Great purchase experience. Starting with Tommy Walter (Sales Manager), Darvee Beard (Brand Ambassador) and Zion Briggs (Product Specialist). Trade-in of a GT3RS on a new 911 Turbo S went smoothly and I was happy with the terms of the trade and sale. Vehicle delivery was also great. I recommend this place!

It was the greatest experience. I had been saving up for 2 yrs when I saw the Audi for sale online . I had actually been looking at A6's earlier that same day ....when I came in I asked the guy at the greeters desk if it was still available and if so how much. Thank God it was still there just and perfect price...and the guy at the desk turned out to be a salesman...his lucky day because this car is SOLD... Great Salesman and A wonderful Dealership....Thank Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for making a man's Dream come True!!!!!

We went in last minute, and gave Carl a 30 minute heads up. He had the car cleaned and pulled up front for us and then made a deal happen that would not be possible anywhere else. We are so happy with the level of customer service that we have referred many of our friends and family to go see Carl at this dealership ANY time they need to go buy a vehicle. 100% recommend without hesitation.

My experience was great the staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone made me feel welcomed. While my car was being repaired they put me in a new 2023 loaner. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because there was services that I changed my mind on and I called and texted less than 4 hours of confirming the repairs and I wasn t able to reach anyone and the services was completed. Communication is very important to me and unfortunately I felt like the ball was dropped. However, the manger did provide me with a discount to make up for the communication lapse. But overall I had a wonderful experience! Thanks

I took my car to the shop for break warning, but all I received was an expensive quote for tire and brake replacements, which seemed overpriced based on online research. Additionally, a new error light appeared on my dashboard after they inspected the tires, and they didn't even reset the warning after potentially causing it!To make matters worse, despite refusing the proposed replacements (as my tires are only 14k miles old), they offered no complimentary services like removing the error they might have caused or refilling the windshield washer fluid seemingly standard practices even at basic service centers like Toyota.Overall, the experience was extremely disheartening.

The staff is always courteous however if I were to compare my experience with a friend who brings his Porsche into the Hapeville Service Center I am very disappointed. My biggest exasperation is the amount of time it takes for my car to be software updated. At least several days and longer. At the Hapeville center, it is 1 day at the most. Had I known the car would require to be out of service for at least 4-5 days per year for a software update I would not have purchased the car.My last visit, I schedule an appt for a jerking sensation in my front tires. I did not know it included a recall service and software update, I was informed of this when I arrived by Stetson. I was given a loaner but I was very surprised about this. I did not argue because Stetson had nothing to do with it and the person I schedule an appt with did not mention anything about this.The car also only charges to about 84% or 222 miles. It is not cold anymore??

The has changed 50%.I enjoyed coming even though I would spend money. My car stayed at your location 25 days waiting for service. I wasn t offered a ride to drop my car off neither was there any concern about how will I return home. I was so proud of the service here. It was 100+%. Now I m not sure what happened.

I finally bought my first Porsche and I took it in for its first service. I was very impressed with the courteous and superlative service that I received from Scott Green and the other staff members. My car was well serviced and they did everything to make sure that I was satisfied. Perimeter Porsche is now my first choice for Porsche sales and service.

Service Department is lacking!! They are arrogant, unorganized, not timely and dont communicate correctly or timely. I was told my service would be $950 but when my husband took car it was requoted at $3100 because they said they missed a service during Covid! Yeah right. A 2018 with 24,000 miles and you want me to pay beyond because the car was parked for 2 years and didn't require a service. Car was not ready in time promised and yet no loaner, call or communication. I called a million times only to be intercepted by some lady who claimed she was in service but knew absolutely nothing. Car was NOT clean upon return and now mysteriously making a noise that I reported to the customer service manager because service manager is unresponsive. A mess!!I used to LOVE this dealership but not as much!! Still have my Porsche but Went n bought an Audi a month ago..

Everything was good from check out to service but regular service prices are really high compared to other shops! Both 30k and 40k miles services were quoted around $2500. Those prices are really high for the amount of work that needs to be done!

