It was a expensive quote . can't say about the quality of work.Of course I use to manage the precision tune auto on Howell mill Rd .you just have to make your on call with each one the are usually different on experience level.so it's a hard place to find the right one so you just really have to visit a few of them to get the work done and done right that your looking for ....But all around a really descent place to go...

Amit & all the folks at this place are awesome. They are honest about what your vehicle needs & what is not necessary. I believe they are fair with pricing. My car has had multiple repairs over the years & I will never hesitate to take it in for an honest assessment when I don't know what the issue is because it's not obvious. I've never had to leave my vehicle overnight, they tell me how long the repair will take, & it's always accurate. I appreciate the work they do, I trust them with my vehicle, and it's always as pleasant of an experience as one can have when dealing with an unexpected expense. And they do emissions testing, too! One stop shop for all vehicle needs.

Needed an oil change asap and my usual place closed shop so stopped here and they were able to fit me in right then snd there. Was a little more $$ then I wanted to pay but I was glad they could get me in even without an appointment. And I had been using this location previously but when I moved this other place was closer and more convenient. It had been overca year and was good to see the employees were the same as when I had gone there over a year ago. Staff retention is a good sign in my opinion and it is pleasant to see familiar faces when choosing a place to give your business to. I will be driving the extra distance just to get my car serviced with this particular Precision Tune location.

Porsche brakes, no problem.They maintain a great presence at the front desk, which not all repair shops do, so I didn't have to search for help.- Very friendly service.- Took the time to explain everything.- Showed me how worn my tires are from the inside edge while my car was on the lift (and they don't even do tires ... just being friendly and helpful)- Gave me the choice which service to choose from (not demanding).- Discussed all cost up front (no hidden fees)- Walk-in service- I see they have a high 'honesty' rating in Google ... I agreeThis was my time using them (referred to me by Jiffy Lube) ... I would use them again.

Had to have my car towed in over night. Sandra gave great customer service and their mechanic did everything and MORE for my BMW! They went above and beyond for me and I love over 50 miles away from their location.

This is the type of work they do. My dad had brakes replaced in all 4 corners and they completely forgot to put the caliper bolts in. We started hearing grinding noise, checked it out and discovered that both front wheels were scrubbing with the calipers , and both bolts are missing on each side .Horrible , horrible service for the level of confidence they have, and outrageous prices.I think Walmart could ve done a better job then these guys here.

Poor customer service. I told the lady the issue with my car and that I ran a code reader on it. She told me a five year old could have done that. Totally unnecessary to insult a customer s intelligence. Slim chance of returning, unless the service gets better

Amit has gone above and beyond on the multiple occasions I've brought my Jeep GC for various repairs. He and his team do great work, and with the rare instance there was an issue, he went out of his way to fix it quickly and make it right. Very trustworthy and great to work with. Had my vehicle serviced in May 2022 for brakes and paid $460. When we left the shop, the brakes were still grinding the rear pads and the issue wasn t rectified. The vehicle was brought back and the technician stated he would remedy the situation by creating a fabricated pin bc he accidentally broke the pin while removing the brakes (as stated in the technician notes of my receipt). Four months later, the brakes were grinding again and we took the vehicle to the actual Toyota dealership and paid $150 to have brakes properly done. Toyota advised the remedy was a lousy short cut and the proper parts should have been ordered the first time from Precision. Spoke to the OWNER of Precision to inquire about a refund for the parts and was denied due to not bringing the car back to them to fix . I advised the owner that the vehicle was brought back a second time and the issue wasn t fixed so we took it to Toyota. What sense does it make to keep bringing it back to them .. being OVERPRICED .. and the issue still not rectified? I have been doing business with Precision since 2019 and will NEVER go back to them again because of the lack of customer care.Not to mention the owner told me to look on the back of my receipt for the corporate number when I asked for it, as if he couldn t just give me the number considering he s an owner smh. I dropped my car off early in the morning for an engine inspection and repair. They diagnosed and fixed the problem all in one hour. They were quick and efficient. I didn t have to wait for weeks to get any parts shipped and the guys working there were very helpful. The charged me a surprisedly affordable rate. Waaayy more affordable than Pepboys and quicker too. Now my car runs like new! I m so grateful!! I definitely will keep using them from now on.

I wish I could give a -1 as a score.. Took my truck to get the transmission replaced and they completed messed my truck up more. My truck still leaks. It never leaked transmission fluid before I replaced any thing. They are dishonest and a disappointment. Never take your vehicle here. They took advantage of the fact I was out of town. I spend 4300. For a truck I still haven't drive. Please BE WARNEDService: Transmission replacement

Replaced my front struts when other shots quoted 2x the amount or would not do it. I didn t have the lug nut locks that came on my wheels and they drove around town for 2hrs finding it and gave it to me in case I got a flat tire FREE of charge. Very honest and service oriented people. Highly recommend!!!

