I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in for my oil change and new tires. As a typical woman, I don t know much about cars and always feel taken advantage of in these scenarios. This was the furthest thing from the truth at this location. Romeo took great care of my car made sure he explained the things I needed to know about my car. Even gave me helpful tips on how to preserve the serviceability of my car for as long as possible. This will definitely be my go-to spot as long as Romeo is working!!!

I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in for an oil change. Richard was very professional and took care of getting my vehicle serviced. Within 5 minutes my I seen the mechanic drive my car in to get service and was done no more than an hour. Excellent customer service and definitely recommended

Great service overall. In particular, one of the technicians, Romeo, did a great job being very frank and transparent about the state of several used cars we were looking at and kept us out of really bad investments. Highly recommend finding him for an inspection if you are considering buying a used car or need a vehicle inspection in general!

I got here at 1153 for a 12pm appointment and wasn t assisted until 1217pm, just waiting in the lobby not greeted. The person helping didn t seem to be having a good day by his attitude. I don t mind waiting and being patient but it s important communicate as anyone else my time is valuable which is why an appointment was made.After coming and going back and forth for 15 mins he said it ll be two hours or more what is the point of an appointment?

My experience was superb! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Romeo, who promptly attended to my tire issue and went out of his way to help me in a very timely manner! The service that he provided, along with Roldin, were second to none, and they truly helped me when I was in a bind! I cannot thank them enough, and I most definitely will return for any future car needs!

I came into this pep boys to get my flat tire replaced. I tried to get my original tire patched up but because it was severely damaged on the inside they told me my best bet was to get a whole new tire. Due to circumstances, I couldn t afford the total amount of the service. So they replaced my tire with a used one for the time being, and gave me a huge discount! I. Was. In. Tears!I really wish I remembered his name! He is usually at the front desk I am beyond grateful for his help and kindness! I would recommend this pep boys to anyone! They put customer service first and actually have their best interest! They are very kind! Thank you so much pep boys!

Mr Richard is the best, he is so professional. I always feel so comfortable at this pep Boys location. Quick and fast service, you don't have to wait long hours. For your car to be fix all of the staff are very friendly and professional. Romeo is always so nice and helpful. Thanks for your service!

Great customer service and friendly staff! I had to get new tires. Only feedback is that it would be nice for the service team to clean tires/rims/hubcaps when returning vehicle to customer esp with new tires. Thank you for service tho!

This pep boys on Buford hwy has exceptional customer service! Romeo and Namois are my absolute fav! Long is also one of the best mechanics! They take care of me every single time and the service is always timely and efficient!

Do NOT go to this Location. After paying over $2000 for repairs my car broke down just a mile away from the location. Subsequently. afterhaving the car towed back to them they informed me that additional repairs would be required which of course cost mosre money. After paying additional money to have the issue resolved (Coolant issue) the parts they used were after market and faulty. They refused to fix the issue and my car still has the same service indicator light on that I paid to have repaired. The manager, Richard Dixon, lied to me and told me that he would replace the aftermarket part becauae it was faulty. He never replaced the part and allowed my car to sit there for an additional 2 weeks without repairing. Richard Dixon is a liar he needs to be fired.DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. THEY WILL LIE AND ROB YOU TO GET MORE MONEY.

These guys are great. I had couple of brake issues. It took them time. However Mr Romeo took extra limit in giving Uber for my house and came back to pick up my car. Had great work from these guys. Will keep going again for sure.

My experience with this location and pep boys in general has been horrible. If I could give store #101: 4105 Buford Highway NE 0 stars, I would. Hands down the worst customer experience I ve ever had. They ve been working on my car for over 3 weeks. I was supposed to have my car back fixed on Jan 1st. I paid over $2200 and it s still not fixed. Richard Dixon, the store manager, needs to be fired because first off if you couldn t do the job why say you can and have me pay and it s still not fixed? Second, now Richard is telling me they can t fix why the problem is persisting and I need to take it to Chevy?! I already paid you guys!!! I m not about to pay more for a diagnostic and whatever else you should have done. Third, he tells me that he filed a claim for me and the claims department would be reaching out to me. I also told him I cannot go without having car a car to drive and pep boys needs to provide a rental and he said that I wouldn t be without a car, they ll provide one as they had been doing over these weeks. Well it turns out that he never even filed a claim!! I only know this because I got ahold of the claims supervisors office number after trying to talk with someone for 2 days! Which by the way, pep boys customer service department is trash. Why is it that every customer service person I talked to says that they don t have a manager?! That they will escalate the case to the director and they ll call me back but I haven t heard back? And this is the final reason RICHARD DIXON needs to be fired is because the assistant manager was advocating for me and telling Richard that I need to be taken care of and that this situation is not okay and that I called Chevy who told me that I shouldn t be driving the vehicle with the error codes that I have and Richard started yelling they don t know what they re talking about! Quite frankly, I trust their expertise over yours because you ve had my car for 3 weeks and there s still a problem. Richard proceeded to say a few times that he DOESNT CARE in regard to the assistant managers request to properly handle and correct my vehicle situation. Why do you all have a manager who doesn t care to do his job correctly? Who doesn t care about customer service especially toward a customer who had already paid for the services? Who exhibits this type of poor leadership? I m a paying customer who s vehicle should have been taken care of but here I am going through this. FIRE RICHARD DIXON!!!

Richard, Romeo and Elijah took great care of our RAV4. Everyone was courteous, professional and performed the work they said they would in a timely manner. I appreciate that they worked us in on a busy day, without an appointment. We ll be back!

I came in today for an oil change and Romeo did an amazing job making sure I was settled and my car was well taken care of. Customer service here was outstanding, the wait time was not long, and service was very professional.

The guys at Pep Boys were phenomenal. My brakes were metal to metal and they were so informative and professional explaining to me the services I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised how personalized their customer service was. There were people that came and went through out my service and many of them were greeted by name with a warm welcome. I will absolutely continue to go to this shop for all my future repairs and maintenance.

Went to get the brakes done on my 2 series BMW. This was my 1st time servicing my vehicle outside of the dealership & it was a great experience for a much lower cost. Romeo was very helpful. Excellent customer service, communicated throughout the process to keep me updated on my vehicles progress. I will definitely be back to have the recommended repairs done.Thanks Pep Boys!

When I moved to ATL in 2021 (first time away from dad who takes care of all my car stuff) I needed to find an auto shop that I could trust and I came to Pep Boys ! Since then I know Romeo by name and refuse to take my car anywhere else ! The staff are all very welcoming and friendly (and they don t get mad if you re a few miles past due for an oil change ) if you need a place to get your car serviced, they are your guys !