Thus is worse experience that I have ever experienced. My car has been there for right at 6 months and you still can't get yhe problems fixed. I will never take my car there again.

Porsche Perimeter is a nightmare. After charging $17000+ for repairs, my $230,000 911 cabriolet was still severely out of alignment. They have now had my car for 5 months, are unable to finish the repair, ignore my calls to the point that I am having to use multiple contacts at Porsche US to call them. PORSCHE PERIMETER IS HORRIBLE & DON T CARE. 0 stars. Save yourself & go to the other Atlanta dealer.

I worked with Jason Quackenbush and couldn t have had a better experience. I reached out to him via phone about a Taycan that was for sale. After our initial conversation I appreciated the most that he was flexible with whatever communication style I preferred. Buying the car from out of state and working I needed to be able to text and Jason was a pro with business. No pressure, answered all of my questions, worked to get me where I wanted to land with trade in. After purchasing the vehicle he was just as responsive for questions about use, he didn t try to send me to any support lines. Another thing I appreciated about this Porsche dealership was they way that I was treated. I can definitely say I don t care about clothing or appearance of a certain caliber that usually is needed to have decent treatment in places like this. I frankly look pretty disheveled unless I have a reason not to (IE my wife says fix yourself).. Jason and the team didn t bat an eye and treated me so well from the moment I walked in the door I would have bought a car there regardless. I drove 6 hours and will drive back 6 hours for my next one. Everyone the GM, finance manager, and receptionist were great. They have salespeople from a vast range of backgrounds to cater to their clientele. A+++

For context, I bought my 992 911 c2s from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I've now had a few interactions with the service department and they've exceeded expectations both times.I received an unexpected error on my PCM regarding tire pressure going out of town during the first weekend of ownership and not knowing what to do, connected with the service department. The receptionist calmly listened to my description of the problem and did two things for me: one she checked rennlist for a fast fix and two, contacted a technician in case my problem was a bigger one that she'd expected. I thought the level of problem solving here on behalf of a customer was great.The second time, I had an issue with the car that was covered under warranty. Tony, Johnny, and the whole team took good care of me and the car. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and easy. I had a very satisfactory experience with the Porsche Atlanta Perimeter Service Department. My advisor, Stephen Hennesy, provided exceptional service. Throughout the process, Stephen kept in me the loop, informing me about the progress and any additional recommendations.A standout feature was the video update I received, which showed a detailed walk-around of my vehicle, highlighting the completed work. Despite the location being very busy, I was warned before hand about the 2-3 day wait time for my Macan's service and assessment. There was a waitlist for loaner cars. While it was inconvenient not having my car during the week, I appreciated the department's effort in arranging an Uber for both drop-off and pickup to alleviate the inconvenience.I was also impressed with the complimentary detailing and the convenient email invoice system that came with a link for payment, saving a lot of time. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.

After leaving dealership I noticed all four tires had different PSI s. One tire was even low. Paying $900 for service and seeing tire pressure was adjusted to Porsche specifications , it does make me question what else was not done. Picture was taken after driving it for an hour. Mr. Scott Steinglas is exceptional in providing customer service and taking care of customer concerns. He's the best and I want to thank the General manager who always takes time to speak whenever he sees customers. His hospitality is second to none and since become a part of the Porsche family, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. This is my first dream car and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Mr. Steinglas made sure my A/C issue was addressed and provided me with an amazing loaner vehicle. The service people were very friendly and helpful.However, your scheduling system is terrible.I had to make a reservation to bring in my car two weeks out. (Ok - you're popular. Cars are great. I get it.) But why would my car sit there for another 8 days without it being looked at? Why not make the reservation for three weeks out and look at it on that date??

The Service Department at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter has been excellent. Scott has been wonderful to work with as a Service Advisor. He always makes sure that my concerns are addressed.The facility is extremely clean and while you wait for service there is a full service espresso bar with snacks and beverages that make the wait more enjoyable. You can also walk around the showroom and look at all the beautiful vehicles as you wait. My vehicle is always clean and in excellent condition once the service/maintenance has been performed. I will only be having my Porsche serviced at Atlanta Perimeter from now on.
