I had to share my experience with Reyes Auto Glass. He is professional and thorough. This is the second car he has had to replace my windshield but the first time he came to my home. He worked around my schedule and he s does an excellent job. Not only that, he s very courteous, respectful and trustworthy. If you have any concerns he will make sure you re satisfied. Reyes is great! He got to me with in a couple hours, really helped me out of a jam.He cleaned my car out from all the broken glass. He is fast and efficient and his pricing is very good. As you can see I had a mess from someone breaking in my truck.

Excellent service. They were able to come to my house which is close to the airport and replaced the glass. They even vacuumed out a lot of the glass shards that were broken. Really can't ask for better. Plus it was about half the price of what I was quoted from a local shop nearby.

I was in Atlanta for a work trip in July. Someone busted out my passenger window overnight and safelite couldn't see me until I returned from Atlanta. I called Reyes and he was able to replace my window same day. He even came out to my hotel and replaced it with a very timely manner. I was very appreciative of him coming out and knocking this out.

I don t know about the service but I definitely know about the communication and it sucks. Called them like 3 times and was sent to voicemail, they called back 10 mins later while I m otp with another company. Not even a minute later, not even 45 seconds later I called back and was sent straight to voicemail. Def won t b considering this company anymore.
