Large spacious truck stop, there are always places, because they are all paid)) $25. There are always showers too, 17 it seems, there are questions about the cleanliness of the showers.

They claim NO cars in the truck parking area!But cars are everywhere!!I know it s not employees parking in front of other trucks.But I think whomever monitors the truck parking let whatever car they want in the truck parking area.Most of the workers are mad for no reason.The colors on the inside of the Petro are drab.I think if there were brighter colors maybe it would stimulate the workers brain to put them in a better mood.

I'm staying here bobtail today. Place is huge lots of spaces. Free parking if you put 60 gallons. The main lobby has everything someone needs barbershop. A dinner. A small gym. Pool tables. Laundry. No complains. Place a little out of date but is super spacious and people are friendly. People complaining gotten too used to loves. Breakfast was super

To my esteemed fellow truck drivers, I urge you to consider preparing your own meals. Trust me, dining at this restaurant in a major city is not beneficial for your health. Furthermore, this particular Petro station has some of the oldest and least maintained shower facilities, and the staff do not extend a warm welcome to drivers, especially those from international backgrounds. Please, take this advice in stride and handle the situation with ease.

After being placed on hold for hours and experiencing significant delays in getting my truck serviced, I was disappointed to find that the service provided was subpar and overpriced. I strongly advise fellow truck drivers to avoid stopping by for repairs. Opting for roadside assistance from other providers can save both time and money.

They charge $25 to park, yet there isn't any hot water for showers and weren't clean. The restaurant closes at 11pm and doesn't open until 6am or later, depending on who opens. The photos of the shower all the way on hot, but you see no steam and of the dirty floor. If you're going to charge me, then having a clean hot shower and available food would be nice.

Very disappointing truck stop, stupid customer service, no respect on drivers, especially on evil women who was working on diesel desk, i lost my card but i tried asking shower using my phone number but she refused to give me instead she was asking for money, i told her i have enough points even the same night i have already have 100 gallons, but she doesn't care.Very bad place

Nice place but get there very early so you can find a non paid parking spot. Well truely all the spots are paid, if you do not get a reservation spot for 17 bucks that ends at 3p.m. the next day you will have to buy 20 bucks worth of stuff from the store. The other option is buying fuel and that may save you that cost also. Check out the pics they offer lots of things to do if your needing to stay for a reset or longer. The 1 problem for me is the cost of parking it can add up.

Wanted to take a shower and they wouldn't sell me one. The guy said "the showers are running cold". Went to the bathroom and noticed while washing my hands that the bathroom had hot water. The restaurant was open, which requires hot water by health code. Two lines had popped up on the shower screen. I figured I would go back and just buy a "cold" shower. After standing in line (4 people, 10 mins because they were making sure they got their extra parking money...even though you pay at the guardhouse when you leave), a different person said "we're not doing showers". I said I was made aware that they "didn't have hot water" and would just take one anyway. She said no. I pointed to the two new showers on the screen, and she said "those are stuck there". Well that's a lie, because they had only showed up since I had used the restroom. My verdict: they are blatantly lying and just don't want to clean them. This in combination with their predatory and convoluted parking system and incredibly rude staff makes this place one of the worst Petro's in the country. Park outside the city and give your money to people who value and respect you.

I hate stopping at Petros/TAs. Lady at the entrance who gives you the ticket was rude. Half of the pumps were broken and the one I pulled into had the buttons broken. Also I don t know why but most ta/petros always look dated and nasty they definitely haven t been shown any love since they were built most of them.

Bathrooms were a mess. Before I went to sleep I let staff know that the women's restroom needed attention and when I woke up it still hadn't gotten it. Evening staff were rude as hell too. I let them know soap was out in the women's restroom when I got there and a few hours later it still hadn't been replaced. The second person I told about it just mumbled okay and didn't even have the decency to lie to me and say it'd be taken care of. Restaurant will lie to you about what's available and about having conversations about what's available in between ignoring you for 20 mins. And even then won't make your food right. My friend didn't eat her food but we still paid for it bc we didn't want to cause problems and just wanted to be done with frustrations for the day. I really try to be fair and not leave bad reviews about places but the only thing that was positive was interactions with security and cleaning staff when I passed them in the store. Oh and the lady who helped me this morning with the pretty pink sweater was nice too.

