Hey these are some great ppl! I have had a few things done on my Chrysler Aspen. Even recently I had a serpentine belt and pullies go out and they took my ride from the tow truck after closing, called minutes later saying I need a different part and was still able to give my truck back a hour so later! Price was the best! Pete is a great mechanic polite customer service at desk too!

This business is ah-ma-zing!!!! When I tell you they are theeee best I am not lying!! My truck(Chevy Trailblazer) went from being broke down to up & running with no problems! I went to about four different shops in Newnan that told me to junk my truck and possibly sell it for parts, to fantastic after leaving their shop. The staff (Mrs. Rose herself & crew) are very wonderfully friendly & personable. In fact, I came here a second time & will most definitely be coming back. In my personal opinion this is my only go to shop I trust to do me right and the prices for the work that s done is very reasonable!! Give them a try & I promise you ll be back. They do very good body work to the very best of their ability too!!! Love love love them!!!

Got a part fixed that was leaking oil here. They replaced the part. A month later my car stalls on the highway. I tow my car to this repair spot and they tell me there s no oil in the car. How if they replaced the part. Anyway, my engine was locked and they immediately quoted me for a new engine. I went and got my car next day and traded it in. I refuse to deal with this company again. Won t even let them do an oil change.

I went 3 different top notch mechanic business explaining my AC hose was closed and needed to be unclogged to stop the leak on the inside of my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I was told by these alleged expert mechanics at Precision Tune Union City GA and Firestone that they didn t know what I was talking about and that I would need a diagnostic starting at $99 then I would have to pay additional to replace parts and labor. I googled Reliable Automotive came to the shop and they clear understood what my car need and didn t try to sell me services my car didn t need or I could not afford. The services for my car was exact, fast and very affordable. Thank you Reliable Automotive I truly recommend your shop to all in South Fulton area of Georgia. Service: Air conditioning

They really get the job done the repairs are done in a very timely matter. They know what they re doing and have extremely reasonable pricing. Willing to find the best options and you ll never have to call to see what s wrong after a repair unless you did it. Great people to get car repairs done with especially when your a woman. This place sucks The service is terrible if you come on the lot you will see all these dead bone cars out here that should give you a clue to let you know do not mess with these people these Africans will take your money I came here with my 2016 Honda sonata to get fixed they were just supposed to fix the valve cover gasket they end up locking my engine then told me they were not responsible for it I repeat do not mess with this place they will cheat you out your money and leave you stuck

Came here for them to install an engine. Instead of saying they don't work on fiats they took the job. At first they couldn't put the clutch in so I had to get a uhaul, take engine and clutch to a friend's house so he could install clutch. I Brought car back for them to finish installing the engine. They couldn't get the engine work. I paid them 1400 plus the 400 I had to pay to get my partner to do the clutch. I towed my car from there and had my guy put the engine in. I'm out $1800 dealing with these people.

I took my car in and it was working. They had my car for 6 months. I was told I needed a transmission in which they bought a used transmission to put in which I had given them the money upfront. I was out of the country and my brother was handling things for me. They never called him with any updates. He kept calling them when finally contacted them he was told that my computer wasn t working and they purchased a used one and the transmission burnt it out and said I would need a new one and asked if i wanted to buy a new one in which I said no. I returned home called them to try and find out what was going on with the car left messages and no one would call me back. I kept calling and finally reached daughter to advised will be coming to get car. When I got my car back it is not working at all. I ask for a refund and was told no. The worse customer service. Total rip-off.

Great staff and great service for a reasonable price! The owner and her husband are the sweetest and she always greets you with a warm welcome making me feel as though I'm not about to be taken advantage of. Highly recommend!

If you want to take your vehicle to a shop with 1 problem and end up with 10 more before you decide to take it some where else or have it towed as i did take it to Reliable Automotive. I had the most terrible experience ever when taking my vehicle to that shop. I drove my Chevy work van in almost excellent condition into the shop to to get a flywheel change that was making noise. The transmission had to be removed in the process they ask me did i want to change the rear main seal that was not leaking before but it is now leaking after they changed it. The flywheel was installed and all kind of computer codes came up while the vehicle was running. I didn't think to check it because it seem to be running fine Peter test drove my van while rose asked for the payment in the amount of $658.07. After payment Peter returned with the knowledge that my van was not running correctly turned it over to me to drive anyway. I notice then all the codes he told me to drive it and the codes will reset and go away. I drove my van about 300 feet out of the parking lot when the first gear changed it jerked very hard and engine loss of power.I turned around went back he was closing up and said he would check it the next day. The next day after buying a part that cost $175.00 and that didn't work at this point he started guessing on what it is he even said it needs a computer. How just simple change a flywheel come to all of this? The next day i went to the shop with out calling to check the status. He put my van back together and parked it with the rest of the unfixed vehicles in the parking lot.They pulled another vehicle in the stall and was working on it and was very happy to know that a tow truck was on the way to pick up my van and take it to another shop after getting $658.07 out of me. The other shop charged me $926.00 for the screw up the wire harness was pinched it shorted out my fuel pump and the computer that does not include the oil leak problem that i now have. They don't deserve no stars.

