Went to this location to put a tire patch on a tire. The black older guy took the nail out and was going to pay with a debit card, however he said he only takes cash so I had to walk over to the dollar general to buy something so I can get cash out. I had to take $30 instead of $25 plus I had to pay for dollar general fees if I needed the cash. I walked out front and requested cash back and he just kept $30 and he told me that he was expecting a $5 tip. Called the police and the police said they couldn't do anything because it's cash and hard to prove it because of no paperwork or receipt. I will be reporting to BBB after this review has been posted.

Slow and very rude after waiting 30 minutes to get seen about.. he (the owner) told me that I could go elsewhere and I did just that .. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS I warned you

I had showed up 3 minutes before close with a serious need of a tire change and I was not let down. Instead of turning me away I was presented with fast and professional service and the tires I was able to choose from were practically new. This is a wonderful used tire option for those who live in the Camp Creek area and on Washington Rd.

I remember why I stopped going to them, they have horrible customer service. I was at the shop 10 minutes before he closed. He was spraying water on another car's tire but you can tell he was irritated. I waited patiently for him to be finished. After he was done, he said "what's up" and stated I wanted to get a tire. He told me they were closed. I expressed I was here before you were closed and he ignored me. I won't bring my service here again.

Fantastic service speed and quality. I picked up a mail in my tire last night drove over in the morning on my donut and in the time it took me to get money from an ATM (Cash Only) my tire was plugged and back on my car, This gentleman then placed my donut back into my trunk in it's original configuration.

Why yall say you're open at 9 am but it's now 938 am and I'm still sitting here while yall aren't open. I have to take the risk of driving else where because I have somewhere to be but businesses can't open on time

Past experiences have been wonderful. However, nothing on the website is accurate. I have been waiting at the shop for 2 hours, with a Flat Tire. Not even sure if they open on Mondays. Completely Unprofessional.

Stopped here to deal with, what we thought was an emergency situation-a flat tire. The guy working was quick and efficient and didn't take advantage of our situation. Honest people still exist in the world!!

For one. Disrespectful. Secondly. They break things on your vehicle and blame the issue on you. Don t go here. Your money is literally going in the trash for poor service.

Don't waste your time with this place I was told they patch tire's told the guy I was on my way, get there just for the same guy I talked to on the phone to tell me he wasn't patching tires today very unprofessional this spot doesn't even deserve the one star!

The man put a tire on my car with a slow leak and then proceeded to be rude and disrespectful adding insult to injury has a no refund policy even if he messes up so to the better business bureau...

They're fast & have a good variety of good used tires. Be prepared to pay cash, that's all they take.

Recently I went because I need some air in the tires of my car. The person who did that does not was nice. No worlds at all.
