Car maintenance is not my first choice for spending an afternoon, but the service center here is the absolute best. Ask for Daniel. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating, he will go over and above to take good care of you and your vehicle. I dropped off my C-HR for 35k maintenance. There was a mistake on my bill, and Daniel quickly rectified it with the supervisor. Also, he made sure that my tire was repaired from a small nail causing a slow leak. The courtesy, respect and professionalism is bar none. Highly recommended for service and purchase.

I had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Rick Hendrick in Sandy Springs! So grateful to Dylan who was my salesman. He was so friendly, so patient, and so professional! Pierre in financing was also so great and walked me through all the steps I needed to feel comfortable to finance my car. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out!

Greg was super knowledgeable about the kind of cars I was looking for, and the entire team was very welcoming; even the finance aspect was a breeze, thanks to Sammy. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing customer service! Everything was so smooth from beginning to end! Ask for Ms. Q, she is the absolute best. So informative and personable! I will recommend anyone to come work with her, she truly makes the process less of a stressful experience. The manager Bryan is also very friendly and knowledgeable! If you need a car, this dealership is exactly where I would go from here on out!

I went in looking for a car for my daughter, a new driver. I first started working with Booth through text from an inquiry I made off the website. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. I then went into the dealership and was met with the same level of service. The car I was originally looking at was not going to be to the dealership for a few days, in the meantime we test drove the Rav4 - which we loved. However, didn't think the numbers would work. As I walked out with plans to return when the other car arrived in a few days I let Booth know what I would need to make a deal work - and they made it happen! I also worked with the manager, Jason and Aldair in finance. Everyone was super helpful, seamless process and trustworthy. We are happy with our purchase and will be buying from here again!

I had THE BEST experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota. Miss Q was my sales rep and Brian was the sales manager that made my car buying experience great. I hate car shopping but they both were professional and no pressure. Miss Q kept the lookout for the car I wanted and contacted me as soon as it was available. She worked around my work schedule and made the closing day so easy. I definitely will recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota!

I purchased a vehicle from Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs this weekend. I am super pleased with my experience. Everyone I dealt with (Blake, Pierre and D) was professional and helpful. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Blake was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was patient throughout the entire process. He got me all set up on the Toyota app so I didn't have to figure that out myself. It's clear that customer service is a priority for them. I've already received two follow up calls checking in to see how things were going and if I had questions. In terms of the car, I've had two Toyotas in the past so I know they're reliable and felt comfortable knowing I was getting a quality car.

Great dealership to work with. The team running this dealership know what they are doing and it trickles down to the sales reps as well. Ms. Q was a delight to work with when purchasing a new Grand Highlander. She was knowledgeable and patient with us as we went through the car buying experience. We had a specific color and trim level in mind and she worked with her team to find us the exact car we wanted. We will definitely be working with her for our next vehicle purchase.

Greg Levinson, our sales consultant, really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a car. We had our hearts set on an unusual color, so he brought in his manager, Jason, to explore options throughout the state to create the perfect combination of features for us.Not only did they find our dream car, but it was delivered a whole week earlier than expected. January 5, 2023I just had my car serviced. I worked with Jincy in the service department she was fantastic!!! I thought I'd have to leave my car there all weekend to be serviced. She surprised me and offered to have someone pick me up and bring me back when it was ready. She was all about customer service and had the driver right at my office when she said she would. I waited less than two minutes when I got there to pick it up and I am already back at work! Kudos Jincy Rundle!!October 2023A personal shout out to Demarius Henderson. I ve been on what felt like an endless search for a new car. My boss referred me to Demarius Henderson, the new car sales Director. He was extremely professional, patient, informative, helpful & took a great deal of time with me throughout the entire process. I d like to give a shout out to the head of used car sales, Kevin as well, he was a joy to speak to a few days before. The entire team there made choosing a new car such a positive experience! I really like how fast and nice they are at this location! They re very helpful and attentive to the customer. One person that really sticks out to me here and has made sure everything is good for me numerous times is Darrell Norwood! Definitely one of the best. Great customer service and funny during your visit! He also makes sure to check on you among other things during your wait.

I was helped by Melissa Plascencia in service and it was incredible experience. Came in for oil change and they found coil issues I had. Explained issue very throughly and was in and out within 2 hours for everything. They also threw in headlight restoration ! Great experience would highly recommend to anyone

Alex Davidovici in Service was really great to work with and very friendly and helpful. He got my wife s vehicle fixed in a timely manner and returned it to me promptly and washed. He updated me on the status of when it would be ready. Would highly recommend him to all my friends and also Hendrick for a your repairs.

David was an absolute delight to work with concerning our vehicle. He met us at our vehicle as soon as we drove through the door. We got there early to assure we had a rental vehicle. He answered all of our questions and saw us to our rental vehicle. The part required was able to be obtained within a week and we got our vehicle back. The service department was immaculate and our vehicle was just as clean if not more so when we received it back. Because it was the radio/navigation console which went out, he helped to reprogram it before we left and assured everything was working properly before we left.I call that 5 star service!