Looking for a good mechanic is like looking for a good Dr, or a Barber you can trust. Reliable Automotives is one mechanic shop I highly recommend. Not only are they honest, they are very affordable. They let you know what the problem is and give you affordable options. If they can t fix it they will let you know and not waste your time. Not many mechanic shops will do that. I m glad I found a mechanic I can trust

They Put My Re-manufactured 4.6L V8 Motor In My 05 Bonneville Round The End Of June And Made Sure They Fixed As Much Of My Real Main Seal Leak As They Could And Which They Did , My Car Been Running Better Than Ever Since They Fixed It , NOT ONE OIL LEAK And They Have Great Prices HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

No clear path to their office, Garage workers are rude and let you stand there. They Charge you to get an estimate even if you already know what s wrong with your car. You ll lose more business than you ll get with that type of service. I turned around right at the door from this Ghetto scenery.

If a No Star was Possible I would post it as ZERO StarsAs Promised to you (Ms Rose Bird "the Owner") Here is a Public copy of my complaint against your Business and your poor Business practices!!!You should have never hung up in my Face and treated a Cash Paying customer so rudely! .. every review board I can find will have this posting Today, and I will continue letting my community Know of your Scandalous Business is treating hard working people who need reputable and reliable services not just in a title of a Business but in the way that it is conducted!!I will continue posting my issue until you make good on my situation!BBB Complaint Reliable Automotive 4/17/2019After Paying just under $2000.00 (Labor) for R/R a used engine from Weaver Auto Parts into My 2006 Cadillac DTS it still registered a check engine light and a low oil light (Peter) the lead Mechanic and representative for the shop indicated that it would reset itself and it would go away. after 24 hrs of driving I took my car to a Reputable shop Meinike which replaced my Catalytic converter (under warranty) at which time it was discovered that the oil sensor to the oil pan was zip tied to the frame of the engine as if someone knowingly and on purpose performed this act. I immediately returned to Reliable Automotive and informed Peter of this issue and Questioned him on this matter, at which time he stated that i needed the old oil pan (which was returned/shipped for core value credit) if I would bring the oil pan he would replace it as the present oil pan did not have a place for the Sensor,*prior to receiving the replacement motor, Peter (Himself) inspected the motor and all of its components and did not find any issues with receiving it and stated that it was a "Good Motor and a Good fit"!Today (4/17/2019) I took off from my Job and Drove to Birmingham Alabama to retrieve the (old Motor) and brought it back to College Park, upon arrival I was informed by Peter that I would have to Pay a charge to conduct the repair/ replacement of the oil pan (this I could not believe to be fair as he could have simply put the oil pan on when he had the engine out a week ago!)I indicated to him how I did not believe him to be treating me fairly and the proof was that he purposely tried to hide or purport to me that the oil light would go away) when in fact he knew that he had tied off the sensor to the frame of the car.I requested to speak with ownership and when I did she (Rose Bird) stated that she would have given a discount but that since I was being rude and I had put a bad taste in her mouth,... she wished me a Good Day and hung up in my face at which time Peter put the motor back on my TruckPut the Oil pan on my car as it should have been done in the first place (instead of attaching the sensor to the frame and saying it would go away!I've lost a days wages at my Job $240.00 and a $150.00 core value on the old engine and $80.00 in fuel cost going to and from Alabama!there is now the Inconvenience of having this motor on the bed of my truck!!If i have to have another shop complete these necessary repairs I wish for Compensation Complete!I seek your Help in Granting me relief

Bad, bad, horrible customer service. The people are frauds and rude! My vehicle had no problem just wanted to replace older parts. Now my car is shaking and leaking fluid. HORRIBLE! Do not go there!

They were very rude and disrespectful. I took my car there with 1 problem and left with exactly 6; my car was shaking when i left also started to leak alot. I dont know what they did but i do not advise anyone to go here !!!

I had a motor install but..engine losing power stall out on hwy.Had another mechanic look at it ,poor job an two very important wires was cut an not attached to anything am getting an attorney.
