David is THE BEST! He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was the only person working in the office and yet he still managed to give each customer time, service and attention. He also personally helped to answer a few questions and show us on our vehicle as soon we walked in the door. Exceptional service!

This Porsche service location is the best I ve seen by far. Mrs. Cookie made it easy to schedule services though last minute I was still accommodated same day. And Niel put me in a loaner while he cleared all the recalls. Best location by far!!

I had my Porsche Cayenne serviced recently at the South Atlanta Service Center and the services were OUTSTANDING!! From my greeting when I pulled in through my exit as I left. The advisor David made sure that I knew in detail what my vehicle needed due to mileage as well as visual inspection. He never pressured me as many service technicians do, but informed me in a very professional and courteous manner and waited for my decision.He made me aware of the services available to me such as Uber and the Porsche Shuttle at no cost to me, if I need to take care of other business while the service was being done. I appreciate David and the rest of the staff for providing a clean, safe and professional atmosphere. I will be returning again !!

This was my first time getting service at Porsche Center South Atlanta and Miss Cookie Parker and the entire service team were amazing and extremely hospitable. This is my first Porsche and they made me feel so comfortable and at home! Thank you Porsche South Atlanta!

Chloe is the most AMAZING advisor ever! Very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible. Excellent customer service and I m definitely going to be a repeat client. I so love coming to this Porsche Service center. Mrs. Cookie was so pleasant and made me feel welcome. She got me in the next day, she checked on me while I was getting my service done.Taylor, my service representative was awesome. He was so pleasant and kept me in the loop and updated me on everything that was taking place with my car. He explained the work that needed to be completely and needed my approval.Yannick my technician was also great. He came out and explained in details the work being done and made it all make sense to me.This is always going to be MY Porsche service center.

The service I received at the Atlanta service center location was amazing. The customer service I received from Daniel, Chloe, Ellsworth and the service technician (please forgive me I didn t get his name) was superb.I just happened to stop in without an appointment on Memorial Day to have my German tag placed on the car and while doing so, they checked for recalls and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I really appreciate the attention to detail and friendly atmosphere.

Ms. Chloe Evans and Ms.Cookie Parker are the best since sliced bread. Very professional. Got my Porsche 99.1 serviced with excellent. Porsche South Atlanta is the place to go for your car. Everyone was super great!

I always have a pleasant experience at this service center and Chloe is the absolute best! She is such a hard worker and has a great attitude! She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you are a priority. As long as Chloe is there, I would not go anywhere else.

I ve had 3 services performed on my Macan at this service center and the work, customer service and knowledge of the staff are all excellent!!!Chloe is the very best service advisor! She is friendly, service oriented, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I used to drive 45 minutes to an hour to have my Macan serviced at a dealership north of Atlanta . I am thrilled to have a top tier service center on the south side!

Chloe, my service manager, was amazing! She got my vehicle in and out promptly and was a pleasure to work with. My repair came in under her initial quote which was a tremendous surprise. She makes you feel right at home. And my mechanic walked me through her repair and was equally a pleasure to work with. Excellent shop to work with. Plus, you can walk over to the Porsche Experience and visit the museum or watch cars on the track. What could be better than that?

I was welcomed by the sweet Ms. Cookie with excellent customer service in the front and I was assisted by Zain with the service of my vehicle and he was very punctual and answered all of my questions. This place is literally one of the reasons I sold my Porsche. Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait times. They assign you to associates who you are supposed to text/call but it is a terrible service. Whenever my car needed something, I dreaded coming here. Even with an appointment, you re there for hours. One time I had an appointment to get my AC fixed. They ended up keeping my car for over 2 weeks after I was there for over 2 hours. Didn t give me a replacement car because they didn t have any available . I understand receiving parts takes time so I that wasn t even an issue for me (although they originally told me it would only take a few days). My issue is that there was no communication. After my car was there 6 days I texted Zain to see if there was an update, no response. 7 days later I texted again asking for an update, and finally received one the next day. It was another 3 days before my car was ready. I went over 2 weeks without a car and they didn t care.Another time I called ahead and spoke to Chloe and mentioned that my signal light was out. She told me to come on in because they re not busy now . I get there and it takes 45 min for them to take my car back. I ask Chloe how long this will take because I only came in today because she told me it would be quick. She told me well you are a walk-in so we are trying to fit you in when she was the one who told me to come in over the phone. After more time passed I asked her to go check on my car because I had an appointment to get to. She does and tells me that my light is actually an LED strip and they will need to order the parts but they should be in tomorrow and they will call and let me know. They could have looked at my car immediately and told me it was an LED strip instead of making me wait all that time. Then she sits back at her desk and grumbles about how she missed a call that she had been waiting on when she went to go check on the car. 12 days later and still no call about the light. Instead I get a text from Chloe asking to rate my service visit. I told her that I still hadn t been serviced. She told me she would check on the parts for my light and let me know. 3 days later, no response. I called and texted and nothing. After the third day she texts me and tells me they mixed me up with another customer and asked if I could come in next week. I said yes. She didn t reply back for 3 days. After the third day I texted asking when I could come in and still got no response. I called and no response. So I finally called the service center number and not Chloe s. It directed me to Chloe and I was finally able to speak to her and come in for my car.It really is a major inconvenience having to come here. Makes having a Porsche not worth it.Service: Air conditioning

I dropped off my 2020, 911 on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, For a PCM error message of ( Emergency Call Function error Service Necessary). I was told by Chloe it could take a couple of day to diagnose the problem. Two days passed no communication on the status of my car. I text the number they provided with no response. While waiting on a response i check the link that suppose to track the status of my service, the website had not been updated since I dropped it off on October 25, 2023. I called the service center and left a message for Chloe to call me regarding the status of my car. After a couple hours pass with no response, I emailed Daniel Joffe. He response with in a few mintues. He stated Hey Jerry, sorry for the lack of communication. Yamil has been working on trying to figure out the cause of the pending codes that were in the system. The car has yet to produce an active and current fault, so it is hard to know what actually caused that message. We can keep testing, but as of right now the car is not producing a fault for us to tackle. Not to drag this review out any longer, needless to say Tuesday October 31, i received a email from Daniel stating they found a coaxial cable that sends the GPS location to the PCM has an open/break. He stated it should take a couple days to get the cable and a couple hours to replace. Today November 2, no cable. Received a email fro Daniel that the cable has not been shipped by Porsche. It took five days to figure out there was a Coaxial cable break. Today is November 2, (eight days after dropping my car off without a loader car). I have no-idea as to when my car will be repaired. I have not received one phone call to discuss possible solutions. I can not express how disappointed i am with the lack of service, and follow-up with a simple issues that could be resolved in so many options if there were a focus on customer service. I have a Mercedes Benz and have owned Mercedes for the past 30 years. I have never experienced the lack of customer service as i have with Porsche of South Atlanta. I do not need another hollow apology with no solution. There is no point in apologizing for the poor customer service if you are going to continue providing the same poor customer service.Service: Electrical

Just had my 40k service done and could not be happier. They were able to fit me in short notice, competitive prices, and great service. I absolutely love the text messages with pics and videos of your car as it moves through the process. Highly recommend.

I try this place bc it's close to me. It's new and clean but the service is trash. I pull up for a service appt and I'm never greeted at my car. I have to get out and locate a service advisor. They seem to always be understaffed. There's 1 other customer here and yet there is a wait time? You pay for these luxury cars to get luxury service. I'll try another dealership next time. Top tier customer service is why I pay these prices!!! Get it together!

Make sure to make sure you stop and say hi to miss cookie and Daniel if you need your car serviced. Top notch!
