair cost for parts from my bank account using my debit card. Since the vehicle is not going to be repaired they should refund my money back to my card minus shop fees. They claimed to have sent a CHECK to the insurance agency. Granted it's my money from my Navy Federal account yet they are not refunding me, the person who paid them. Geico didn't pay them, I paid them with my funds. I would not do business with them. The mouthpiece for them is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Great shop, Mike was very honest and upfront with the work and cost required to fix my car. Billy and the team did a very good job on the repair and paint job. Also they have a short lead time, in 3 days they had my car done, highly recommended.

I took my Toyota RAV4 here to have the rear bumper replaced, the driver side quarter panel repaired, and a tail light replaced. After a few other shops were quoting me astronomically high prices and telling me to go through insurance, I got a recommendation to come here from a friend.The team did a great job and it looks brand new. Of all the places who wouldn't take a Kia soul due to all the breakins, this place took it without hesitation. They were very friendly and communicative throughout the process of fighting with my insurance.Car was as good as new! Would recommend again.

These guys are amazing! My car was in an minor accident which caused my front bumper to be ripped off. I called multiple body repair shops around Atlanta and they all wanted to charge me over $2,000. I called and spoke with Mike at Royal Body Collision. They only charged me $750 to have my bumper replaced with a brand new one. These guys had my car completed within 3 days! My car looks brand new! Christian and Mike are the men to see, the work they do is top notch, they get the job done on time, they quote very fair and close prices. Was recommended to them by a mechanic and will only use them from now on. The work they did is amazing and the best part is all the attention to detail. The car was hit by a deer and had front end damage. They straightened everything out replaced the windshield noticed some scratches on the doors got it all painted and matched perfectly. This shop is AWESOME!!!!I met Mike, he was friendly & very helpful. They done an amazing job on the SUV that I needed repaired in a short amount of time...the work was not only done quickly, but looked like it never had a dent or scratches. I was surprised. And to top it all off the price for it all was affordable!! I d recommend any1 to checkout Royal Body Collision & Import Auto Repair for the auto care needs!

I love this place the customer service is AMAZING! The price is GREAT! and the work is even better. They painted the entire side of my Honda a couple of months ago which had some pretty good scrapes on it and I was concerned that they wouldn t be able to match the pearl white BUT it looks like new the colors matched and you couldn t tell that anything had ever happened to it. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful service I won t be going anywhere else!

This is shop is great and really good service. Mike the owner really helped me out. Not only was the service quick but the price was even better. I stopped by randomly because I had rear bumper damage. Mike treated me as if he knew, that s why I will return for any work. The work speak for its self. Needed to replace my rear bumper. Took it to three places that tried to fleece me by including all sorts of crazy things in "replacing" the bumper. Found Royal and was royally happy I did! Mike looked at it and was very honest about the work they would do (paint may not be a perfect match) but if you didn't know I had my bumper replaced, you would never know. Looks perfect. Thank you Mike and royal!!!!!

This is an amazing business! They are honest and very detailed. I hit a deer with my 2011 Toyota Corolla and it was totaled. Christian was amazing and professional. He fixed my car abs left it in way better conditions then prior to the accident. He also fixed my passenger doors which were dented and scratched up from a previous accident years ago. He fixed so many minor details that he fixed and left my car in perfect conditions. I will definitely be coming back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

I thought a place with super professional work, very competitive prices AND super fast turnaround was too good to be true - except it really exists! And it s Royal Collision!I had to have my car repaired after an incident that happened totally out of my control. Obviously I just wanted to get it fixed and back to normal - Mike and his guys got it done so quickly and it looked better than it did before! I have already recommended this shop to someone else and will be telling everyone I know.This shop isn t flashy - they re down to earth, honest and friendly. Don t even waste your time at the fancy repair shops with a 3 week turnaround and cappuccino machines in the lobby. GO TO ROYAL! Thank you Mike and crew!!

I can not speak for any one else but myself and my experience with this shop and the owner Mike. I was in a bad accident in January and took my truck to this shop for the repairs. Mike seemed really cool at first and told me that the repairs would take about a month or month and a half tops after reviewing the damage to my vehicle. After a million excuses on receiving supplies and going back and forth with my insurance adjuster waiting on responses for things that he did not need to be waiting on, I finally decided to take my vehicle back from him in June!!!! Mind you his technicians caused damage to my truck when moving it in and out of their garage. Mike, the owner even tried to go back and forth with me saying that the damage was there before. This guy is ridiculous. After taking my truck back, in NOT READY condition, I found out that NONE of the fluids were put in the vehicle, INCLUDING my engine oil!!!!! I DONT SEE HOW YOU HAVE A VEHICLE FOR OVER 5 MONTHS, cause damage to it, try to lie and say you didnt do it, and then notice that it isnt running good but dont check ANY OF THE FLUID LEVELS!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!!!! Take your money somewhere else.Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I went just to get an idea estimaye for my back bumper on my camry that someone hit. I was immediately greeted by Mike whom was very nice. He didn't seem as though he would get over on me with pricing etc because I was a woman. With his kindness, I knew I stopped by the right place. I was totally amazed at how beautiful my old van looked after Royal Body Shop gave it their loving care. My van was in dire need of help. Royal Body Shop gave me a great price then exceeded my expectations with a professional, top-notch paint job plus friendly & prompt service. I will certainly recommend them to everyone!!!

I was side swiped... a hit and run and I needed help, good help with my repairs on my car at a reasonable price. Needless to say when I checked around it was not cheap nor fast, and I happened upon this little green shop expecting more of the same but to my surprise it was not.I meet Mike P the owner and he guided me step by step on what he was going to do and I was able to drop my car off the same day and I was surprised at the reasonable price and time competition.....I recommend stopping by and talk to the guys....a great group of people,You will be more than happy you did.THANK YOU ROYAL BODY COLLISION.

Royal Body Collision, by far is the best autobody shop ive ever patroned, Mike the owner was very reassuring and upfront. i bought in my jaguar and i was worried, Mike assured me that it could be fixed(3x cheaper than the dealorship i might add) he gave me a 4 day window but they finished in 3 days. the work is amazing, My jaguar is new again, next i bought in my regal and it was really bad, not only did mike tell me he could make it new again... but they finished a day early and on top of that, he gave me a discount for bringing in my 2nd car. Here on out, ill bring all my vehicles here. thank you to mike and his staff for great work. ill be bringing in my other vehicles here aswell and will update. As of now this is the best body ive ever worked with 5 STARServices: Painting, Body & Trim
