Rick is the best! Was in the area and stopped by to ask a question regarding resolving a vehicle repair. He not only answered my question, but he fixed my vehicle quickly! Rick is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rick at Pep Boys! He s absolutely awesome!

I had a nail in my tire, but I had a very short window of time that I could get it patched, because of my work schedule. Shelby was amazing and got me set up with an appointment at the perfect time after multiple attempts of trying to go other places. The customer service was top notch and they finished it in a very reasonable time as well. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best if not THE best experiences I ve had with a pep boys and general mechanic team in the metro area. Saul and team are phenomenal and take a customer first approach. I really appreciate the time they take to build trust and the care they have for your vehicle. Saul took the time to explain an issue with my tire(s) and fixed an issue at no cost to me. Highly recommend!!

I needed an alignment done on a car that is a bit complicated, and other shops either had trouble with it or said they couldn't do it at all. They had a can-do attitude and got it done for me with no trouble. It seems like they might be a bit short staffed (not surprised), but i didn't mind the wait to get it done. Thank you!

Absolutely great store and highly recommend. Great staff and great people. Rick was absolutely great and came in handy when no one else would. I would give a million reviews if I could. Everyone in that building needs a raise and they deserve it

I thought I needed my headlights replaced so I went in to Pep Boy s on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, GA to find out which bulbs I needed to order. Saul greeted me immediately to find out how he could help. I told him. He checked the lights and said I needed low beams. I returned with same. Once he pooped the hood, he did something and both lights came on. He said I didn t need to replace the bulbs and I could return them to the store, which I did. He tightened up some wires that he showed me and he confirmed I didn t need to replace my bulbs. Saul was courteous, professional and his honesty was much appreciated. Pep Boys will be my go to place for repairs from now on.Why can t we give 10 stars?!?!Thank you, Saul!

Shelby at the service desk was super helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the information I was receiving. They don't shortchange you and give you the best options for your situation. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return again!

I had the most wonderful experience with a young woman named Shelby. She was so kind and bubbly and really knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend going back to her again. Very satisfied with the service.

Chelsea and her crew are AMAZING! After getting a flat tire close to the shop, I pulled in as they were closing, and Chelsea still was tremendously helpful in getting me 2 tire.....FAST!A1 service. Very professional Chelsea!

I returned from vacation to a dead car battery. I brought it in to Pep Boys for a diagnostic and recharge but after review they ended up swapping for a new battery under warranty in under 20 minutes. This was the second time I ve been pleasantly surprised by above and beyond customer service and genuine honesty at the Sandy Roswell Rd shop location. Highly recommend.

I m new to the area and needed an alignment, some new tires, and my headlights replaced. I met with Rick at the PepBoys at 6521 Roswell Rd and man I have to say; he s GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go talk with him if you need ANY work done on your vehicle.

Excellent customer care and prompt service. I got my battery replaced here after so much of hassle at other places . Beleive me they are way better than my so called dealers assisting me in this process and even I got the best price on top of all this . Thank you SHELBY for excellent customer service !!

I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants auto parts and auto care. I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store to fit her mirrors. We were looking for some spot mirrors that would not melt off the side mirror as the previous ones did fall off. We specifically needed one for each. We found them and some air fresheners for her vehicle which she loves. The store manager was helping us at the cash register. He was very friendly capable and provided us excellent service and information.

I needed a tire last time I came here when no one else had it available This time I called and Shelby took care of me on the phone she was very pleasant and calmed me down without even knowing it!!!!Don was there too him and the rest of the crew are amazingI m a returning customer and referring all of my friends and family

This Pep Boys has a clean waiting room so I choose this one over the other ones that are closer to me. The staff is friendly and they take care of my car. Overall good experience.

Overall good service appointment for oil change. But at the end had to ask for check up report, and didn't inspect and mark the brake status. Also had to ask for a window sticker for next oil change due, etc. Just a little sloppy overall.

Do Not Take Your Car Here. They have no clue what they're doing. One (1) week after picking up my car I decided to open the hood (because the engine light is still on) and the Mechanic that was working on my car left a tool under the hood (see pic below). Plus, it looks like there is a holes that's completely missing from two connection points. I regret taking my car here and you will too.

My recent trip to Atlanta brought me into this shop when my check engine light came on. I was 400 miles from home and needed to get back ASAP. Rick and his crew were nothing short of amazing! If all the mechanic shops were like this one. Even though a part was going to have to be specially delivered, Rick made sure it was and quickly as well. The mechanic who did the labor was also fast and efficient even though they had multiple cars they were working on including mine. My drive home was smooth, literally, I can t remember the last time my car drove this nice! Whatever they did worked. I can t thank them enough and if I lived in Atlanta, this shop would be my go to. Much thanks to Rick and the Pep Boys crew

Scammed. Said we needed $2,300 part to fix the car but it didn't sound right so we took it to another not pep boys auto shop and they fixed the car without needing that part and charged $2,000 less to fix the car. Pep boys said they spent all day tracing the electrical short back to an electronic board under the steering wheel. And that they needed to replace that $2,300 part before they could even start the car to see what was wrong. We heard flapping when the car died and thought it was the belt that snapped, but they said the belt was fine and they needed to buy and replace this expensive part before they could see what else was wrong. We thought that was kinda sketchy so we read the google reviews on this particular auto shop and others talked about this specific Pep Boys overcharging so we had our car towed to Crabapple Automotive as we have family use them and they are honest and Crabapple Automotive did not need to replace that $2,300 part and it was just the belt. STAY AWAY!

I had to arrive earlier than my appt due to needing a tow and arranging it around my work. The location was able to take me early and also gave me a deal when they found out the item I had wanted was out of stock. Excellent service!

Bad Experience..Upon entering the store, I was surprised to find the location almost empty, with just two employees present. To make matters worse, one of them seemed disinterested in assisting customers, as he was engrossed in his phone without acknowledging my presence or extending a basic greeting. This lack of courtesy and professionalism was an immediate turn-off.Eventually, the second employee reluctantly approached me after a considerable delay, displaying a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. I explained that I needed my tires installed and was eager to have the process completed as efficiently as possible. However, he promptly informed me that it would take approximately three hours to have the job done.Given my time constraints, I expressed my inability to wait for such an extended period and requested a quicker turnaround, if possible. Instead of proactively checking with the technicians or exploring alternative solutions, he nonchalantly suggested that I visit another Pep Boys location, claiming they were known for their fast service.Relying on the employee's recommendation, I decided to try the other Pep Boys location he mentioned. However, to my dismay, upon arrival, I was abruptly informed that they refuse to install tires purchased from outside their store. This contradictory information left me bewildered and utterly frustrated. It was disheartening to witness such inconsistency and lack of coordination within the company.To summarize, my experience with Pep Boys for tire installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The initial encounter lacked proper customer service, with employees showing little interest in attending to customers. Moreover, the conflicting information regarding installation services for tires purchased externally only added to the overall dissatisfaction.I genuinely hope that Pep Boys takes my feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service, coordination, and consistency across their locations. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality from a company that I previously regarded highly.Based on my experience, I regretfully advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Pep Boys for tire installation services.
