Daniel Pistillo has been my service contact at Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Springs service department for many years. I have had nothing but excellent service and help from Dan. He always works with me in getting my car in for timely service and urgent issues. Highly recommend him!

Dropped off my husband's truck on Friday to complete serveral of the recalls on the newer Tundras.Received a call this morning at 8am stating that the truck was ready for pickup. Since this was a warranty service, there was no change or balance due at the time of pickup.Arrived at the location shortly after 1 and waited for one of 5 service advisors call me over. they all will just blurt out that they are finishing up another customers paperwork instead of actual greeting for customers. After waiting a few moments, I was instructed to just see whoever I dropped the car with- I explained that I dropped it off on Friday and I don't see the person I dropped off with and that it was a simple pick up with no balance due.The lady then looked up my information and then said she didn't know where the truck was and just walked off with no other explanation. The other advisors would just kind of look at me and then eventually go back into the back office. The original lady came back and just pointed at a random truck asking if it was mine (it clearly wasn't) then said something like "oh it couldn't be that easy" then walked off again with no communication and started helping some other customers that had now come up and she never returned to me after that.I waited for over 40 minutes and eventually the advisor that checked me in on Friday was back and was able to get my paperwork (that was just ready and at his desk) and was able to pull the truck around.We had scheduled for the truck to be washed while there, it wasn't and there was 0 communication as to why not- nothing was maked completed as far as the recalls within our app, so the truck is still showing that it needs service. We called shortly after getting home releasing that the things in the app were not complete and the only response that the advisor over the phone gave was "oh if youre not happy, you can just bring it back real quick"The service advisor Gregory was great and helpful but all around the service department had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. From how they greet their clients, answer questions, communication, wait time, etc.I really can't believe the level of service and that the advisors were okay with a client waiting around for 40 minutes with the only communication being that they could not find the truck and then just going back to business as usual without giving the customer any communication.

I ve been coming to see Dan Pistillo at the Service Center ever since I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago. He is great to work with! He is the only person I trust with my Toyota. Thank you Dan!

Today as usual I got exceptional customer service from Alex Davidovici from the service department. I've been servicing my Highlander here for 4 years despite it being out of warranty for a long time. One year ago I moved to another county and now Rickhendricktoyota is almost a one-hour trip from my home. Despite having another Toyota service in 15 mins from my current home I continue to go to Rickhendricktoyota because of Alex. I like that Alex explains and recommends what service is better to do now and what can be postponed to a later time. It's been a pleasure servicing my car with Alex for all that time.

Kevin is the man! In a world where excellent customer service is few and far between, Kevin most definitely is the few and far between. He is extremely helpful, kind, exudes good vibes, and makes the whole process seamless. This dealership as well as his customers are fortunate to have him!
