From the moment I contacted this mobile mechanic, I knew I was in good hands. I explained my situation with my car and provided him the codes I received on my OBD2 scanner.I had to order the parts online. Nowadays you can t get everything at AutoZone or Advance Auto (in-store). Once I got everything I needed, i reached out to Robert to schedule my appointment.He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue with my car, but they also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any technical jargon.The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of work was top-notch. The convenience of having the mechanic come to my location saved me so much time and hassle. Plus, the transparent pricing and the ability to watch the repair process provided an added layer of trust and satisfaction.I highly recommend this mobile mechanic service to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and friendly car maintenance. Robert and Alyssa are absolutely amazing! They above and beyond throughout this whole process. If you re looking for a GREAT MECHANIC THIS IS IT! Originally I was getting a AC compressor but Robert discovered another major problem that needed attention asap. He replaced the Water Pump, Thermostat, Housing and the Coolant Tube.But it doesn t stop there! He gave me an amazing deal to replace the AC compressor out of the kindness of his heart! He was working on my car in the hot sun with no complaints and finished the job within hours!!! This team is truly unbelievable. A lot of people write reviews but if you re looking for the review that tells the truth THIS IS IT!They gave through breakdowns and receipts of the part costs and when they purchase the parts they put the warranty s under your name. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I have all my receipts and very clear information on what was done to my car and constant reassurance!Thank you Robert and Alyssa! Excellent Job and Service! Robert is simply the best. I have used many different mechanics during my lifetime including more expensive mechanics and Buckhead Atlanta. Nobody is better. He knows how to treat a customer right and how to do excellent automotive work. He will I will always use him I am completely more than satisfied. Do yourself a favor don't call anyone else he's honest and he did he came to my house I never had to leave home and he completed the entire job in one day he always keeps his words. I met Robert in the parking lot of a Kroger at a time where my car was having some issues. He diagnosed the car on spot and told me which parts I need to purchase to get it fixed. I followed his instructions. When I received the parts, I message him and asked him to schedule an appointment, in less than an hour that same day, Robert came to my place, fixed the car. I love his professionalism and his seriousness. Thanks for your service Robert!

Robert is a very knowledgeable person about mechanics work and he is going to give a fair price for repairs. The most important thing is that he honor his word and will meet his appointment times. I would recommend Mr. Robert to anyone that I comes in contact with that needs auto repairs. And Alyssa is a great team member of Robert s Mobile Repair Service. She make sure that all the logistics is handled correctly and greets everyone with a smile and very respectful. Allysa do not mind going the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Robert pinpointed the exact issue on my Subaru. Although it wasn t obvious to the untrained eye. There was a rodent nested under the intake manifold from it sitting for 3+ months. Robert showed up, took everything apart, showed me what was wrong while he was repairing it and also went the extra mile to repair a few other small issues along the way. I would recommend Robert to anyone who needs an intelligent, efficient and dependable mechanic on the spot.

I called Robert in the evening about a few things that I need done to my fianc�s car and mines. He came in the next morning and worked on both. Took care of us, and told us what it actually needed to be done unlike other shops that make stuffs up. He was very helpful and quick with getting the parts needed. He will definitely be our mechanic from now on. Replaced my bumper, fixed A/C and much more in no time. highly recommended

Robert came out and diagnosed my vehicle issue quickly. He took time to hear me out about the previous issues and work that had been done to my X5 and confirmed all the needs prior to jumping into the work. I had Robert replace my valve cover gaskets, do a full tune up, and more. He quoted me a very fair price, sourced all the parts, and completed the job in a very timely manner. I'd recommend Robert to anyone based on his expertise as a mechanic. The fact he is also mobile just makes it better. Thank God weFound this mobile service! This man had been so amazing and helpful to us! He fixed a problem my boyfriend had for five years and paid many people who didn t get the job done! Now my man is riding with AC! He also fixed my jeep and made it stop smoking he was able to diagnose the issue within a few moments and had it done in the same day!!!! 100% recommend!!!!!

Robert came out to take a look at our van. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with regards to what needs to be done. I explained I want the van to last 3-5 years with whatever we do and he clearly understood that mission. He went through all the parts and pointed out which needed to be replaced and which didn't.I'll update this after we get the job done; but, I also want to note that he went a step further by pointing out that the tires also needed to be replaced.He had me run my hand across the tire treads to show that the tires are not good and that they're suffering from belt rot. I honestly couldn't feel it personally; however, he also noted the discoloration was from them sitting in the sun all day. Makes sense, the guy I bought the van from definitely left it outside. Roberts sincerity and lack of financial motivation (he doesn't do tires) pushed me to immediately order brand new tires for this van.All said and done, he's priced well for a steering and suspension job. It's not so cheap that I'm questioning his experience and my safety, but it's also not expensive compared to what a local suspension shop quoted me. (double and they wanted to replace significantly more parts - things like the sway bar which Robert clearly showed me why that's not true).

This was the sweetest man. He saw me trying to charge my AC at an AutoZone and generously offered his assistance as well as providing me with information so I could understand what was going on with my car which I highly appreciated. As a woman it s hard to not feel like people want to take advantage of you with anything car related and I didn t feel that way at all. Instead he helped me feel more empowered to be able to do more simple maintenance on my car. Thank you Robert you made my day!

My engine light came on a Saturday night and Robert came out Sunday afternoon to replace my spark plugs and an 02 sensor. Unfortunately for me, my car decided it still wanted to give me more attitude. Robert came out again and made more repairs. It was really convenient for me that he could come and work on my car in my driveway while I was at work. I really needed the services because I was due to get my emissions test. My vehicle passed with no problems. I m sure if I went to a dealership or brick and mortar mechanic, I would have been more aggravated and out of more money. Robert was very good and knowledgeable I had a mechanic who did my fuel pump and it took that mechanic 2 days to not solve the electrical problem to the fuel pump there was an electrical issue I took it back to this mechanic and he did not fix the problem I called Robert he came out right away and within 20 minutes he identified the problem and fixed it he was so fast and knowledgeable that I even tipped him an extra $50 he definitely gets a five-star rating

I found Robert on Google maps and called him on Memorial day, after another mechanic had failed to get my car started the day before. The first mechanic installed a new alternator and battery, but could not figure out why it wouldn't start. Robert came and went behind everything the other mechanic did to find the problems, which there were several. Finally my car was starting. I ran into another issue shortly after with another part. I called Robert back and he was quick to meet me and fix that problem also. I'm happy to be back on the road in my car.

I have a Honda Civic heard squealing from the front passenger side Mavis diagnosed my car wrong said it was my brakes and rotors paid them for a service I didn't need never again. went to Mr.Robert not only did he tell me they put the wrong kind on but he got my car right.he didn't try to take my money he sent me back to them to correct the brakes and rotors The issue was my strut it was cracked MR Roberts showed me the issue. after advanced auto sent me the wrong part twice he went with me to make sure they got it right they had the part in the store he put it on and my car hasn't made a sound since. He was amazing. I called him on a Sunday, he immediately came. Everything that caused my car to turn off was fixed and he explained how everything broke. A very trustworthy place, I highly recommend! Oh, and he didn t overcharge me for anything and was honest about the parts needed for my car.

This man told me this was the last time I would experience the ongoing issues I had with my car! He properly diagnosed my situation and came with a time saving and more affordable options! He also goes to pull any parts himself, comes out comes out if your car is immobilized and topped off my fluids to boot this man and his wife are a Dynamic Duo! Fair reasonable prices as well
