Outstanding service!After wheel alignment for a Tesla, I noticed a friction sound when making right turns. Not sure what it was but Danny called me to schedule an appointment and Shawn the master mechanic took real care to trace it to a steering setup which probably caused uneven wear on the tires. I want to acknowledge their really kind attitude and superior service. They have a new long-term customer!

$197 for an oil change and they tried to sell me on an additional $2,000 of services I never asked for. This kind of felt like the classic car guy gotcha scheme. I had to say no to the additional services four times as they kept trying to pressure me. Don t trust it just because of the national brand name. They also completely messed up airing up my tires. See photo.

Great, accommodating team. You can easily make an appointment online but they welcomed me as a walk-in and I picked up my car later. Ty the tire guy will show you everything you need to know about your tires before they get to work. I really appreciated their ability to get me squared away same-day! Thank you!!

Great customer service always. I called to make an appointment for service the new guy Tyrone was very informative and set up my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Danny was also helpful with making sure my car was safe to be on the rode. These gentleman did a good job managing the front. The tech was also very professional. I enjoy the professionalism and quality of service at this location.

This Pep Boys location is by far the best I ve ever used. They are professional and thorough, yet very personable. They always take the time to explain the issue in depth and work with you to address it to the customers satisfaction. Danny, Beau, and the entire team there are simply the best! So much so that I routinely drive by several other locations closer to my home to take advantage of their services. Highly recommend!

I was on my way out of town for Spring Break (also Easter Sunday) and found a screw in my tire. Duane and Tyrone saved the day and repaired my tire in 30 minutes. Not only were they efficient, but they were kind and in good spirits considering they had to work on a holiday. So thankful them!

I had a small leak in my tire it had a nail stuck in it and Tyrone took great care of me. Fast service and he was really nice about it and explained how they will patch my tire no problem for less than $25. This was an unexpected mishap and I m happy that I came here first.

I came in with a tire that was going flat by the minute. Tyrone helped me out immediately, my car was in the rack in 5 minutes and I should be out of here in another 30 minutes. I thought I was going to have to leave my car for sure given that it was 5:00pm when I arrived. Really great service. Highly recommended.

I ve been to this location twice- once for an overheating issue and again today for an oil change. I received exceptional service each time from Beau. He is very knowledgeable and communicative and made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. This will now be my designated shop for any car needs I may have in the future.

Got new tires here a while back (good experience and competitive pricing) and when I ended up with a nail in the tire - flawless service. Very responsive and helpful over the weekend. Recommended!

I came in for a flat and unfortunately had to replace all my tires. Tyrone was very nice and worked with me on the best option for me. He made sure to get me out in time for my shift. Will definitely be back.

I had an issue with my vehicle. It was overheating, and I Spoke with Daniel at this location and he was extremely helpful and guiding me and what to do and helping me through the entire process. Luckily, it was a very easy fix and Daniel Really did a phenomenal job on explaining To me what the issues were and how they fixed it. Definitely recommend this location to anybody.

This location is the only PepBoys I will go to! Tyrone who just joined the team and he was a great addition and welcoming. Beau and Chris always make sure my car is taken cared of. My experience every time is top tier.

Went in for an oil change and the Pep Boys team discussed other issue that should be taken care of. Ty did a great job explaining what to prioritize for safety reasons, while understanding that I wasn t prepared to pay for more than I came in for.

I went in today for an oil change. I use CarAdvise and pay for a membership to receive a discount on my car service. They booked me via phone yesterday when I typically would book through CarAdvise. So I get to the shop today and asked about using my membership card since they booked me via phone. He said there was a glitch in the computer and they couldn t use it. I ended up paying 110 when I would ve paid 30 bucks using a membership I paid for. I have never had an issue like that before and tbh it seemed sketchy and because of that I will never ever use their establishment again.

UPDATE: I would like to report that Daniel, their store/service manager called me back to offer his apology for my experience above. He mentioned that he was having a bad day and was taking his frustrations from that morning out on me. His apology was sincere. He stated that our interaction was weighing on him all morning and when he had time to reflect, he realized how unprofessional he was towards me. I know how difficult it is for us to admit when we have acted wrongly to others. I value a relationship more, when we can admit our failures and work to make the relationship better.He asked me to return to the shop, so that they can honor the service I purchased. I accepted and was very happy with the service I received. I hope this relationship will continue for many years, as I can entrust all my vehicles to their shop. Daniel even included my full-size spare tire into the rotate, balance, and alignment lifetime service. I like it when businesses are honest and are proud of what they do. Daniel has been at this location for 7 years. It s people like him that help a large national chain, feel more like a local neighborhood shop.Thank you to Daniel, his team, and Pep Boys.

Went there as a walk in to get a oil change only to have the guy tell me they only take appointments on Sunday. Once he seen the look on my face of disbelief he then say he could try to work on it during the day or I could drop off my car. I went to the Pep Boys on Buford Hwy and they got my car in service within 5 minutes. Mind you I went to this Pep Boys at 8:20am so it wasn t even busy. Walk ins don t waste your time here cause they don t want to work. Buford Hwy Pep Boys much better and is ready to service customers.

I received EXCELLENT service from Chris and the team at Pep Boys in Brookhaven, when my battery died unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to have the battery I needed delivered to the shop where they installed it for me the same afternoon. Many thanks

I had a good experience up until they put the wrong tire size on my car, two of them. Now Im very patient and very understanding but i honestly felt like I shouldve gotten at least a partial refund for labor for the initial installation, no one offered it and it kinda seemed like they were brushing it under the rug saying they fixed the issue and not really owning up to the mistake that was made. My car takes 195/65/R15, i got 195/60/R15. I noticed a knocking sound while driving a few days later, I looked at it and immediately knew the issue. I wasnt going to make a hassle or commotion about it because that is not how I do things, I was hoping they would offer a partial refund or at least a discounted service, but they only corrected, that was all, I figured I will address things with this review. I got two new front tires which was my second time going to this location as i got two new tires the last time. I also got other work done to my vehicle and had planned to come back to get the rest of the maintenance my car needed done based on the suggestions given which is $500+ job in total. Unfortunately, i do not feel comfortable letting them work further on my vehicle because of the mistake that was made initially. Its absolutely negligent to me just because putting the wrong tires puts me at risk for my safety and my car at risk for damage if I left it unnoticed. Fortunately I am a very detail orientated person and it part of my job to be so thankfully I was able to notice and see the problem. I will say, the two men that helped me were pretty good on providing the info I needed and customer service was good, but a little more accountability and accommodation with a partial refund or discount could of been offered for the mistake.
