Overpriced if car is not under warranty. Took my Lincoln in to have a couple of issues looked at - radio volume & cooling seats not working. Spent $150 on diagnosis. They wanted more $ to find what was wrong with the seats and $1800 for the radio itself which I got on ebay for $50. Nothing got fixed and cooling seats not diagnosed. Out $150. When I picked up my Lincoln, there was a half full warm coke cola can inside. I recycled it Service and waiting area were clean. Service representative communicated well & friendly. Very professional. The driver pick me up service were very timely and professional as well.

The guys up front are nice but their service department needs work. I bring 4 trucks here regularly and the quality of service and turn around time is sub par. If they say the oil change will take two hours it will take at least three. Very hard to run a business and try to manage our time stuck at the dealership. Prices are very high as well. I d be very ok with even higher prices if they actually fixed my trucks properly and had a semi decent turnaround time and better communicationUpdate: just picked up my truck from basic service and they still can t get it right. Noisy brakes after a brake job and violent vibration after a rotationThey also left a fan unbolted from my water pump and the fan spun around and destroyed everything and the truck overheated.They left an oil cap off of my engine after an oil change and it sprayed oil everywhere.One thing after another and they re never apologetic or even care at all. Time to find a new service departmentFinal update: just picked up my truck again for the brake noise they caused and can t seem to hear. They still can t claim to hear a noise. They obviously don t want to treat their paying customers correctly. Will absolutely never return

Fast oil change and great customer service when in the shop. However, I found it odd that I was not prompted or asked for what kind of oil I wanted. I had to go back and ask for synthetic. I realize this is not the basic, but I would like to be asked. Also, when you call, the people answering the phones don't give correct info about when you can arrive, so I had to drive back a second time, but overall the actual car service was great.

Overall unsatisfying experience and poor business practice. During oil change and car eval, maintenance team found nail in tire that was unpatchable. Discussed with advisor and was recommended to replace the tire. Senior advisor stated that they price match. Agreed on a price that was found on a competitor's site. Halfway through tire replacement (3.5 hours into the encounter), advisor stated that he could not match the agreed upon price. Poor business practice to change the pricing midway through the project when I could have just gone to the competitor that had the better prices.Services: Tires, Oil change

I showed up at my appointment time to have an oil change and tire rotation and was told it would be 3.5 hours before they could look at my car. Appointment times mean nothing and I was told by a mechanic that appointments are treated just like walk-ins. The appointments are just "so they know someone is coming". However, they do nothing with that knowledge that someone is coming, so what is the point. If appointment times can't be kept because of unforeseen issues then customers should receive a call, text, or email stating that the appointment is not being honored before they spend time driving out of the way.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After experiencing maintenance from the Hennessy Ford Atlanta Quick Lane, I can confidently say this was by far the worst service I have received in regards to upkeep for my motor vehicle. I came three hours from college to get the oil change and was told the oil change would take an hour and thirty minutes. After waiting in the lobby for an hour and twenty minutes my car was finally pulled into the garage but still had not received service. Once the hour and thirty minutes was up I asked store manager Tim Bennewitz was the time stamp they had given me for the oil change guaranteed. Tim replied that two employees had gone on lunch even though there were still cars on the board. Not only had two employees gone to lunch, but another pair of employees lackadaisically stood in front of a big blue box conversing and watching what seemed to be a tv or some other mobile device. I then stated that it would have been more professional to factor in the time taken by said employees for lunch into the complete wait time for my oil change so that I could accurately weigh my options and decide if I wanted to be serviced at another location. Tim responded by walking away. Once my car had finally been provided service I realized that the oil change in fact only took about 15 minutes. With that being said it was not until after an hour and fifty minutes that my oil change was finally completed. Though this is true my car stayed in the garage while employees continued to talk and what looked like laughter and fun while I waited for another twenty five minutes. By this time I have been sitting and waiting for about two hours and 15 minutes. Once I got up to inquire about my vehicle for the third time after the twenty five minutes I was told by employee Gavin Gresham the wait was because they were unaware if I wanted any additional work done to my car even though I was never asked by Gavin or any other employee about this. After about two hours and thirty minutes they were finally ready to release my vehicle back to me. This is when manager Tim Bennewitz finally returned to greet me. However instead of being greeted with an apology, explanation or even empathy for the situation as well as wasted time, the only words he said to me were to "leave" along with commanding me to "just go". Knowing how much of my day I wasted for the the oil change, manger Tim Bennewitz"s words and how he addressed in front of other employees and customers is what hurt the most. Words cant describe just how humiliating it was to be involved in this interaction. After being told to leave I replied with "Have a good rest of your day", only to get complete silence in return.Service: Oil change

Great value. Only issue is it is typically busy and they run short of glass cleaner and towels used to clean the inside of your car.

I didn t like my service today because of cleaning concerns. You will think during COVID pandemic they will take extra care/ measures regarding the cleaning after providing the service but unfortunately this wasn t the case today ( see the pic attached). I m disappointed, I expected my car to be clean especially during those times and God know the health status for whomever got inside my car during the service. Also, at least to get it disinfected from inside as a courtesy.
