Great service - when I came at lunchtime, I pulled up behind one person already in progress. Owner was working and he was efficient and straightforward. I will come back here for my emissions testing going forward.

The curb appeal may be lacking a bit but these guys know thier stuff. Very patient with wanna-be mechanics like myself. So far, they've been able to handle the issues ive brought to them. Fair prices too.

The guys here at Raw Auto & Emissions are great! I stopped in just to inquire about pricing for brakes service and they quoted me a very reasonable price and got it done right then in just about an hour! Tony and his team literally saved me from multiple accidents by fixing my brakes. They re better than they ve been in years and driving in a city like Atlanta where dangerous situations happen daily on the road, having reliable brakes is no joke. They got it done same day and had the parts on hand, great pricing as well. No ones doing it better than Raw Auto.

Tony runs a no nonsense business. I ve gotten my muffler fixed, my brakes and calipers replaced, oil changes, and emissions here. My car runs better than it has in years and my brakes are like brand new. This is an honest business and I recommend my friends and colleagues here as well.

I brought my car in to get my water pump fixed. It was supposed to take 4-5 hours. The shop owner kept it for four days! I had to initiate all communication with the owner who would not let me know problems he ran into. When it was finally ready to be picked up, there was an additional $100 charge. Not only did he inconvenience me, and keep me out of commission for three days, he added on additional charges. Please stay away from this shop! Beware a fraudulent mechanics!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Customer beware!!! My mom used this establishment to replace a steering pump which she hasn't had any problems with, however about 3 weeks later her car ran hot and was leaking coolant. My husband had already installed a brand new coolant reservoir a couple of months prior to her having her steering pump replaced so we knew it wasn't the coolant reservoir..my mom called and was discussing with the gentleman her new issue he told her he would need to look at it and it would be $65 for a diagnostic and if she let him fix the problem that the $65 would go toward the repair...they made plans for her to bring the car..in the midst of this my husband decided to stop by and do a check to make sure the coolant reservoir he put on didn't have a defect and wasn't leaking...low and behold this guy had switched my moms brand new coolant reservoir and put a used junk yard reservoir on that had been sealed before and had the junkyards initials in red on the side of the reservoir..He costed my mom $150 dollars to buy another coolant reservoir and jug of antifreeze for my husband to replace again due to his dishonest practices...Again customer beware!!!!

Please don't go to this place. I was suppose to get my second test done free. He provides testing but charged me another $25 The owner said we didn't test it. I said why. I said I was just coming to get my testing paperwork for the second time. Unacceptable. Bad customer service.Service: Auto emissions testingService: Auto emissions testing

I have taken my car to Raw auto for many years. He has fixed my sisters and my nieces cars. It s hard as a woman getting an honest and fairly priced repair that s done well - but that s what I get with Mr. Anthony. He also does my maintenance work on the car. And I would definitely go back if it needed major work.