Clean restroom and showers. Paid parking is a joke. $25 for a reservation guaranteeing an open parking spot only to pull in at 2200 and find that every spot is full. I found security and told them I paid for a spot. Was told to park on the side and they would come get me when someone moved. 4 hours later someone finally moved. I dislike staying at Pilot because their bathrooms are not always clean but if you pay for parking and someone is illegally parked in a paid spot they make them move immediately. Not when they finish their break or when they get around to it. This was my first and last time I will stay in this Petro. Security is a joke and it's way to overpriced for the treatment towards drivers!

This is a very large complex. It has pretty much everything you need as a truck driver. There is plenty of parking, not always but most of the time. They do charge a parking fee. You can get it waived if you buy 50 gallons of fuel or more. There is a blue beacon truck wash right next door. The fuel islands building has really good hot food. They also have a cb and chrome shop in the complex, if you are into that kind of thing.

This is a big truck stop. The fuel side is nice. The regular store not so much. Those 2 girls behind the desk just dont wanna be bothered.

Petro was one of the best truck stop, but this Petro in Atlanta is just a creepy and nasty place to go and stay, I do not want to imagine how the restaurant and food is, I wouldn t try it , you just need to see the lack of cleanliness around every area and employee s, restrooms are worst and there s no toilet-paper, laundry washing-machines do not work at all and there s no way to get your money back. I recommend to use any other truck stop. Or simply stay away from Atlanta GA.

Oh, another crazy owner and manager of this non-traveling center, why are you, like your neighbors, still working? It is very strange! $25 per night? Do you provide a room, or a shower, or breakfast, or dinner for this price? Or do you only provide crime for that amount? It s strange that you are still working... Strange drivers who keep complaining about you and do nothing!!! Here in Russia they talk about such people as ! I drive on, past you so as not to take a toll on my soul... But you and your neighbors are unique, like this whole city... in a bad way!

We pulled up frayed. We just came from Tennessee where everyone were politely rude. We didnt know that truck and travel trailers were not allowed but y'all let us stay, the kind woman running the entry booth just waving us in, and everyone was so understanding and truly kind. We are grateful and very blessed. Thank you to all the workers here and to the truckers for making us feel safe.

WOW. I looked at the TA app to use a credit for the shower, it says 92 min wait and when you click on view que it s all blank tabs. I get inside and the screen has 3 people on it, and I ask how long the wait it and show what the app says. The lady at the register goes and finds the lady tending to the showers, they both come out and say the system isn t working, all the showers are full and there s 3 people in front of me. I m like ok, I book the shower on the app, the lady comes out again and says she can t find the other people so she s letting me skip the line, down the hallway before I get to the shower, she comes and asks where s my tip? I m like what? She say says my tip for letting you skip the line. Once I m in the shower room, I hear the lady and the original cashier talking about how she s trying to help her make some money, then a min later I hear a driver sending her money by Venmo because he didn t have cash. What the hell??First we have to have a minimum spend to even stay here, then get bombarded by sales people when we step in the building, then have some sort of con scheme going on for the showers? What planet is this?TA/Petro if you read this, this is around noon 3/7/24, one shorter older lady who is running the showers that s asking for the tips, and a bigger lady on the left cash register at the store is helping her.

1/31/2024 2200 hoursThis was the worst customer service and lack of common sense in any truck stop in my 18 years of being a driver. After waiting about 20 minutes staring at the shower tv screen, another driver that's waking by tells me that the showers won't be cleaned till 11 pm.. I go to the register to the only lady working the counter, and she confirms. I asked for my shower credit since it's my only one, and I need it to come back in the morning, and she says to call the 1800 number. I called, but the office is closed, and I won't be able to get credit before I come back at 6 am, so I ask to speak to the manager. She says he's gone at the moment and will be back in 10 minutes. So 20 minutes later, he shows up and says there's no hot water and they won't be working tonight. Frustrated, I said that he should put a sign so drivers like myself and another that had been there several minutes waiting, know that they won't be working. He says, "There's no sign" (exact words). I said well you should make one so drivers aren't wasting their time waiting for a shower that isn't ever going to be assigned to them. I get a blank stare like if I'm some kind of idiot for suggesting. Needless to say, this is the last time I fill my tanks ($578.00) and pay $28 for reserved parking at this Petro. Unprofessional, discourteous, and apathetic carelessness on all levels. Smdh

