I got a flat tire on a brand new set of tires, (which is the worst but usually how it goes, right?) Luckily, there was only a puncture on the tire so I took it to Rachelle s in hopes that they would be able to repair it. I had arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and fully expected to wait until at least their opening time to be serviced, but to my surprise I was immediately greeted and serviced, which was incredibly nice. Not only did they repair the tire, but they also put it back on my car and only charged me $35 for the quick and efficient service. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs. Thank you!

Everyone here was so personable and I didn t have any problems getting all 4 of my tires replaced! I will be a life long customer!! Thank you!! I suggest coming here to everyone!!

DO NOT COME HERE RIP OFFS . I called here and asked the price for a tire size of 225-45-18 he employees told me it would be $70 in total with labor and tire included. I drove 20 minutes on a flat tire and when I arrived and he saw the type of car I drove he stated it would be extra he didn t look at the tire they was giving me . He called the lady owner and he shouldwould be $100 in total. I was in disbelief like you really told me $70 on the phone . I Asked to speak to the owner and explained everything to her and also stated that that s not properly how you do business. She caught a nasty attitude with me . Finally they getting ready to put the new tire on and he tells me they can t put it on because it has a knot in it. BASICALLY THEY JUST WAISTED MY TIME AND MONEY COMING OVER HERE.Update: he put my old tire back on and had my rim literally hanging out of the tire im like sir I did not arrive here with my rims hanging out I would have damaged my rims if I drove 20min away on a rim . From that point on it took almost 2hrs of going back and forth. He should have verified the tire was in good condition before he told me they had it on the phone he should have verified the tire was in good shape before taking my old tire off. I would never recommend this place please don t give yourself a headache coming here

Needed a quick tire patch and they were able to fix it in less than 15 minutes! Great and friendly staff! Highly recommend if you're in need of a tire shop!

I've now gotten two tires patched here. Nice guys, very fair price for a tire patch, and super quick service. What more could you want?

Went to this establishment to get a tire. I was refused see and the older lady wasn t pleasant at all !! I explained my situation . The lady told me whoever ever sold me that tire she definitely wouldn t except payment from the business since the payment would need to be taken over phone She would not except the credit card payment from them. Thank you so much for refusing to help me in my time of distress I found two brand new tires at Goodyear for the price of one . This place has overpriced tires Buyers beware unless you are desperate

Quoted me $235 For a single tire replacement on a 2008 Altima coupe .. I spent under $200 for TWO tires Elsewhere. Disappointing

Terrible! I just called to get a quote to put tires on my car, which I purchased. She told me the price was $450. I told her I had the tires, and she said it was a labor-intensive job. Well, I called mobile service, and they charged $225 (and they came to you). It gets better, I called West End Tires, and they charge $80. How can someone have the audacity to charge 5x+ for the same service? Please look at the other companies I mentioned if you don't want to get ripped off.

This is the second time I ve had a tire repaired at Rachell s, and I am fully satisfied. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Price was $35, which is up from $30 four months ago, but everything is more expensive than it was last year, and most other places north of I-20 won t even plug a tire nowadays.

Best tire place in the city. They got me in immediately and replaced my flat in no time. On top of all of that, my trunk latch malfunctioned and wouldn t close (normal for my car and requires me to make an expensive trip to repair shop). Instead they all dedicated their time to try to fix it and eventually got it. My tire is great and so was my experience.

Rachel and her staff go above and beyond to help you out. My truck has a flat and I couldn t put on the spare cause the wheel wouldn t come off (rusted) so it was stranded down the street a few blocks away from their shop. Mr Eli drove down the street to check it out and got my truck down to their shop safely with no issue. I thought they were gonna have to replace my tire and give me a new rear set but it turns out all it needed was a plug. Saved me a few hundred bucks. $60 and that was a wrap! Good , honest people and great reliable, service! I ll definitely be back cause with these Atlanta roads, tire problems are inevitable. Thanks Mr. Eli!

We had two punctured tires (thanks, Midtown construction!). Rachell Tires & Wheels saw us right away, patched our tires, refilled the other tires without us even asking (a very nice touch), and got us on our way super fast for a very, very reasonable price. They're great!

DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM HERE!! REPEAT: DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM HERE!The gentleman (maybe the owner) was beyond rude when trying to fix both of my tires. I called earlier in the morning and spoke to a really nice woman who assured me they could help me at a reasonable price. When my tow finally came, the man was attempting to charge me $198 per tire to change my tires for new ones because he had no used ones. I asked if there was any way he could make me a deal, if I were to receive all new tires (because I need new tires anyways) and he insisted that it was still $198 per tire. Which is the most expensive pricing I ve ever heard for tires, especially on the kind of vehicle I drive. I decided to wait for another tow, because the pricing was ridiculous and the fact that my car is inoperable makes it so I cannot drive myself to another location.On the hours listed on Google the shop is open on Saturdays from 10:30AM-5PM. He proceeded to come to my car at 1:15PM and say that they are about to close and that I needed to move my car to another location. My care is inoperable meaning that I cannot drive it. He just didn t want my car on the lot or he wanted to go home for some reason i m not sure.

This place really saved my life. I got a really tiny nail in my tire. I first went to Tires Plus and they told me they couldn t fix it and I needed a whole new tire which will cost $179. I came here after one of my friends recommended it to me. They were able to fix it, they plugged it and I only paid $25!! I will definitely be coming back!

I went to get air put in my tires. The service was fast and the tire rep was semi courteous. After I left, I realized that the covering for one of the tire valve was missing. I went back to the shop and was told by one of the reps that he would look for it and if he could not find it , he would replace it. He told me to call back in two days. When I called, he said he could not find it and that I should go to the car dealership and get it. I consider this horrible customer service.

WAY WAY WAY overpriced!!!!!!!! Don t go there for tire work unless it is an absolute emergency. They wanted $60 to mount a tire! I had a National chain come to my house and do it for $25! Even a chain tire store said they would do it for $40 and they had a lounge with a tv and free coffee while I wait. Don t pay their stupidly ridiculously high price.

They charged me $60 to put my tires on, mind you I brought my own tire. Trying to get over because I'm girl. But I need my tire on smh. Lady was nice however.Update- Sorry I felt that way you re definitely gaslighting if that was an attempt at an apology. If my review didn t steer someone away, your response definitely did. For background, info my friend was also with heard the lady say, Oh why are you charging her so much , but at the point I already paid and I really needed my tire on.

Great experience here. Very helpful and understanding. Blew a tire while driving from PA. The tire was replaced in under 1 hour The owners even recommended a place down the street to eat. If you are in the area and need tires. Stop in and see our friends at Rachell motors. Your friends from Lancaster PA appreciate it.

Excellent job! Our tire blew while traveling through Georgia. Driving home to SC on a spare was out of the question. They put on a new tire in under 45 minutes. Customer service was excellent. Thanks Rachel!

Do not go to this tire shop. They are ripping people off. They just charged me $37 for a simple tire plug, when everywhere else is charging $10-$20. That ridiculous!

Awesome folks - needed a nail removed from my tire and slow leak plugged. They took care of it super-quickly. Great, friendly people with awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

Love these guys and Rachel! Yesterday at 5:30pm I rolled in with a flat tire and they filled it up, no charge immediately as I explained I was late to work. The guy found a huge nail in it, but I didn t have time to repair, but I m going back today! Find people!