I have been coming here for almost 4 years, and I never go anywhere else unless it's a problem they can't fix. Amit and his team are honest, kind, reliable, trustworthy and fast with their services. They go above and beyond to help you in times of need and explain any car problems you may have in detail so you better understand the issue. At times, when I thought I had a major problem, and it was actually something small, they were honest about it instead of being deceptive and charging me an arm and a leg, like most other mechanics would do. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care. Whenever I come here, I can rest assured me and my car are in good hands.

The two women working at the desk were so kind and helpful (I m sorry I didn t get your names!) Then they replaced my tag lights with no charge! You made my day! Great customer service every time I come in I been greeted with a smile! The lady who wprk the front is very nice and always ask "how I been?" She remember customers and is very smart. She always explain in full detail about what service is what. She have knowledge in her field. She made me feel secure and comfortable with what kind of service is being provided for me. The service is fast and when I leave nothing had been wrong with my car ever. Most place you go for a oil change later on something happen to the car and something seem like it's not working but not here. This place do what is asked and have better price than anything around town.

Amit is the best! I received a recommendation for this place from a friend, and it did not disappoint. Amit and his team did a thorough diagnosis of what was going on, and he provided me options very objectively. There was never a push to buy anything which I really appreciated. I decided to get some much needed work done which I'd procrastinated for too long including AC replacement (yes, I drove around with it broken for 2 years), new spark plugs, and new battery terminal connectors. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!!

First time customer. I had an oil change done. After driving the vehicle, I noticed it was a drastic increase in the car leaking oil. To make a long story short -- I thought it was something as simple as the oil pan nut NOT fastened all the way -- THAT WAS IT! I took the car back to this location and CALMLY asked them to fix the problem --- THEY DID!This is what customer service is all about -- not fake being nice to me but when you need to ACT --- you balk. They took care of the problem. I will be back to this location. Very appreciative of the business and I wish them well & continued success as long as they maintain their great customer service approach.

I can't speak for the negative reviews, but I had a great experience here with Amit. He was super cool, helpful, and knowledgeable about my car. I had a very specific problem that he was very familiar with. He fixed it at a low price, at a fast pace, and kept me updated throughout the process. I was so happy with his service that I left him a tip. I would absolutely recommend this auto shop to a friend.

I never post reviews online, but finding a good mechanic has been impossible for me until now so I had to share. I have brought 3 cars to this shop over the last year with different issues and at each time the service provided was professional, reasonably priced, completed in record time, and flawless. I highly recommend this location for any auto repair or service needs.

Life savers! I had the craziest experience driving on the highway. My horn was blaring uncontrollable. Distracting drivers and scaring myself. I was so shook I had to get off the highway. Confused and worried about my 30 minute drive home I searched for the very first shop I could find. And thank god it was this one. Two minutes to close I ran in there and asked for help. Immediately the women at the front grabbed someone to check it out. I know I looked panicked and she reassured me they would take care of me. The gentleman helped me stopped the blaring horn and didn t charge me a thing. They went out of their way to help me even with two minutes to close. I had went for an oil change on Tuesday and the next day I noticed smoke was coming out of my car. I called them and let them know I was unable to bring in my car due to work but, they were amazing and sent 2 technicians to come to my workplace and check out the problem. They brought the car back in with them and solved the issue, they were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place!! They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything possible to make sure I was safe and the car was okay; no cost at all. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

So I pull up to the garage under the label "oil change" and I'm waiting for a while behind the car inside to finish. A little british (? - could be some other accent) man comes out and comes to my window and I tell him I'm just needing an oil change. He says "You'll have to park and go inside and talk to the front desk" (perfectly fine even though it's 30 degrees outside) I say "oh, ok" and he CONTINUES with "yeah this isn't a McDonald's drive thru" with this condescending laugh. I'm sure as someone that changes oil for a living he knows there's are more than SEVERAL places where you literally just pull up, sit in the car while they change your oil and leave. It was so rude I hit the fastest U-turn I've probably ever made to avoid spending money here. Who knows how many customers this dude has cost the business. Customer service training should be required when you have to interact with people trying to PAY you. This was partially my fault for going somewhere cheap. I'll continue going to Grease Monkey on Roswell Road and gladly pay more for better quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came here to have the AC condenser replaced in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called around to check prices first. Not only was their price for the repair great, but the service here was great too. Sandra was able to get the part in stock next-day, whereas several others estimated 2-3 days. She followed up on scheduling, and while I was there she went above and beyond to have the leak source rechecked at no charge (I had diagnostics performed at another shop) to make sure this repair was indeed what was needed to fix the problem. Sandra was awesome. Great experience, will definitely go back.