The only good thing is you can park here I filled my truck and tried to get my shower old man at the counter said they don t give you a shower if you fill up I showed him my receipt and all and in the app it says if you get 50 plus gallons of fuel you get a shower charged my wife 16 dollars for a shower tried to go to the restraunt they say they are closed even though there was several folks eating one they hadn t even gave his silverware yet but tell us we are closed only because we are white most prejudice place I have ever been to if you are black you get awesome service if not pay to park and do not walk in the store would not recommend this place to anyone at all only reason I am here is it is the only place u can park where I have to drop off

This place is not my favorite. Laundry machines were down. Showers were lukewarm. Coffee and food at the fuel pumps were running out of options. No ice and they think truck stop Chilli is worth $10. Give me a break. The guys in the garage were helpful and the restaurant was ok.

411 parking spots listed on the app. Still packed like sardines. Showers are in the front building so if you end up in the back 40 prepare to walk. I'm a rather stocky man but even I felt out of place and not secure in my surroundings. Security was sitting on the table in Iron Skillet when I finally got to the front building . 10k a night off parking and we can't get better security? Maybe a few strong rent a cops? The one security lady I seen I could bench press....so I'm assuming not worth the money she's being paid. Will risk a ticket next time or take the HOS violation and get to Tennessee or Macon. 2 stars because the older gentleman at the counter was professional and helpful. Cudos to that man.

THE WORST!!! Stay away and find another place to go. Waited 8hrs for an oil change and still had to go somewhere else. They didn t even know what they were doing or just didn t want to do the work (they said they had nobody that could do the oil change, the person was supposed to be there at 2pm but did not get there until 6pm). Terrible customer service, poor communicators, lazy and rude employees. They also charge $25 for you having to park and wait for the service.

When they finally get around to actually working, they do an acceptable job. But you wait forever and see them hanging out playing on their phone when you really need them to do their job so you can do yours. As for PM work, there's a wonderful mechanic that works after midnight that we love to have work on our truck! She is amazing

Reserved and paid for spot on app. None available when I pulled in. Parked on the side and was woken up around 10pm and told rudely to leave. Drove around for awhile til someone pulled out of a pay spot. Was told by "security that I would have to walk all the way up front in the dark to get paper receipt, this place is not safe and I am not going to walk all the way up there when I have the receipt on my app. Have had 2 scary people already bang on the door trying to sell me things. I use the app for parking often at other ta/ Petros and never have this problem!

I ve avoided this place for so long because of bad reviews. For $25 parking and $18 shower I expect clean. It didn t have to be spotless but darn! This was a disgusting sink! Gotta trip plan better and avoid this place for the next decade!

01/29/24: Guy at the fuel island couldn't hear the truck information because of his radio/phone playing music so loud at the register. Some customer service huh!01/30/24: Went to the restaurant for breakfast and was told that they didn't have pancakes . This is one of the simplest items in a restaurant and the "cook" didn't have any.

Once you've been here, you'll never unsee it. This place needs a serious update.Owners!!! Actually, this is not a charity center or an abandoned building as it looks, this is your business and the state in which it is located is simply not acceptable for there to be a place for drivers to rest. And the shower, yes, this shower itself needs washing, with a hammer drill or, better yet, a bulldozer.Landry, yes, I know that this is not yours, but again, this is your business, so the fact that out of 14 dryers and 8 washing machines not a single one works should be of great concern to the management, if of course it exists, which I am not sure about. Employees who wash showers wash and dry clothes in exchange for tips.This network of truck stops has the oldest and most disgusting buildings, but it's simply the worst I've ever been to.You should be very ashamed, although you probably think money doesn t smell...If I could, I would give 0 stars, but this is impossible!

Those 2 black women that are cashiers are the absolute worse!!! The short one with colored hair in the early, early morning and the younger black woman with demon level attitude. Disgusting!!! Pure garbage! Nasty humans!!!!!

Worst TA!! Charges for parking, while knowing this is one of 5 total truck stops in Atlanta. Filthy showers, water temp never gets past lukewarm, water pressure is weak, showers are falling apart. RUDE AND HORRIBLE customer service. Either shut it down or hire new management and staff!!!!
