This place deserves more stars, if possible.I came here when the engine light in my car turned on. The staff checked the car and called me the next day, providing detailed explanations about what was going on. They explained everything they would do to my car, including a detailed price estimate. The repair was completed very quickly, and the bill matched the price estimate exactly no hidden costs or nonsense.This is now my go-to place for car repairs.

These guys are honest, easy going, and hard working. Have taken my crv to get random issues fixed twice and they complete the work quickly and for a fair price. We re really lucky to have them in our neighborhood!

When I arrived in Georgia my brakes sounded awful. The team over at Roger Jordan Garage gave me straight answers on what was wrong and why each part needed to be replaced. The prices were fair and knowing a trustworthy mechanic is priceless. I will be keeping them in mind for future issues.

They did an emissions test on my 2011 Volt and were very helpful. My car initially failed for readiness; they advised me on what to do and later re-tested for a pass at no additional charge.

my car had been randomly shutting off and not starting for atleast a month, and after being turned away from many mechanics due to my car type they took mine in and fixed the problem within 3 hours. it was such a painless and easy experience, they fixed the correct part and i ve had no problems with my car since. definitely recommend this family owned business over anyone else!!!Service: Engine repair

My car was stolen and when the police found it and impounded it, it was in pretty bad shape. The people here at Roger Jordan knew just how to fix it and charged me a fair price. I will be coming here for all my car needs in the future.

I've literally never written a review on Google in my life and I felt compelled to do so here. The most painless experience - my brakes were making noises and they were able to replace my rotors and brake pads in that same day for an incredible price. So used to getting ripped off at places and this was the complete opposite. Very communicative and friendly.Service: Brakes

Go here for your car maintenance needs! My car started making a mysterious noise and I don t know much about cars. I called when I got there and they were able to look at it right away since it would have been expensive for me to Uber home. The mechanic propped up my car and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. Honestly I still don t know what the issue was something about a loose skid plate? He said it was so little trouble he wouldn t charge me. Fortunately I had rummaged through the house and found a measly $7 cash that I gave as tip. He tried to refuse even that! I m used to going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and leaving spending over $200 because they talk me into getting every little fluid replaced. I ll go here from now on! Very friendly and professional and for the price of free you really can t beat it!

I'm a hobby mechanic. I know a good bit about cars and I do as much of my own work as I can because I've had other shops screw up jobs. That said, if I don't have the right tools or it's over my head I don't even think twice about bringing my car here. I don't even ask for quotes any more because their abilities and pricing are so incredible. Hands down the best mechanic I've used in my 41 years and many high mileage cars. I'm actually about to bring my van in tomorrow. This review is for the other 6 times they've done work for me.

I continue to bring my vehicles here even though I now live about a half hour away because they do great work and are incredibly honest. Most years I simply bring our vehicles in for an annual trip check and have never once been pressured into doing more repairs than I felt necessary. In fact, my wife is always asking them if there is more they should be doing and they typically answer "it's in great shape, you don't need to do anything more." Try that at most mechanics and see what response you get. Just honest folks. I've had dealership quote me $2k for a repair that these guys did for $200. Great find! Had my car towed to the closest place to my new apartment... and boy did I luck out! Had a new alternator installed on the same day that I left my car there, and at a reasonable price! They don't hide their labor charges and are very up-front about pricing; extra points for staying late to make sure I was able to pick my vehicle up on the same day as well! I will definitely be back.

Great experience with these guys! My coolant hose was leaking and I had to hit the road to Augusta late afternoon around 4:30/5pm. Dropped my car off @ 8:30am when they opened. They called me to chat about the issues, said they'd bust it to get it done so I could get on the road later that day. They got the hose replaced, along with a much needed road trip ready inspection and service and I got my car back by 3:30pm. Thanks so much for the awesome service and help!

Great service. Had a check engine light on. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a costly repair they said they really couldn't find anything. Imagine that! They reset the light and sure enough it has stayed off. Seems like a very honorable garage! Would recommend.

Good guys that I trust with my family's cars. Had multiple repairs with different cars over the years at this place. They typically take a day to initially take a look and diagnose my issue, but then it's usually fixed by the next day. Prices seem fair (though not sure I know what's good). Certainly never had any problem with the work and they've been my go-to spot for years.

Can t say enough about how great this shop is and the guys who run it! Thank you Todd for taking such great care of me and my Jeep! Honest and fair. I highly recommend using this shop for any of your mechanical needs. I was having issues getting my Jeep to pass emissions and they found the issue and addressed it. We were in town visiting for a few days. Our car literally died as we pulled into the driveway of the Airbnb. After some basic replacements (battery and spark plugs), we realized it wasn t going to be something we could do. Our Airbnb host recommended Roger Jordan. I brought my car in after a bad experience with a so called shade tree mechanic who started a job and disappeared. After tapping into my neighborhood for referrals, overwhelming Roger Jordan Garage was the place for the job. I was sad and anxious if my car could be fixed because I was having an electrical or computer issue, and the previous person who worked on the car vanished which was preventing me from getting through emissions. Neil the owner diagnosed and obtained necessary materials for my car and fixed the issue in no time and was able to pass emissions, he even fixed my A/C in the process of which was a surprise for me when I got my car back. He was so communicative to me on every step of fixing my car as well as providing advice on other matters for my car. All the work he did, and I didn't have to break the bank. I just wished I had come to him early after wasting resources prior to coming to him. I truly value the service because it is so hard and a risk finding hardworking, honest mechanics. I had a fantastic experience at Roger Jordan Garage. They immediately and correctly diagnosed and fixed a very frustrating issue with my Tacoma's suspension that other garages had been unable to solve. I couldn't be happier. Had a fantastic experience here. They are so honest, trustworthy, and professional. Sure their shop isn't "fancy", but their mechanics treat you and your car with respect. I had just moved here, but was experiencing car problems so asked some neighbors where to turn to and every single person recommended this place. I'm so glad I listened to them

I honestly cannot thank your guys enough! Fantastic service, quality work and great people to deal with, in general. Your team did not just fix a problem with our car. You also fixed an emergency issue for a family of four humans and three dogs that was in serious distress. Tookthe car in with a problem paid hundreds of dollars to resolve the problem. Same exact problem when I left. Taking it somewhere else next next time. Edit: 5 shops later, noone can figure out the problem. It disappears when the car is cool. Noone drives ot enough to reproduce it but myself. Increasing review, can't blame on lack of skills if everyone has the same results.

Businesses like these are the reason I wish I could give 6 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I took my car to an "authorized dealership" because my wipers were acting up and they wanted to charge me $134.99 just to look at it! Found Roger Jordan Garage on Google and they were the highest rated around. After my visit, I can see why. Even though they were busy, Niel took time out of his day to take a quick look and within 5 minutes had the problem fixed. All he asked for was a handshake and a smile. I will 100% be back with any and all future car problems. Thank you Niel!
