I test-drove their R1T (truck), and it was an exhilarating experience. The most impressive features for me were:- the degree of soundproofing within the cabin- the gear tunnel- the ability to almost stop once I took my foot off the accelerator- the rangeAnd so much more.

I love the brand and the truck but the service center needs to be addressed. Pre-inspection delivery missed several things, including a loose door panel, missing full sized spare and a leak in the CV boot that was spewing grease everywhere. All items were addressed at a subsequent service visit but 6 months later on routine inspections with doing my own tire rotation, another leak has developed on the same half shaft.

Dropped off R1T for suspension troubleshooting.Guide had a rental for me and ride via Uber 10/10R1T returned with all green checks 24hrs later! Riding wonderfully!!!!

We did a test drive here in addition to picking up our R1T and R1S. What a great company and amazing EVs. For those people comparing the sales experience to a sleazy franchise dealer that marks up their vehicles, you must be high. Watch the reviews of the vehicles online and learn as much as you can before you go so you don't waste the staff's time.

Great experience with the service team. I even scored two Rivian t-shirts one for myself and one for wifey. It is also a great place to see the all new R1S waiting to be delivered to new owners.

While my buying experience was great in Dec 2023, my car came with a small rip on the center console. I was given a date after month to service it. On the date, I visited the service center and my time was highly undervalued. I sat in the lobby for over 3.5 hours of estimated time. I timed my appointment in a way I could avoid the rush hour traffic, but unfortunately when I left the service center, it was during the peak hours. The issue was trivial and I could have fixed it myself if the part was shipped to me. I was greeted in the lobby when I walked in but eventually all the employees left from the lobby and all the walk ins were confused asking me if I worked there. I had an underwhelming experience. Would rather avoid another trip here.

Where to begin. After over a year waiting I took delivery of my new R1S. During delivery I pointed out misalignment of the front panel and driver door. They fixed it onsite. However, during delivery all screens went black and the suv was inoperable. After almost 2 hours I finally took delivery. A tech plugged in a laptop and reset a module .5 days later the Rivian was black screened and inoperable. I called Rivian support and was told I d need to call back when I had time to troubleshoot. When I returned that evening the Rivian worked without intervention.2 weeks later I m at dinner with my family and upon return the Rivian had all black screens again and would only drive 10mph. I called Rivian service and they towed the vehicle to the Atlanta service center the next day (Monday).Tuesday I get a voicemail they confirmed the receipt of my Rivian and hope to have it looked at by Friday (5 days later). I pushed back and was told it needed a new TCM module.Thursday I called and was told they are still diagnosing the issue and they just ordered the TCM module (2 days after knowing it needed one).So now I m told it may be next week before it s resolved.At this point the Rivian has 200 miles on it and been at the service center almost as long as I ve owned it.The service advisor (Jonothan) only provides updates when I call, and it s lip service that they are ensuring diagnostics are done thoroughly to ensure no other issues are present.You can't even call the service center directly. You have to call an 800 number who will then connect you. I asked for a service manager, he s out for a week. I asked for another manger and was told she left early for the day.Awful service.

Drove from Chattanooga for an appointment first thing in the morning to cover some warranty issues. They were prompt to take the truck back and indicated they were trying their best to not keep me waiting any extra time as I had drove from out of state. On the service test drive they noted one additional item that needed attention and took care of it quickly. Overall, all staff was very friendly and had positive interactions.

We had our much anticipated 1st mile today and it was such a let down. After a 13 min test drive, followed by a 7 min speed walk through, it was over. Our Rep kept yawning throughout the test drive, was mumbling superficial things, never really trying to showcase all the wonderful features R1S boasts. After our 3rd question during the walk through, he did said we are done and opened the door. The only positive experience was when he let us spend 10 mins by ourselves exploring the interiors.At Rivian's price point, I expected far more passionate, energetic reps.. I've experienced excellent white glove sales service at BMW and even the Honda & Toyota showrooms provide better sales engagement . Now the burden of selling R1S to my wife falls on me.

I've visited the service about four times, and I can definitely feel that the service has become faster and better than before. The staff members are still very nice as well.

A few weeks ago, I received an invitation email for a Rivian R1S test drive at this location. Bill, the representative, had all the paperwork prepared before my wife and I arrived, and we were behind the wheel within minutes. Even though my reservation for R1S has been pushed back to 2024 due to Rivian's production delays, Bill demonstrated the car's features as if I were picking it up that day.As I drove the R1S, Bill patiently explained every little detail about the car, from how the regen accelerating pedal works to the suspension system and the infotainment system. He even described the mechanical workings of the car, and I bombarded him with questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, patiently listening and answering all of my questions.Knowing my concern about riding quality and noise on highways, Bill directed me to the most damaged roads to experience the riding quality, curvy downhill roads to test the sport mode, and highways to experience the noise. He even changed the navigation system to demonstrate the lack of delay.During the exhilarating 45-minute test drive, I was blown away by the R1S. The car handled with remarkable agility and precision, defying its size and weight. The interior design surpassed my expectations, with a sleek and modern aesthetic that looked even better in person than in the pictures. After the drive, Bill proudly showcased every inch of the car's exterior and interior space, even letting us sit in the third-row seats and explore every nook and cranny.My wife and I had a fantastic time with Bill during the test drive of the Rivian R1S, and I highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing the car for yourself.

After long wait , we got the appointment. We came from so far and didn t spend 15 minutes also. My family didn t get chance to drive and did not get complete details on the vehicle. Customer service should good. My first impression feels low confidence on Rivian service. Please upgrade the quality of service.

After long wait ,First mile demo drive went flop . Did not even get a chance to touch screen and know basic information / experience the features. Everything was so fast , I even forgot to ask questions .Please give time to customers and know more about vehicle. Don t make run and please try to expand the demo drive duration time .

Picked up my Rivian after a year+ wait. The agent was very dismissive to anything. His job is to put people in the car and address any concerns. I told him the door frame moulding was not aligned and he said it would be an hour before his guys could look at it and to set up a mobile service appt. To resolve it. Getting ready to leave and we noticed an error message and asked another agent and he came out took a look and then said let me take it back to have the issue addressed. He then heard a noise from the fan that needed to be fixed and informed me that it would be about 20-30 min while they address both issues. So don't be passive like me and request another agent to get decent service.

The service and delivery teams at Rivian in Atlanta are amazing! They are so hard working, respectfully, helpful and always so happy and just really nice every time I walk in there! 10/10 the best vehicle service experience in the industry!!!

Super nice folks there. We had a great first mile. The guide was very informative and allowed us to drive on the highway up one exit. Now I just need to be patient for my reservation to get called!
